About 18 months ago another body shop completed a sub-standard repair on my car door that resulted in my car door handle falling off. I stopped in ay Boyd to schedule an appointment and get an estimate done on repairing the repair job (I have used Boyd in the past for ICBC claims and already trusted their workmanship). They spent about 10 min talking with me about the repair and potential options and was bracing for a estimate in the 100's of dollars. Wade decided to take a crack at a repair that would only take a few min, and while not perfect would make the door perfectly safe and functional again.
I walked in with a busted car door, and the expectation of paying a lot for a repair and I walked out with a working car door and no money out of pocket. Many thanks to Wade and the team at Boyd. I'll be bringing my car back there next time I need body work done and I'll be recommending them to anyone that asks.

Brought my car here because it was close to home but more importantly, it was on ICBC's list of recommended body shops. I dealt mainly with Jackson and I was very satisfied with my claim. He was able to walk me through the claim and repair process and answered my questions with professionalism and integrity. I was feeling a bit rattled because of my accident but he reassured me along the way and I definitely felt more at ease. A special shout-out for Lawrence, as I spoke with him on the phone and the conversation was very pleasant.

Overall, a good and positive experience from something that nobody ever wants to go through. These guys know their stuff and I would recommend Boyd Autobody to anyone even if they don't close by. Thanks a million!

I called them today and made an appointment to take my car there to get an estimate for ICBC and book the repair. I went to the shop, but no one was there. I waited and called their number multiple times with no response. I would not recommend them!

Came in for an ICBC claim for vandalism on my 2022 Hyundai Kona drivers side and passenger door. They repaired both doors with dirt trapped under the paint on the passenger side door and damaged the plastic trim on the driver's side door Mike the manager acknowledged his employees damaged the trim and said he ordered a replacement from Hyundai. It's now September and my repair was in January never heard back from him.

I had originally brought my car to Boyd before switching to another collision repair company. No one ever answers their phone and their voicemail is always full.

I took the vehicle in for an insurance repair and after the initial consultation that took multiple calls to get through to make an appointment I never heard back. No idea whether they had ordered the part or not. I was able to call ICBC and switch to a different company that was a great experience and now my vehicle is fixed.

Just got our van back from repair via an ICBC claim. Super friendly service, with a shop conveniently located next to Enterprise for car rental. Good work, clear communication throughout.

They do a great job, however the last time my new sunglasses were stolen from the car.

Went for an estimate and they didn't even bother, told me they were backed up for 2 months after closing 1 of their shops, poor customer service!

My Nissan Rogue got its catalytic converter stolen. Mike @ Boyd Autobody New West took all the responsibility from having the vehicle towed to his shop and after repairs, delivered in Surrey (due to my work schedule problem). He is such a wonderful and straight forward person and I am sure that everybody would like to deal with that kind of person. Keep it up Mike!
