Bourbon Street Bar and Grill

Went in for dinner and the food and service was great, only issue is if you want a proper Canadian poutine you’ll need to hit up the McDonald’s drive thru first, as this place uses shredded cheese on their “poutine”

Lovely atmosphere, fabulous staff, and the food was exceptional, I enjoyed their Prime Rib served Fridays.

I recently had dinner at Bourbon Street Bar and Grill and encountered some complications with the preparation of my steak. Despite requesting it to be cooked to my liking, it consistently arrived rare. This resulted in a very long waiting time, leaving my waitress understandably displeased. However, she took the initiative to voice the issue to the owner, and to my surprise, my entire dinner ended up being compensated as a gesture of apology.

Despite the initial setback, I must say that the ribs I had were amazing, and the wine selection was divine. The flavors and quality of the food truly impressed me. Moreover, what truly stood out was the exceptional service and effort demonstrated by both the owner and my waitress (although I can't recall her name). Their willingness to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction left a lasting impression.

Despite the rocky start to my evening, I would gladly return to Bourbon Street Bar and Grill for a meal whenever I find myself in Vernon. The commendable service, delicious food, and the genuine efforts made by the staff have earned my appreciation and trust. I am confident that any future visit will be met with the same level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Had a great mid afternoon meal after a long hike. We had the Drunken Muscles, Moroccan Vegetable Couscous, and the Baton Rouge Louisiana Back Ribs. Delicious all around and the grilled yams that came with the back ribs were amazing.

The music wasn't good. Sounds like he's practicing. He needs to have some kind of songs

Very expensive breakfast with only half the buffet table filled.won't come back at breakfast again. Dinner menu is lovely though.

Best restaurant experience we have had in awhile. Our server, Lindsay, was top notch! We had a custom order and she delivered! And didn’t fail to see to it that we had adequate water and hot water for my tea. The meat was exceptional! My goodness, the lamb was the best I had ever had. We ordered a plethora of meats and enjoyed every single one! DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE! It needs better signage - an extra sign by the road perhaps? We almost missed it. Be sure you experience this place! We will be back! A wonderful anniversary lunch! Thank you Lindsay and kitchen staff for your hard work!

Our experience was amazing. Our server “Kathy C” went above and beyond. She even took our fussy toddler and carried her around so we could enjoy our meals. The food was good and reasonably priced but it was definitely the service that made our experience. We will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I went at happy hour and then had supper. The food and service was super good. The waitress was excellent. Thank you for a memorable time. We would definatley go again and suggest it to our friends and family.

Our hotel recommended the Bourbon Street Bar and Grill and wow, the food was delicious and the staff, very pleasant. My husband and I highly recommend stopping by this nice restaurant to experience the food.

Place was really busy and a bit short staffed so we had a bit of a slow start. Shoutbout to the staff who show up for work! The food was worth the wait wad fantastic! The calamari was so tender it borders on the best I have ever had! Chicken and waffles were delicious and the Sharma platter my husband had was top notch! Highly recommended

Busy fun place for a meal, staff were great, located in the Prestige Hotel. I enjoyed my Crispy chicken Sandwich my wife enjoyed here Eggs Benny. The prices were fair and we had some coupons related to our stay at the prestige.
