My wife was reaching out to different Junk Removal Companies because we were inquiring about getting help with removing a Black Bin Garbage bin that we forgot to place out on the curb on Garbage Collection Day. Out of all the companies we contacted, Brad was not only the most helpful, but also the most reasonably priced. Brad was also the only company who offered immediate help—and fast (the next morning and we contacted him late evening!). We ended up solving our problem by renting one of Brad’s Dumpster bins. One quality about Brad that really stood out for us was his personable and hands-on approach to customer service. Brad was always willing to help and he was readily available to answer questions (text/phone). Brad’s Junk Removal is upfront with their pricing and most importantly, Brad was very fair (and generous!) about what he charged. He did come and remove some garbage from our yard that a previous tenant had left behind, was very quick and thorough BUT he did make a few racist remarks towards East Indian people as Filipino people in particular. I thought it was very unprofessional and disgusting as my children are half Filipino. He could be the best junk removal guy in town or the only guy and I won’t be using his services again based off that alone.

We were removing a hot tub. We didn’t have access to a pick-up truck and knew we’d have a ton of garbage. Using Brad’s Junk Removal was the best decision we made. Brad was super straight forward, he dropped the bin off ahead of our demo start date and didn’t charge us until the day we started. As we tore things out, the junk went right in the bin and no need to make multiple trips to the dump. Brad came and picked the bin up the next day.

I’ve used this provider in the past and they always provide professional and clean services. When you call they respond back to calls in a timely manner. They don’t leave you hanging and wondering, did they get my call, message or email?

Today’s pick up was for a loveseat and Queen mattress. I needed these items removed on a short timeline and Brad made that happen with next day service. They provided me with a very reasonable quote and stuck to the “over the phone quote” sight unseen of items. My queen mattress was old and super heavy and weighed a lot, “it’s a slug”. They removed it with no problem or complaint.
