Bourbon Street Grill

I’ve worked in Coquitlam Centre for many years and have regularly enjoyed getting food here. I’ve never been dissatisfied until I went this past Friday (around 4: 30pm). I was not impressed because of the rude staff. One young woman in particular (the staff who rang though the orders), seemed miserable and like she didn’t want to be there. She’s probably not the best person to be helping customers.

The food used to be better. They again increased prices and made portions smaller. Last time I took combo 3 and it was enough for me and my son. I ordered the same combo 3 and was disappointed! That was definitely my last time there!

This used to be my favorite restaurant, I would come to the mall just to eat here. I don't think it should be named Bourbon St Grill anymore because it's Manchu Wok masquerading as it. It is basically Chinese food not bbq. They have added oyster sauce to every dish and it is disappointing greasy food.

I dunno about service but food was decent here when I had it in the past. Recently it closed down which makes me sad because out of entire food court, it is one of the top 3 places where you can get a decent portion meal for a fair price in my opinion.

I like the new menu, think the new items work well together.
I really really like the Chowmein here. I like that I can order with just that.
I also like that they have a more vegetarian options than before.
I will be coming here more often (especially for the chow mein).
I also saw that they are on Skipthedishes so that’s cool too.
The younger guy working at the counter was helpful and very fast.

Greeted with a sample of chicken yum. Ordered the “ceaser” salad with meat option. Nice portion of meat but not a Ceaser salad in any sense. No croutons and taste of lettuce, minimal dressing. Would suggest adding more dressing and croutons to make it a true Ceaser salad! Staff were friendly and always looks fresh in the case- try a different option next time!

Very disappointing. Regular customer. Menu changed and quality has changed. Chicken had bone and gristle in it. Flavour has changed. Pop was warm. Xtra bourbon sauce was different as well. New owners? You lost a customer

Went there today and found out it was taken over by a new owner. Not only the price increase the food portion reduced. It’s awful not going back again. Food not great.

The new owners kind of ruined the food and menu. Went there today and was greeted by very nice staff but the food was terrible in comparison to what it used to be. Its actually really sad to think that I wont be going back there. RIP Bourbon Street Grill

Giving samples is very good get customer but there food was very delicious!

Went there yesterday. Food was amazing! I tried mango chicken. That was amazing. I recommend everyone to go there and try their food.

I've been going here for about 3 years, more often than I'd like to admit
Today my husband and I went there. I usually get rice, mixed veggies, blackened fish and one other meat. We questioned if that was blackened fish and she said yes, it's different. I chose honey mustard chicken for my second meat and gave the fish a try. When we say done my husband said "the rice is different" as u was pulling grisol out of my mouth from the chicken. The veggies were not the same. The fish was horrible, battered and dry. We decided the rice tasted like Chinese fried rice. After the 3rd piece of unedible chicken. I took it back. I asked why everything is different, she said new owners. I tried handing the food back and she said to throw it away my self. Just then the new owner walked out and said take the food and refund her. I told him our thoughts about the food and left with my refund.
Afterthought. The girl was right to tell me to throw it away (cross contamination) I can't help to think what the manager did with the food I returned

Been a customer for years but not anymore.
At first glance I thought great new items, but with Every bite of chicken i was pulling out bone or cartilage. GROSS! Also felt under cooked.
The so called jambalaya rice i loved so much tastes like Chinese fried rice disguised as jambalaya.
The blacken fish used to be my favorite item is now probably the worst.very sad
. So long bourbon street grill we had some good together ill never forget that fish.

Great food I ever had! And very good customer service. They have Different Varieties of chicken but
I love there bourbon chicken:)
