Boundary Motel

This is an older motel build in the 60' /70's. Nice clean room with full size cooking range and fridge. Great for long staying. I would give them one more star if it wasn't for the soiled carpet.

Probably the cheapest option for staying overnight in town. We paid $104 CAD per night including taxes for a basic room.

Unfortunately, the first room smelled very unpleasant and the mattress was also very stained. Unfortunately, someone has probably already peed in there.

After a short complaint, the operator offered us another room quite easily, even with a kitchenette. This room was really okay, but would have cost significantly more normally.

In front of the motel there is a lawn with seating and several gas grills. There are also two chairs in front of each room.

Location okay, a little outside the city center. You can get there in just a few minutes by car

Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced unit.
Office manager was very accommodating. Bbqs and picnic tables outside in nice common area was a nice touch.

Beds not super comfortable, woke up sore. Showers really small, but the place is clean and service was great. Checkouts at 10: 30.

We needed an overnight on route and this place is great. Old, but clean. Very friendly staff. We really appreciated the tall hedge that separates the road from the small drive through. It made for a restful sleep on a very good mattress & pillows.

Just what we needed. Beautiful little gem in osoyoos with a charming exterior.

The manager in the office had a warm energy and was very pleasant to talk to.

The flowers outside are beautifully maintained and there's a Picnic area across from the rooms with tables and barbecues!

Inside our room, we had a full size fridge which was a pleasant surprise for refreshing our cooler packs, chilling our water and keeping our food fresh. Working air conditioning and a nice big TV. Clean beds, overall clean room.

4 out of 5 stars because there were little things left dirty like dusty lamp shade covers, the back of the bathroom door was dirty and there was a very slight musty smell. Nothing major. I would also recommend bringing your own soap and shampoo because the body soap here dried out my skin

Very charming. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cute budget hotel in osoyoos! I would absolutely stay again:)

Lovely motel with a nice clean room with kitchenette and comfortable bed. Excellent location. One of the best ones on our budget 10000 km road trip. Would stay here again. Really nice owners with excellent attention to detail. Easy walk to lakeside and restaurants.

Cute motel, convenient to the sights and within easy walking distance to the town center. Set back from the main road, with lovely flowers outside the rooms, a picnic area, and views towards the mountains. Kitchen is well kitted out, rooms are clean, shower water pressure good, and bed nice and firm. Ram, the owner, and his family, live on site and are hard working and helpful. It's not a luxurious place, and the shower curtain needed replacing, but it punches above its price level. A gem.

You get what you pay for. Perfectly priced if you are just looking for a place to lay your head peacefully and not interested in the nightlife or price of the main strip! Had more amenities than I expected - full fridge, ac, wifi, queen bed, table & chairs.even a cute outdoor picnic table & garden. GREAT service!

A very nice clean room with a friendly gentlemen that checked us in. And we could have my Mom's dog stay with us. Nice and quiet and well layed out room.

Lovely motel, old but clean and well-maintained. We booked here last minute, needing an extra couple nights in Osoyoos. Owner was very accommodating and gave us a good deal for your stay. Kitchenette was well-stocked with utensils, dishes, pots/pans, we had everything we needed. The room was short on power outlets (no outlets in the bathroom, for example), so we had to get creative with plugging and using hair appliances, something to keep in mind.

The location is not on the major highway, so very quiet, and the bedrooms face a farm adjacent to the back of the property, so nights were very quiet! Picnic and BBQ area out front has a lovely garden. As for access to beaches, the motel is only a 15min walk from the main city beach, which is a fair compromise for more affordable accommodations.

We will definitely be back! Highly recommend for a quiet, comfortable stay in Osoyoos for a reasonable price.

This is a 2nd review on the same stay. After a short, but needed sleep, woke up to beautiful sun on the rose bushes outside our room, birds singing away. Love this clean, tidy little place. But would love to see a couple of bottled water in the fridge during a water advisory.

I just stayed here with my family for a couple of nights. We pulled up and loved seeing all the beautiful flowers and care that went into the place. Room was clean, we had a kitchen that helped out a lot.
We even got to enjoy the bbq outside.
Definitely will visit again:)

Stayed at this motel for 3 nights. Lovely owners and very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, close to stores and park. Will visit again!

The room is perfectly tidy, front desk staff is kind, The vicinity of the place is also clean with barbeque grill outside. Quiet motel.

We had such a great stay here. The first thing I noticed as we drove in were all the beautiful flowers on the property. You could tell everything is carefully cared for and very clean. The owners are so sweet and live on the property so if you ever need anything they are right there! It’s also a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here and we will be back! Very clean facility with cute character. The owners are very kind and we (including our dog) felt welcome and taken care of. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.

We recently spent the weekend at this lovely family run Motel with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the Proprietors were simply amazing and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying again in the future.

The lovely couple who run this motel upgraded us for free upon arrival to a tidy, and spacious suite as well as offering us lunch that they had just cooked. The whole property has pretty hanging baskets and many other potted flowers! Our stay was a short trek to Gyro Beach. We were allowed to check out late with no rush, much appreciated. We will definitely be coming back soon!

The sign says "clean". It was definitely NOT as advertised! Shame on them!
Dirty finger prints on both doors, finger prints and smudges all around the light switches, the wall by the bed was disgusting (smudges, hand prints and dust from dirty clothing brushing past). Cob webs in upper corners, dust and grime on every ledge and something splattered on the wall by the garbage pail. Very disappointed.

The couch LOOKED a little dowdy but it was plush and extremely comfortable.
And the room was spacious with EVERYTHING you'd need to make your OWN meals.
Seems they have a lot of regulars and I'd definitely stay there again

Great value for money. Fuss free place, not the cleanest. The toilet and shower were run down.

There’s a kitchen area and a couch for long term stay I guess. Would come back if in town again

Motel room was clean and updated. Owners were helpful and courteous. There is 2 issues that was difficult to deal with:
the a/c unit located over the beds in the bedroom made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the noise;
if you enjoy having a shower in a "coffin" then these shower stalls will bring you much happiness.
Oh and by the way; make sure you bring all your own shower essentials and a phone.

We had a wonderful time there. The rooms were very spacious and clean, we were even able to have a BBQ outside. When I forgot my beloved neck tie, the owners went out of their way to get it back to us. Very highly recommended!
