Give me a quote around 200$ for changing my front break pads but ending up pay more than 300$ with no explanation!

I pulled in with my car with a bent exhaust on a hot afternoon. Helped me right away and made phone calls to find the part I may need. They couldn't do the job but referred me to someone else that could. Very helpful

A family run business that gives great service and I have for the most part been using Bowen Auto for several years. They are very reliable efficient and honest and definitely cheaper then the bigger repair shops. Pat has been in the business for at least 40 years now that I know off and has seen it all so very experienced. His son Casey and fully licenced mechanic and is also very knowledgeable and experienced now. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

Power steering fluid in our jeep ran dry. Limped it to their shop. Pat was amazing. Topped us up and diagnosed tiny leak and sent us on our way free of charge. We will be back. Great old fashioned service.

Took a vehicle in for a general inspection before purchasing. I mentioned that I had concerns about the transmission and the brakes. The mechanic told me that the brakes were 30% on the front and 70% on the rear (this info was on the sales report in the glove box). Today, 3 weeks later I'm looking at a $2000 bill for brakes. 10% front, less on the rear. I'm sure the guy didn't even drive it around the block or put it on the hoist. Certainly will never trust this shop to work on anything.

My friend had a breakdown and we had the car towed. The mechanic looked at the car immediately and had it repaired the following morning. The price was very reasonable the service was excellent.

Was charged by the book of 2.6 hours even though I've been told by many that it is two bolts slide out. Half hour - one hour tops. 700 for starter is way too much. Was promised phone call back which I never received. The one good thing was it was finished quickly.

Excellent shop, been going for about 2 years for work, good from anything from small odd jobs to big jobs. Reasonably priced.
