Dr. Loo is very professional and knowledgeable! I am very grateful that I came to her before making the decision on my orthodontical treatment. I came to her because I want to know whether my current gum health and TMJ disorder conditions are suitable for orthodontical treatment. She found out the main issue of mine at the first look of my x-rays: I have a structural anomaly on the left side of my TMJ. Our further conversation shows that the anomaly is not caused by any trauma but congenital. Dr. Loo gave me a whole picture about what I should do if I want to align my teeth in the near future. You can definitely trust her expertise as a specialist with over 25-year experience!

The reason I went to see Dr. Loo was to get a 2nd unbiased opinion in regards to my child's orthodontic treatment. My first impression of Dr. Loo was that she understood my concerns and truly wanted to see how she can make this a win-win situation which I really appreciated. She is really knowledgeable in her trade because she was talking really fast.lol! I thought I had to take notes but she assured me that a letter with various option plans discussed today will be mailed to me before I decide anything. Dr. Loo is also really sociable, approachable and understanding.

It was a fantastic experience. Dr. Loo gave us explicit details explaining what needed to be done for our daughter's teeth and how much it would cost. Our daughter felt included, and wants to get her teeth done. Dr. Loo has also offered us second consult with her and our dentist. The reception staff are also very helpful.provide good idea's and kind/welcoming humour.

My daughter has a complicated treatment and Dr Loo has been so helpful explaining the treatment goals, and in accommodating our busy schedule.

Dr loo was very gentle with my child on the autism spectrum. She treated him with kindness and included him in all our conversations. She explained everything throughly in a way that my child understood.
