From the estimate, to the arrangement for car rentals right through to completion. Everything was seamless and the communication was great. I was given a timeline and they were able to get the work done ahead of schedule. Everyone was friendly helpful at Boyd. The finished product looked amazing.hopefully I won't need to, but if so I would definitely use this company again.

Phenomenal experience at Boyd Autobody Langley back in August. My car needed paint work due to vandalism and Stanley and others there went above and beyond my expectations in terms of the work and service provided. I was set up with a courtesy car and the completion time was shorter than we anticipated and the car is in much better shape than it was before the incident. If you are looking for a trustworthy body shop, look no further!

This place smells like a wet dog! Not a very pleasant experience with a dog barking all over the place. Is this an autobody shop or a dog daycare?

Great service! My car got side swiped while i was 6 months pregnant and had never been in an accident before so was very nervous about the whole process. Stan was very friendly and helpful, he got a car to drive me to enterprise to get my rental car and was very helpful with all my questions along the way. Highly recommend them!

I have been visit your office twice to pickup the rental was not ready I went to interprice multiple time to pickup from them directly they said there is no request from Boyd Bodyshop for the rental. You guys wasting my time to leave the work multiple time and I miss the rental for whole repair time not recommending Boyd Body shop auto repair to no one and I believe I have a valid reason to complain about one of your staff. I consider myself a very friendly and cooperative person. However, I have never felt welcomed when I enter your office by your current employee. I also feel that I am "bothering her" by showing up for my appointment, and that she truly does not care about the my cace and well being of the customer It is important you are aware of this person's behavior as it really has changed how I feel about your customer service
. While I certainly would not want anyone to have their job at risk, I feel the receptionist job is a very important one. Sometimes people are just not a good fit for the job, and unfortunately, I feel this person is not a very good representation of your staff and company.
I feel there is weak leadership and management to control the store. That way is so mess

I was very happy with the service I received from Boyd Langley. My appointments were made in reasonable time and the job was completed in the time they quoted. I dealt with Estimator John Moore. He was fantastic! This was an ICBC claim and he was very thorough with the details of the damage to my car.
He listened to my concerns and followed through with every detail. The job was done perfectly and I'll definitely take my car to Boyd Langley the next time I need body work.

I recently used this shop to do repairs and the manager was able to help me get in quickly due to my broken glass. I had my car painted in and out in under 3 days from the time of estimate! Very impressed! I will recommend this body shop to anyone I know that needs repair services. Thank you all at Boyd

By far the worst body shop experience of my life. Do not take your vehicles here. I have suggested that ICBC strip them of there accreditation.

When your vehicle goes in for repairs it shouldn’t leave with more damage than it went in with.

Overspray all over the interior of our vehicle. Windshield, dashboard, steering wheel, navigation screen, gauge cluster, shifter, climate control knobs.

Completely ruined.

Their “fix” was to take it to a “detail shop” 25 kms away from the shop to clay bar our LCD touch screen and gauge cluster. Would you clay bar your TV or Laptop screen?

All they did was make it worse.

This is an ongoing 3 month nightmare.

Very friendly, good service, good quality repairs, will definitely use again if needed in the future
