They treated me amazingly! Milan Was exceptional and All staff we’re very kind! Although short staffed, they had my car out in a timely manner and was very communicative with me. I had a time limit and they followed in time perfectly. Would definitely go back again if needing more service in future!

Went to start a claim for my cracked windshield. The start of the process was fine, but I had to follow up twice after to ensure my windshield was ordered. I was told it was but I am still waiting for someone to contact me. 6 weeks later. Will not be coming back here, even though it’s close to my home.

The got my window replaced in a pinch the same day I showed up after a break in. Friendly and awesome service. Would definitely recommend.

Clean work. They even fixed a scuff that has nothing to do with my claim for free. Would definitly recommend!

I tried to get my vehicle repaired at the Maple Ridge location but they wouldn’t accept it, so I found out Darcy worked at the Surrey location and he accepted my vehicle with open arms like he always has. It took a little longer than expected but when I got the vehicle back I was very happy with the results. I would go to any location that Darcy works at as I know I will get looked after. Darcy and his staff put my car worries at ease. I had to replace my transmission and get some body work done, and they got me in quicker than any other body shop in my area. Everyone is so polite and professional. Everything went smoothly, and the communication was on point. Darcy kept me updated weekly, and made me feel like I was a priority. And when my car was ready for pick up he even stayed later so that I could pick it up when I was off of work. I have been and will continue to send people his way! The gentlemen name Stanley I dealt with was very professional right from the get-go. He was touching base with me throughout the whole time my vehicle was in the body shop for an ICBC claim. He even got my car washed for me which was out of my expectation. He went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth as it could possibly be. Give that guy a raise! I will recommend any of my friends to go to Boyd Autobody in Surrey for any body work if they ever need any.

Ridiculous experience
Got my car repaired in July 2022, they marked the repair‘s complete got my signatures everywhere and then told me there is a part of my door is back ordered and they will get it as soon as possible
has been six months now no updates from the shop even after multiple follow-ups
they called me once they got the part but that was the wrong part and that was in October 2022
The repairs were worth of approximately $10,000 but they have no respect or any customer service to follow up with me and get the part for me
Can someone help me how I can get my car fully repaired

Took my car here to get fixed after someone hit my vehicle on the passenger front side. Lots of damage. Boyd did a wonderful job with the repairs and it took them less than a week to fix it. I'm very impressed with their repairs and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any repairs done.
