We bought our truck from Myron! He was great and very helpful through it all! We recently had our first service! Although one of the young ladies in the service department went out of her way to do something we specifically asked her not to do, at the end of the day we ended up dealing with a different lady in reception and she was so lovely and helpful!

I had contacted quite a few dealers in BC about ordering a new truck. Most tried to steer me towards what they had on the lot and some just did not know answers to questions I had and would just make up info as they went.
I contacted Braby Motors with just a email and they followed up with every question I had and found answers when they didn’t know. They were fair with the pricing and followed through with everything they had promised when the truck arrived. No hidden costs or games, just good honest service. It felt like the old times when a dealership wanted your business and went out of their way to get you as a customer.

This dealership and its' staff are not normal! They are polite, not pushy, actually seem to care about you and seem to like their jobs.as I said, not normal. We purchased a Wrangler 4xE from them and the overall experience was a solid 5 stars.

We bought a used 2013 Ram 1500 with 155,000 kms from Brent in 2017. Our sales and service experience at Braby has always been excellent. It's obvious that the service manager and his staff work hard to do a great job for their customers. Now the old Ram has just over 300,000 kms and the engine and transmission are still going strong. We will 100% be going back to Braby for our next Ram in a few years.

Located, on the Highway 1, at the West end of Salmon Arm, it is near Piccadilly Mall for shopping when maintenence appointments are require leaving you car or truck with them. They have complementary customer cars to drive you to destinations. The sales representitives do not force quick unreflecrive choices from potential owners. If the right combination of options can not be found on the lot they have the ability to find and acquire used and new automotive from a far distance in British Columbia.

I purchased a 2021 RAM 3500 (crazy truck) and the entire process was amazing! Brenda in finance, Mickey (my salesman) and Ryan in service made this a very enjoyable experience. Just bought a new RAM HD 3500, this was the best buying experience I have ever had! They treat you like family and are so friendly and helpful. If you need a ram truck or a jeep or even a used vehicle they will set you up. I drove from Lake Country 1.5 hours away to buy from them that's how good they are!

The only place you should be buying a JEEP! Best service and techs, we will always be going back for our next trade in!

Took 3 visits to get a simple part replaced on my jeep.
1. To look at leaking roof and order part
2. Ordered wrong part sorry can you come back
3. Actually had the part and was able to install.

Friendly staff but I question their ability to order parts correctly, communicate with customers or work efficiently. Basic dealership issues
Do your diligence and call ahead to confirm appointment and that parts are in stock to complete the work.
They washed my vehicle nicely and completely my work quickly once they had everything together.

I purchased my 2019 Ram 1500 Sport from Braby Motors last March and I couldn't be happier. My sales rep Jason made it easy and the service was outstanding. Justin Braby made the deal happen and it was as smooth experience. I recently had a tire issue and Jason and Chris Davis totally took care of my problem and gave me a screaming deal on new tires. I was so pleased with the service right from the first email I sent late in the evening. I was surprised to receive an answer very early! The next morning. I had an appointment for 2 pm and drove off with my new vehicle arriving home for supper. Amazing! The service was exceptional. Bought a new RAM at Brabys last summer, my second new vehicle ever, in spite of so many people saying not to buy new. My sales guy, Jason, was great. He respected my payment limit, didn't try and upsell me, negotiated some addons. Would happily buy from Jason again. And my brand new price was pretty much the same as a 2-3 year old truck. Going through the paperwork process of the sale was a headspinner. Christine was just wonderful helping me through it all and also respecting my payment limits. We got a houseboat trip with Twin Anchors as well. It was hands down the best family vacation ever, we would normally be hard pressed to be able to afford such a thing. We joke about buying another vehicle so we can go houseboating again! I've been getting my servicing done here too. Bought a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Braby. The staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The detailing crew did an awesome job as well. It looked like a brand new grand Cherokee after they were done with it.

Wouldn't negotiate, promised to do body work on my truck after purchase didn't do what I asked, promised a tank of gas, I put more in loaner than they put in my tank

We had a great salesman buddy who was very friendly, helpful and great with the kids! Couldn't ask for a better man to help us pick out our truck. I BIG disappointment when we were signing everything my husband did not realize he signed for a 4500 dollar insurance plan. We both thought she was telling is it was included. As we were waiting for our truck to get detailed we went to her within the half hour saying we just noticed this extra and we didnt want it, the lady told us to come back a week later and she will deal with it, as we did. When we got there she told us there was nothing she could do now and to wait 30 days to cancel on our own (they get the commission after 30 days) so we went home called the company directly and had ZERO issue cancelling for us. So be careful when you sign things and really pay attention we were very happy until this point.

I would highly recommend visiting Braby if you're in the market for a vehicle. I worked with Brent and he made the whole process very easy with no pressure at all. I'll be visiting Braby again in the future, well worth a visit.
