Excellent customer service! The repairs to my vehicle were done on time and they went the extra mile by having my car detailed for me!

The group at CSN are always very friendly and great to deal with. I have had two windshields replaced there, and some rock chips. The service was excellent, they walked through what they did, and cleaned my car. I will use them moving forward for any collision repairs or windshields, and recommend them!

The staff in Kelowna were excellent, friendly and thorough with the repair of my vehicle.
They were accurate with the time for repair and my vehicle had a detailed cleaning on pick up too! Would definitely recommend this body shop

The manager did not want to talk to us and saying it is just one way traffic very very bad experience thanks I did not gave my car to them very bad customer service by the staff and the manager. Doing racism and can c in there cameras as well how bad they we’re talking to us. Lot Lot Lots of racism. Yelling on us.

I have used their services multiple times over the years. Very friendly service and explain everything well. Work completed in a timely and top level standards. This time was front window rock damage.

It was a very easy experience getting my windshield replaced and I was very well taken care of through the entire process. My truck was filthy inside and out going in, but they cleaned it all up for me. I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received and would absolutely recommend CSN on Dayton in Kelowna to anyone.

Top quality body work on my 2022 Lexus! They did a really great job and I have no complaints. Friendly and knowledgable staff who can pick up where someone else left off if the person you last spoke to isn't in the office that day. The turnaround time was pretty good as well. This photo is the day after picking it up from CSN and getting my summer wheels put on at Lexus.

I recently had the pleasure of using CSN Dayton for repairs on my vehicle after an accident. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and my vehicle looked as good as new when I picked it up. I was also impressed with the turnaround time - my car was ready sooner than I expected. Fantastic service, very friendly, timely, and a beautiful job on my vehicle! Was also finished on time and detailed very nicely when I picked it up.

Every step of the repair on my vehicle was painful and disorganised. After a week with my vehicle, they didn't know what was happening with my vehicle and although they offered to call back right away with an update, it never came. When I called back 2 days later looking for that update on my repair I'm told I need to be more patient?
Our car ended up being in the shop for 3 weeks, most of which was spent waiting for a new bumper to be delivered. I know delivery can be unreliable, but we booked the car in to have the bumper replaced 2.5 months earlier.
Our A/C was also repaired while it was with CSN, and when I picked up the car it didn't work. CSN couldn't figure out what they'd done wrong so they agreed for me to take it to another shop to fix. The other shop (Trail Tire, highly recommended) found that there was no coolant in my A/C (CSN had charged me to fill it).
3 weeks and I'm still waiting for a cheque from CSN for the work Trail Tire had to do to fix the bad repair work I had done at CSN.

I had a scraped bumper and the side panel needing replacing as well. The body work was done very well and I had a polish done to the overall paint.

Windshield replacement was done professionally and I’m returning for some minor body work.

We had our windshield replaced though an ICBC claim. Great service. We could not believe how well they cleaned and detailed our car. The interior looks brand new! Highly recommended.

I think they recently rebranded, but that’s neither here nor there - wanted to get on here and say I couldn’t be happier with the service I got at this auto centre! (I swear, I’m a real human and I’m not being asked to write this haha!) Particularly, shout out to Nathan who really displayed some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Great follow-up, and was very kind and patient as I worked through my first time dealing with a collision repair/ICBC. Even though my appoint was pushed a few times due to supply chain issues and my own family emergency, the crew was extremely flexible with getting me in for my repair. Thanks to the awesome group of employees at this shop! Can’t recommend using them enough, though I hope you don’t need to?

I had a great experience when taking my vehicle into Boyds autobody and glass, with an issue with the door not opening and my dealership was absolutely no help. I took my car to Boyd and was introduced to Dan who explained the situation with my door lock. With in a very sort time They had the door apart and found out the problem.
A few days later after parts came in my car was fixed washed vacuumed. I was given a little bag as a thank you with bottle water and goodies in it. It was a really nice gesture.
I have never had that kind of service and appreciation anywhere else. Thank you for the memorable experience.

I returned to have my window door switch looked at for after they had done work on door. My electric window would stop working intermittently regardless open or partially closed.
After they looked at it. Told me the one switch was worn out an on its last leg. When I get my next oil change have mechanic replace the mechanism. That it will only cost me about $5.00 or so.
I found the timing of this mechanism failure occuring odd to have coincided with the same time they had the door apart to work on it. Hummm

Had to get the front end of my car replaced. They did an awesome job, the car looks as good as new. And as an extra bonus they also cleaned the inside of the car and it looks immaculate! Very pleased with the service.

I am just about to leave Boyd's parking lot but needed to write this first. I AM OVER THE MOON HAPPY! They not only fixed up my car perfectly, they left it cleaner than I have ever seen it and were so kind about everything. When dropping the car off I was met by kind and courteous staff, paper work was quick and I was off in my rental car within 5 minutes. Upon pick up I was again greeted so kindly and the paperwork was taken care of quickly. There was a slight discretion on whether I needed to pay a deductible, Dan Lester was on the phone with ICBC right away and straightened everything out. Dan's professionalism, punctuality, communication and kindness will bring me back to Boyd again. Plus my car looks better than new! 10/10 and hands down recommend Boyd, specifically the Dayton Street location, to friends, family and anyone needing auto work. Thank you Boyd team!

Boyd auto body is an amazing place the customer service is top notch.
The quality of work done by this shop is outstanding.

The whole team from the moment I entered the shop was attentive and caring. They actively listened to my concerns and aided me even after I had my vehicle back with questions I had about my vehicle, without making me feel silly. The vehicle was returned to me exactly when they quoted me in a beautiful glow. It almost looked brand new! I am thoroughly impressed with the cadence of the team as well as their skill levels completing my cars repair and beautifying it.
Ten out of ten would recommend and will go back (if needed) in the future!

Twice now they given me amazing service. 1st was my number repair. On point. 2nd a sensor goes off and might be an issue with a pinched wire - they squeezed me in, cleaned my are in AND out and let me know it was item under warranty by the dealership but to not to worry about it. Dan was excellent in explaining what the issue was and took of me. I will be back always as I trust this team and they made me feel as a woman to be equally valued - thank you Dan.

I got my bumper caught up on a curb which caused it to pop off. I was mortified, it rendered my car near undrivable as it was just hanging there by 2 screws. In tears I called Boyd ; not only were they extremely understanding ; they told me to bring it right in and they would help me out. It was near the end of the day for them on a Friday and very busy however they Still took the time for me and made sure my car was safe to drive and did it with a smile.im so glad I called them. Was beating myself up about getting my front bumper caught on a curb (how embarrassing) which resulted in the front being pulled away. Brought it in and was helped by Will, who was very friendly and was able to fix the problem so quickly! Very appreciative of the service and how friendly the staff were. I had a complicated insurance claim, as my car was hit, by a golf cart, in a parking lot, at a Vernon golf course. Boyd Autobody came to the rescue and negotiated with my private insurance company - who wanted to write my car off - and they replaced my bumper and headlight etc, whilst I had use of an Enterprise rental vehicle, ready when I dropped off mine.
They were friendly, efficient and professional and did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle.

I had a great experience at Boyd with Nathan Tennant! He gave me lots of options to choose what worked best for me, made sure I knew what was going on, and got my car fixed FAST. He even secured a courtesy car for me. Definitely would recommend Nathan and Boyd!

A vehicle backed into the driver's door on our vehicle, damaging it pretty severely. We needed to get it fixed asap because one of our kids was going to use the car for her driver's test. I took the vehicle in on Tuesday and got it back on Friday the same week - just in time for the driver's test. The work was great and everyone at Boyd was super accommodating. Will definitely go to Boyd for any future auto body or glass repairs.

My sunroof had shattered and I had went to Boyd’s Autobody and Glass. I had called Mazda dealership prior where they were quoting me $500 for a new sunroof and saying with installation The total would amount to around $1000. Boyd took the time to find me a used sunroof, and finished the job in an hour, and the total charge was only $400! I am very grateful and happy to have found a great auto body shop. Nathan was very professional and caring. My sunroof is good as new!

I took my car into Boyd Autobody & Glass on Dayton to get my windshield replaced and they handled the claim from start to finish. Neal was very friendly to deal with and explained the entire process. It was as simple as dropping my car off and picking it up, complete with a courtesy vehicle for the day. They also detailed my car inside and out! Neal and the crew get five stars from me! Definitely recommend them for your autobody and glass needs.

Went to BOYD at the recommendation of a coworker after I noticed my windshield decided to spontaneously crack. I had called around to a couple other places, but along with the trustworthy recommendation, I was drawn to BOYD because they do everything themselves, in house.no partnerships that you have to call desperately and deal with just to get your specific fix. They were super friendly, and took care of me and my car efficiently and effectively. They were super flexible with timing, and so far my windshield is working perfectly. I’m not surprised! As someone new to BC and unfamiliar with the insurance system here, they were really patient and willing to help me learn and understand the fees/what’s covered by ICBC. Thank you so much for your help! I fully intend to use BOYD for all of my future automobile needs.

If you have lots of money and dont want to go through insurance. Go here and spend $5000 just to repair a quarter panel.

Tried to have Mark follow up with some concerns with some repair work I was not happy with. Dropped in numerous times, called and never received any follow up. Very disappointed.

Wonderful experience! Neale and the rest of the fabulous staff made a stressful situation into one of ease and enjoyment! Lovely people, SPEEDY service, and great work. Definitely my new go-to spot for car concerns!
