Bozzini's Restaurant - Greek, Indian, Italian

We ordered by phone for pick up as we are living out of the hospital so we can't really comment on the atmosphere. Upon returning back to the hospital we noticed our order was wrong. When we called it took quite some time to figure out where the mishap happened. The staff made the correction and we picked it up right away. The sauce was so creamy, heavy, and overpowered by garlic I couldn't even tell where was seafood in the pasta. Garlic bread was very dry and had no flavor. We will likely find somewhere else to get pasta the next time we need to order.

Portion size for dinner orders is equivalent to a lunch but without the reduced cost.
Foods always good but this time my food was exceptionally spicy and im not able to eat my meal. Instead of getting a store credit, im to drive and get it replaced but only after receiving push back from the kitchen who lack accountability and good faith in their customers. I hope management calls me supporting me with an in-store credit.
I’ll stick to baked lasagnas on the future, at least I know they don’t cheap out on that or mess it up.

The food used to be good but their service has gotten from bad to worse. They have made mistakes on orders multiple times and missing food. We live 20 minutes away and a mistake means someone’s not getting fed. They are terrible at acknowledging their fault even though we’ve given them receipts and snapshots of their websites.
If you have planned events at home, I would not trust them to get anything done on time or even have it correct. Choose wisely. There are better places out there.

We had staff Xmas dinner last week and the food/service were good will go again sometime in the future

Got the greek platter for 2 and a spanakopita. Everything was great and it was a great deal for the amount of food we got.

Great service too. I usually uber eats the place for their lamb and it was my first time eating in and im going to come back again to eat in only from now on.

Ordered stuffed mushrooms because I haven’t had them in forever. Was a bit let down because the mushrooms were not “stuffed. ” You kinda have to put the toppings on the mushroom and it’s not the same experience. So I pretty much re-made them by putting the toppings inside the mushrooms and adding more cheese. Please stuff the mushroom next time as the name implies. Flavour was good, though. Also, pricey for some mushrooms, canned shrimp and cheese.

The management is poor, they forgot half our delivery order and said they would provide a credit, but once we asked to redeem the credit it next time, they declined it.

They also counted a baby as a 6th guest in-order to add a service fee to the bill.

Been coming for years and it was always good. Last 3-4 times have been a let down. Everything is tainted with Curry and food comes burnt, runny or cold. Made my wife very sick last night. Prices are horrendous now. Go literally anywhere else! 0 stars.

Love ordering from Bozzinis. The seafood Alfredo is a must try, especially baked with cheese on top. There spanakopita is awesome, they bake it with feta cheese on top. Yum! If your looking for Italian/Greek food this is the place to go/order from.

I usually order their lasagna and their vegetarian special pizza and it always arrives hot, fresh, and tasty. This place never disappoints.

Today during lunch, my buddies and I hosted a party. The seafood was delicious, and the cuisine was excellent at a fair price. The bread had a good toast. The meals were superb. Outstanding servers were the girls.excellent surroundings I heartily endorse this eatery.

We attended a gathering at this restaurant. The food was succulent and appetizing. Highly recommend the slow cooked roasted lamb and the chicken souvlaki. Customer service was excellent. The servers catered well to our needs.

Bozzini’s catered my Husband’s 50th Birthday and right front the start of planning with Bill it was great! Bill was attentive and quick to respond and willing to adjust things to accommodate our needs. They even delivered and had Chaffing trays for keeping the food warm! THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! And we had so much leftover. It was great that I was also able to stay in my budget! THANK YOU BILL! Very grateful!

Haven't been there since Covid hit, it's like going home to a delicious home cooked meal. Very cozy and fantastic atmosphere. The menu is perfect to satisfy the cravings.

Delicious food! Price is a little too expensive but it's manageable. The main reason this restaurant deserves five stars is because of the exceptional service provided by one of the waitresses, Mehnaaz. She is an absolute sweetheart!

I had the Calamari it was amazing. I will definitely come back to try more of their delicious looking menu.

Ordered delivery from.this place a few times and it's always consistent and always delicious whether it be a Pasta dish to a greek dish its never let's us down we can't wait to come in and sit down for a meal highly recommend this place! First time ordering today. That is the best lasagna I have ever had. The fettucini alfredo was good, bit spiced for my mom a senior but still quite tasty. We will certainly be trying more things from here

Sadly, this place has gone downhill in the past year or so. Ordered tonight (delivery), and the chicken souvlaki was burnt on every edge, the pita bread was totally over done, and the worst part.the red peppers in the Greek salad were literally mush. I'm talkin' just completely gone bad, gross slimy peppers. It was disgusting.
Used to love ordering in from here, totally disappointed and won't be ordering again.

We used Bozzini's to cater a wedding. The wedding was a mixed Indian and western wedding. We were quite surprised that Bozzini's had Greek, Italian and Indian food! The food was amazing and everyone gave rave reviews. The owner was accommodating of our vegetarian requests and dietary requirements including gluten-free pasta. The delivery of the food was also exactly on time. We would highly recommend this place for any event.

It was ok.would I go there again. I don't think so. Everything seems soggy the calamari the spinach in the Spanokapita and the pizza crust even when I asked it to be baked extra crispy.the crust seems like it was the same as fresh slice which in am not a fan of. I would go back to Assinis on Fraser Hwy hands down and up and around again even if it's alot farther for me. SORRY Bozzinis

I ordered from skip the dishes. At 930pm I called to ask for extra taziki and they said they were closed and kept hanging up everytime I called. When I got my food I got the spaghetti an steak but never got beef souvlaki. I called the next day and was told I have no proof that I didn't get it so they won't refund or send me the meal. Never order from them

Ordered takeout 40 minutes ago, but when i arrived to the store my food wasn’t even punched in, making me wait yet another 40 minutes.i didn’t eat anything prior to this today so i was really looking forward to it.i am sadly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Never been here before, thoroughly enjoyed our meal! 4 of us had 3 different types of food (Italian, Indian, American), they were all delicious and reasonably priced. I will be returning.

Went to Bozzini’s tonight for a work dinner and we were not pleased. A coworker of mine had asked her to list the type of sauces that were in one of the food items. She simply just said “I don’t know. ” We had to ask her if she could go find out lol.
The food was okay but it lacked A LOT of salt. There were 7 people and every single person had to pour it onto our food.
The roasted potatoes were flavorless.
The caeser was bland and the beans were so stale.
Fries were super bland. Pretty much everything was bland except for the pizza.
Quite disappointed with our experience. Would not go again.

Had high hopes for this place, alas dissatisfied. Ordered mushrooms caps that had coleslaw and the tiniest shrimps under a minimal amount of cheese, a weird combo to say the least. Next we Ordered the 10oz steak and asked for it rare it came out medium well and I just couldn't be be bothered to ask for another.the accompying vegetables were barely cooked and felt like they've been sitting out for a while. The roasted potatoes also tasted old and dry. My friend had the pasta which was decent. So I guess stick to the pastas if you can. The cocktails we ordered weren't made properly and that's a slap in the face for the prices

Grabbed some lunch to take home. We got a chicken slouvaki plate and the beef slouvaki plate. Great taste and nice size portions. Will visit again without any hesitation. Service was good too!

This is third time eating here and every time food is delicious. Sister's wedding catering was also done from here and honestly no complaints. It's my weekly go to place now.

Prawn appy was amazing, and choosing what to have was difficult, as there's so many delicious choices!

I loved this restaurant. Their music. Ambience. Servers. Customer service. Food taste. Quantity. Everything was so good. Really liked their concept of individual meals (like we usually have in other restaurants) for Indian food too.

Best place to get Greek style Roast Lamb and other Greek entrees. Ambiance is nice, doesn't feel over crowded and the service is exceptional. I have been coming here for over 20 years and I am rarely ever disappointed. If you are in the neighborhood I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

This place serves Greek, Italian and Indian food.
Enjoyed an Appetizer of Escargot in Cheese and Butter sauce.
I also had Greek style Baby Back Ribs with Rice, Roast Potatoes, Greek Salad and a small serving of Pita Bread.
The back ribs had a nice lemon taste.
Dined with four others.
One had a Burger with fries.
Fries were very poor and not eaten.
The Pasta Alfredo and Tomato pasta were reported to be.

My main complaints were with the service.
I noticed a sign at the entrance that 'All drinks- $1 off'.
When I enquired with the server he said he wouldn't give me $ 1 off if I ordered a drink.
Then he quickly changed his mind and gave me the discount promised but his tone showed he wasn't pleased with doing so.
When I asked for a large take out box he brought me a small take out box.
I politely asked for a large take out container and was told they only have small ones.
So he brought a second small container.
Server rushing me to pay the bill.

You definitely want to eat here.the menu is not complicated, with greek, italian, and indian choices.reasonable prices as well.i've dined here twice for lunch in the last month.had calamari first visit, a bit too much salt, but okay.had escargot second visit, was really nice.had sovlaki plate both times, lamb and beef respectively.cooked perfectly.hasn't been too busy in the dining room but if you're hungry you can change that.

I have been coming to bozzinis with my family for 30+ years. I'm sad to say, I will not be returning. The service is terrible. I'm literally sitting in the restaurant as I write this. It's as tho these girls have zero waitresses experience at all. Not once has anyone checked if we need a drink, or taken away the dirty plates from the apppatipzer. It's been very disappointing experience

This place has the best food I have had yet in Surrey. It feels like higher end cuisine with great portion sizes, and a nice home cooked feel. A great price too. We had the whole studio fed and happy. Finally found my go to spot in Surrey.

I ordered stuffed mushroom caps that were supposed to have crab and cheese in them and they came with rice? Who puts rice in stuffed mushroom caps? I ordered them specifically because I have diabetes and am doing keto. A warning about rice would have been helpful as now I paid for food I can't eat. Luckily my dad can eat rice so he ate some. Unfortunately they were gross. Please don't serve rice in stuffed mushroom caps. It's disturbing and unappetizing.

My favourite restaurant by far!
The baked spaghetti is to die for and my mom is hooked on their lasagna. We come here a few times a month and each time we’ve been extremely pleased with the food and customer service.

The lasagna sauce was off I've always liked them but it seems they've gone downhill and the garlic bread what happened

By far the worst dining experience I've ever had! We ordered 4 dishes and they all were soaked in oil and butter; if you can't make a dish taste good, adding oil is not going to help!
In addition to the poor food quality, the service was below the average. We made a take-out order, picked up the wrapped meals, and got to our destination only to realize that they had not included any spoons/forks with the dishes! If not sure, please at least ask the customers if they need utensils.

Bill owns this restaurant and he goes out of his way to make every experience enjoyable. The food is delicious.no matter what you order. The service has always been great.

Had an hour to kill before an appointment in Fleetwood, and stopped off for lunch. I wanted to support a local business and was glad I did - excellent food and service, and very safe during COVID. Will be back for sure!

I have been coming here for many years and the food has always been of the best quality. I went again a few days ago with my fiancé. We ordered the Greek style wings and they tasted amazing as always. The customer service here is also top notch. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family whenever they are in town!

Horrible customer service! The staff is so rude, I was shocked because they have so many positive reviews. I looked a little further into it and realized a lot of these 5 star reviews seem to be from friends or family and are completely fabricated. The reviews attached in the above image are made in minutes of one another and are identical word for word. Definitely would not recommend and we will never be back!

There was a bug in our food! Incredibly disappointed as my family frequently orders from this establishment. We called in to let them know about the bug we saw, provided a picture + proof of purchase, and the customer service we got in response was terrible. Would have gone a lot differently had they done so much as apologize rather than laugh on the phone.

Rude customer service staff is literally uneducated with no experience of how to take care of customers. Seems like there’s no proper management anymore or owner doesn’t care. We used to come all the time with our family and friends but we don’t enjoy it anymore.

I have not been to this restaurant for many years, however I just called them and found that they have a lunch buffet only on Wednesdays. It was always a good restaurant when I was there

Took my family here for dinner and stood at the door for 5 mins whilst the old lady walked in and out the kitchen without acknowledging our presence. Needless to say she did not seat us and there was only two tables in the restaurant. We left after the bad customer service

This is the best place for dine in in Surrey. Foos is simply mouthwatering. So delicious with a huge variety in their menu. Our server Raj was really helpful and attendant on our group. We really appreciate the fact that every time we come in although how busy they are she never let us wait at the door and always gets a table as soon as possible since most of the places let you wait at the door forever without even paying attention on you and your family. Satisfaction is guarantee at this place 100%.

First time experience here was great! Except the service was just a tad bit slow. The menu has a lot of variety, from Greek, Indian & Canadian food. The chicken tenders here are very crispy and savoury, the spanakopita was delicious as well! Will be back for more.

After numerous disappointing experiences here over the past 15 years, I decided to give this restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. We were seated and our order placed. Approximately 45 minutes later, our orders arrived.but only half of them (we are a family of 5). Three of us ate our dinners while the others waited an additional 20 minutes! The waitress did all she could to keep us happy, but the kitchen made this very difficult for her. When one can literally drive around the corner to Greek Islands restaurant (which NEVER disappoints), why waste your time here? We will not be back.

We ordered catering from Bozzinis yesterday for our sons first birthday party and the food was amazing so delicious. Our family and friends were impressed so we suggested them to try more items. Honestly they have such a huge variety of food that made it so hard to choose what to order but we are so thankful for the Greek dinners that we order as they were simply amazing. Definetly will be ordering again soon.

Bozzinis has the best food quality. Everything is so fresh. Portions are really good so I am simply giving +5 stars to this restaurant. Thumbs up to the cooks in the kitchen! Bozzinis is an awesome family restaurant. We dined in today with our friends and family about 10 of us in total and we are really happy with the service as well as the food. We had mostly Greek food chicken souvlaki and calamari. Everything was so fresh. Our server was really helpful very nice. We will definitely recommend Bozzinis to our friends.

This is an amazing little restaurant. The menu has alot of variety, and the lamb was absolutely delicious. The prices are also very affordable. Would 100% recommend.

Went here about 3 weeks ago for lunch with my daughter for the first time. We both ordered chicken souvlaki and the portion and pricing was really good. The service was prompt as well
