Bourbon Street Grill

They served like half portion of meet and veggies that usually served, i complained but anyone cares about that, really bad attitude of the workers.

It's very tasty but they serve reluctantly. I ordered combo one and they gave me three but the food is delicious.

Don’t waste your money here. Very small portions and extremely salty and ridiculously oily food.

I always enjoy the food from this business at other locations but let me tell you, don't waste your money or a second of your time here. Rude service, salty dry food and small portions that are so pathetic you would be better off being satisfied with a glass of water. What a mess of a business that has the nerve to charge $15 a plate that is serving awful food.with mean spirited staff that should fine another job where they don't have to deal with customers.

Today (October 02,2023, around 3: 45 PM) we had a horrible experience ordering food from Bourbon Street Grill at Tsawwassen Mills.
The girl who was helping us was really rude, and the food was just terrible.
We were 2 people ordering 2 food. We politely asked for a single sample of the chicken to help us decide. But the girl helping us was super rude and said they couldn't give us even one sample, even though we were spending over $30.

And the food itself? Well, it stank! The chicken had this awful smell, and the beef was basically all fat. Overall, it was a real letdown.

They had the best service compared to all other stores in food court.
I would specifically like to mention the beautiful girl working at front. She was very polite and helpful. I was gonna go somewhere else but when she gave me the sample it was so good. She got me.

Indian lady at front, work like stupid, she didn't even ask, what you like or not. She just served too fast to kiss us out of way. Never gonna visit this place again.

We first encountered Bourbon Street Grill in Richmond Centre. I couldn't believe it when they told me that they don't use MSG in their food. And they have my favourite food – BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, fried noodles, and of course mixed vegetables. However, we discovered that there is a catch – chopped garlic is as common an ingredient as salt, and there's garlic in everything. But if we wanted to eat a balanced meal with a decent amount of cooked vegetables, that's what's available. We stopped by the mill before heading out to the ferry to grab a bite to eat. I was going to have a simple Chachi's sandwich but would prefer more vegetables, and Bourbon Street Grill is the next stall. But the food was almost not edible because of the amount of salt in the food. I ate less than half and left the rest. We've since gone back again in case there was a different cook. But same thing, the honey mustard chicken was over-spiced and everything was too salty. Even our friend who lives locally and is a fan of Bourbon Street Grill is not keen to visit this particular outlet. I do wonder if that's the reason they are not that busy!

Absolutely rude staff, young female server wearing eyeglasses, not able to communicate at all, I asked for vegi of my choice which was zucchini, even though I pointed at zucchini despite the fact she didn’t understand what zucchini was, still she put broccoli and mushroom on my food, I asked to remove the mushroom as don’t eat mushrooms and allergic to it, she laughed & rushed my pregnant wife and 84yrs old mother through decisions instead of pausing to listen to the customer and correct order. Food was very too greasy, clearly reheated and not fresh. When I asked the other staff to speak with manager, she responded it’s a Chinese guys Erik, I asked to speak with Erik, she totally ignored my request, Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. She was keep itching behind her ears and touch the food. The food portion is half of the scoops compare to previous times as well. They don’t appreciate our business. It’s my last 60$ I spend on this garbage food, never again, never ever ever again. Absolutely not recommended to anyone.

Went there for lunch a few days ago on a weekday. No line up. Spent $16 on chow mein 2 meats and 1 veg. Got a full plate and food was good. Nice staff too, got free iced water on a hot day.

$25 in food and they can’t give me a cup of water? !? ! Said I should buy a bottle if I want water, what a joke. Last BSG for me…

Please don't support a business that reheats their food. My chicken is so tough; it's inedible.
Grumpy staff, and bad food. Being in a food court there are other options.

Disgusting. I expect it to be greasy but this was laughable. I received my chow menu and veggies in at LEAST a half a cup of oil. I’m talking soup. The veggies smelled rancid & fishy. The chow mein was so overcooked it was black. The mango chicken was hard as rock. Entire meal inedible.

I tried there bourbons chicken soo good.
So many options n excellent customer service!

Portions are so small, the girl behind counter had her earbuds in talking on phone as she was loading up my food half the meat kept rolling back into their dish
I watched others get their food after and they got way more. For the price of these dishes you need to give more

The food is either undercooked or overcooked, staff is soooooo rude, especially someone named Christina, if that was her real name. Make no adjustments for dietary restrictions.
