Rude staff, hard to deal with, disorganized and just not very good we switched our daughter after 1 year because could not deal with them

We have three kids that have gone through their infant and toddler programs and currently are in the School Age Care and full day Montessori program. They have thrived under their programs there.

I can’t comprehend how this daycare can assume my child has ADHD why? Because my child is enthusiastic. When I ask the management team to give me a written document of their “assumption” they refuse. They say they can’t care for my child. Cause she has too much energy. What kind of daycare is this?
I asked them to give me time to find another daycare but they refused. Imagine your 3-year-old would come home upset saying the teacher wouldn’t talk to me and be put on the single table. Why should my child experience that? Feeling unwanted. This type of neglect can have long-term consequences. We tried to please the daycare but, in the end, I found out whatever we would do is not enough. They simply just didn’t like my child.

My experience with this daycare was nothing but a disappointment.
The management of this “Montessori” was nothing but rude and had a lack of empathy
My daughter went to this “Montessori” and had zero safety, she could open the doors, and walk out to the parking lot.
And somehow this was my child’s fault, they had implanted in our heads that this is my child’s fault.
Constantly criticized my child, that the other children started to criticize My child, why? Because she has a lot of energy.
Their solution to this was to get another teacher and ask us to pay more money (almost twice as much as the monthly fee). They only care about money. When I didn’t agree with her, she would suggest we take our child someplace else.
They called one day saying your child almost got hit by a car, and again this was my child’s fault.
My question is where were you when this happened? I asked if you would email this to me, they refused and said we won’t give any report, why? What are you trying to hide?
I'm not here to talk about the past, the past is the past.
I am here to tell my story for other parents to be prepared.

The center is great and our children had a great time there. The staff is super kind and always thinking up interesting crafts and activities to engage the children. Having reliable pickup from the schools made it much easier when I was out of town as well. They have looked after our children with great care and I'd happily recommend them to my friends.

I have experienced a worst case scenario with the Management at this Centre. They appear to be so kind, welcoming and and keep contacting you all the time at the very beginning,
But after that they never respond to your email and take more than a month to reply.
I am totally unhappy with the management and the untrained staff there.

100% recommended. We've been sending our kid since the infant program.at all levels all the teachers are highly trained and experienced, caring and provide personal attention. Our kid absolutely loves this place and all the staff.
