My website looks absolutely amazing and I just love the layout and the flow of it, it looks very professional. I feel very proud of it and when I showed my friends, they were all very impressed, too.

He listened to everything I asked for and implemented it. I worked with other developers and they listen to about 30 to 50% of what I was asking for and did it incorrectly, and it drained a bit of my energy and I felt frustrated. That was definitely not the case with dan, and I'm so happy with how fast he did it!

I cannot thank you enough, you are the best! I've recommended you to about or 7 of my friends already and I'm not stopping anytime soon. ;P

Dan and his team built a product that violated basic privacy laws, when asked to correct it, Dan said "This is how things work". They delivered an illegal product, refused a refund, and we uncooperative the entire time. Dan and his team also failed to understand very very basic business concepts.

If you're looking for someone in your corner that has solid business acumen, and is willing to act in a partnership. Look somewhere else.

Used BragDeal services with a friend to build a website. When things weren't working on the website right away, Dan asked for extra money to fix them, over and above the agreed price. We understood that paying the quoted price we would end up with a website functioning as intended. In the end we had to pay extra.

The British Columbia Genealogical Society (bcgs.ca) was looking to update our website to be easier to navigate and better organized. We sent this out for RFP and one of our members passed on the name of this company. We hired them to rebuild our website based on specific requirements. They met and exceeded our requirements. They were responsive to changes mid-project, they met all the milestones and they have concrete suggestions for future projects if we get funding. We are getting positive feedback from our members, and non-member users so we are grateful for Dan and his team getting us here.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with BragDeal. We hired Dan to help us make some small changes to our site. In the end, we are left unsatisfied with the quality of work and customer service. I would not recommend Brag Deal to anyone.

Continuation to my review:
After leaving a review on BragDeal, Dan contacted me to verify that this was in fact my review which I acknowledged. He offered me a $1000 SEO credit to make up for the unhappy experience. I did not accept this offer, as I did not want to continue working with his company and have previously mentioned I was not happy with the service.
I asked him for a PARTIAL refund from my original payment of $1100 and that he could revert any changes he made to the website if he’d like too. In return I would update my review to say he reached out and consolidated the issue. I did not say I would remove this review.
He is claiming that I am extorting him and that I am leaving false reviews about his company. He continues to slander me on here as a paying customer and saying my review is fake.
He is talking about my business and financials that he does not know anything about, this is very unprofessional and shows you how he represents his company.

I've worked with Bragdeal on 4 websites now for several business and projects that I'm working on. Hands down the best service providers i've ever worked with.
They are prompt and responsive, so our communication was smooth. We normally talk a couple of times a week. Since he had a very fast turnaround time, I never had to chase him for anything.
