Bourquin Dental Centre of Abbotsford

I was suffering terrible pain awaiting a root canal and could not get into my usual dentist. I was recommended Dr. Louie and he fit me in right away. He was very kind and really listened to my description of what I was experiencing He was very patient and thorough. He was able to get me in to see a colleague for the root canal the next day. He called to check on me after the procedure to see how I was doing even though he had not done the procedure. That kind of genuine care and sincerity is hard to come by these days! Highly recommend him to anyone!

Everyone there is amazing- friendly staff, and welcoming!
Especially Dr. Cesar, she is also very funny and takes time to get to know her patients and truly cares for them!

Caroline has a passion for helping people and she did just that for me. I was having headaches and migraines and she assisted in a plan that significantly improved my quality of life. She not only did corrective dental work that assisted in reducing my discomfort but lead me to other professionals that also assisted.
Overall she changed my life for the better.

I’ve been going to Bourquin Dental for upwards of ten years. I was very self conscious and nervous going for dental work but from the start the team here were so welcoming, comforting, and patient with me, they have really eased my dentist anxiety! I am always happy with the work done by the team, I’ve had no issues or complaints.

I had an appointment yesterday and I must say that it was the best experience going to the dentist I’ve ever had. The staff are so friendly and the dentist (I’m pretty sure her name is Jody) was amazing. Thanks for making it such a positive and comforting experience. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. As someone who has feared going to the dentist my whole life, I never thought those words would come out of my mouth.:)

This dental clinic is very tidy, modern, and with lots of free parking spaces. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Their equipment are modern and clean, making me feel safe.
Dr Christopher Louie is very polite, attentive, patient, competent, and he has gentle hands. He explains everything, and he takes his time in treating me. I strongly recommend this dental office to everyone of all ages.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cesar's for several years now, and Dr. Cesar and the team at Bourquin Dental have always delivered a great experience. Friendly and professional, they always make me feel welcome, like a valued client, rather than merely another patient to be processed through.

Dr. Cesar is almost always on time, and the very few times she has not been, I have been given the opportunity to reschedule either before my scheduled appointment, or in the event of an emergency, once I've arrived. I have also been notified when there have been cancelations, creating an opportunity for me to come in earlier should it be more convenient for me.

Dr. Cesar's support team are simply fantastic, from reception to dental assistants. I could gush for pages about how great they are, but I'm afraid it might seem insincere.

I would add that recently, due to scheduling issues on my part, I have seen the recently added Dr. Louie. I can only say that Dr. Cesar chooses her team carefully and well. Dr. Louie was very friendly and professional, and efficient, too, very much like Dr. Cesar herself. I would not hesitate to schedule future appointments with him.

One thing I haven't yet mentioned is that Bourquin Dental seems to take a whole patient sort of approach. As a result of their thorough, caring service, I was able to identify another health issue previously undiscovered. As a result, I am now using a CPAP machine and sleeping much more soundly and feeling better overall.

I simply cannot recommend this dental office highly enough.

I had my first dentist appointment here when I was 6 years old and I have been a patient ever since. That’s 15+ years of consistent and amazing service. Every single person who works here makes a genuine effort to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I had extremely crooked teeth during my teenage years but they helped guide me through perfecting my teeth. I am now so proud of my smile! I have had first hand experience as a child, teenager, and adult at Bourquin Dental Centre and I only have great things to say about it. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Dr Cesa's practice is a well organized one with very friendly staff. The atmosphere is a happy one which results in a dental service which is not only pleasant but also competent and is to be recommended.

I was nervous about my appointment the other day but from the minute I opened the door I was greeted so nicely, my appointment was over before I knew it.
Visit was not rushed was giving plenty of time to calm. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff.

I am terrified of dentists! I avoided them for years. The staff here are amazing! Dr. Cesar has a huge heart and listens to her clients needs. She very thoroughly explained and showed me every detail and helped me build a plan that works for me! I can't say enough good about this practice!
