Boyce-Gyro Beach Park

It is small beach-park but it is great place for swimimg and picnic with full of activities such as beach volleyball, ping pong all water related activies such as kayaking, paddling, boat paddeling. There is kiosk that you can rent all you need for the beach activities. There are polite and friendly people at the kiosk that will help you with all your needs.

Super chilled. The area is easily accessible and parking is affordable. I love that the water is clear and warm and that the views from this beach are simply breathtaking! Loved it and God willing, will certainly return here next summer.

Lovely, tidy beach with rentals and bathrooms available. Gets very busy on a sunny day. Small minus for the fact you have to wade a good 500m out to be able to be chest-deep in the water, so actually swimming rather than just wading is difficult.

Well kept large beach very family oriented with climbing stuff and swings. Small zip line into water.

Had a great day here! The water is shallow for a long way out so there's lots of room to swim, the beach is sandy, there are concrete picnic tables and lots of grass for sports. Playground, volleyball courts and public bathrooms here as well.

Beautiful place in the morning but crowds up quick on a summer afternoon. Half the park is beach and half the park is nice grass Feild with sports courts and fields. Dogs are permitted only on the paved walkway between the beach and the grass. Not very pet friendly. Great place to spend on a hot summer day, good views down the lake. Good shopping across the street if you forget any essentials.

Terrible place. Do not go here. Waste of time. In fact, when it is really sunny just stay in doors to be safe.

I come here often, but ride through. But when it's windy, I like to watch the wind sailers. These guys are awesome.

I love this beach, lots of space, trees for shade and the parking lot is big. It's shallow so great for kids and a good play area for kids right on the sand with a zip wire into the water!

Nice beach but can become quite busy. We go every summer as my parents live in kelowna. If you walk a bit further to the other end the beach there isn't as crowded. Beware the sand is hot wear sandals

Beach was clean, water was good, not a lot of seaweed or algae it was pretty clear. If you show up early (like 9 or 10 am) you can get a good spot but it doeamt get super crowded either way. Good restrooms.

This super nice beach is away from the tourist crowd, as more locals enjoy this treed park, where shade is beneficial on those hot sunny days. You can rent Kayaks, umbrellas, and other water sports equipment here.

The water goes out for ages, not deep. Gorgeous view, shoppers drugmart just up the street if you forget your sunscreen.
I suggest getting to the beach early and get your spot 8: 00 amish if you can it fills up quickly. Popular tourist spot.
