I recently visited this salon for the first time and was really happy with the threading service. I had asked the stylist if she could put on a mask during the threading and she did so with no issue at all.
Another salon in the mall was unable to accept my request, so I took my business elsewhere. Thanks for being accommodating!

It was my first time getting my hair done and I got a balayage! I came in with my friend who also got her hair done! The hairstylist who did my hair was Cloud Yi and I absolutely loved it! He was super kind and helpful throughout the entire process! Would totally come back to this salon again and I'm recommending it to all my friends!

I reached out for a haircut and Miriam was so flexible with her schedule and prompt with her responses. She made it so easy to communicate what I wanted and my session always started on time.

I really appreciate that she doesn't overbook her clients so that she could take her time doing my hair. She was so gentle and gave me exactly what I wanted. I did not feel rushed at all!

I love that she's approachable and easygoing. She did a really great job with my haircut! I am 100% satisfied and will most definitely be back for my next trim and keratin treatment.

What an amazing experience! Nadia revived my curls and took the time to teach me how to care for them! I was extremely nervous to have my first curly cut, but she explained it and made me feel at ease. Needless to say, it's been two months since my appointment and I am still getting compliments on my curls! I will definitely be going back again!

Insanely unprofessional, DO NOT go here. The lady made negative comments about my friend's hair to the point she was left in tears, and left her with a lopsided cut. Still insisted she pay. Would recommend basically any hair salon except this place.

I took the time to write this review so you dont make the same mistake i do.worst experience ever. I'm traumatized on how the salon owner Frank offered to fix my hair and then asked me to pay more money.my hair was orange. I was in tears and he asked me to leave his shop and damaged my hair.had pay to someone else double the money to get it fixed. Avoid yourself the disappointment and got get your hair done from someone who will ensure their service is what you are looking for. Thanks for the orange hair Brava.

I found this place via Facebook market. I love the samples of hairstyles Angela was posting on her site. I was hesitant to go at first because not sure if what I see is what I will get. Hard to find a good stylist that will give you what you really wanted for your hair.

My experience was very good. I love my hair cut, although my hair color is not the color I wanted but it is fine, the color still match with my skintone. She explained to me because I do have a dark hair it will hard to achieve the light color I wanted.

In COVID time I had my hair cut and I was very happy, recommended to everyone who wants a great new salon and professional service, every staff and towels was cleaned.

I started looking online and searching for a new hairstylist. I found Brava salon, Master Hair Stylist. I read all the reviews I could find and I was confident that Frank would be the right person to see. From the moment I walked into his salon I knew I was in the right place.frank is very nice and welcoming. Right away I could sense that he is very confident of his skills and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. He listened to my expectations and he made his recommendations as to what he saw and what he could do to improve my hair. It was nice seeing someone who enjoys his job and wants to make sure that everything that is done is to expectations of the client. Brava salon has been coloring my hair for a couple of years now. I get all-over color with a gloss. Frank does a great job and is very pleasant. I cheated on him a couple of times to save money, but I regretted it both times. He was very sweet about it when I came back. I'm very picky about my hair and usually go to the most expensive salon in town just to be safe, and He doesn't disappoint

I am so glad that I set up an appointment with Anna! She washed, blow-dried, cut/blended, and flat ironed my hair to perfection. The best part, I was done in about an hour! The salon is very clean, professional and diverse in covid time. Will definitely be returning.

Do not trust them for hair colour! They say they make the exact same colour you want but they won’t!

My first time here was a great experience! I dont do my hair often but, when I do im very sceptical…let me tell you Anna killed it! She listened and customized a color and cut perfect for my hair and how i wear it daily. She even took the estra time to teach me a few new easy ways to style my hair. Highly reccomend going to Brava salons. ️

I had a really good haircut made by Ana.i was trying to get that haircut for a long time. I went to Great clips many time and tried to explain and couldn't get that. But Ana managed to do my haircut as I wanted fast and with quality. She is very experienced. Thank you for making the haircut i used to have when i was in high school! Totally worth it

I recently had a huge change to the colour of my hair. My dear previous hairstylist had retired so I did some research for a great colourist and was able to have a consultation with anna. All of the stylists are incredibly talented from everything I witnessed in the hours it took to do all the changes to my hair.anna worked diligently, putting great thought and explanation into each step that would work best for the transformation.she was able to keep it so incredibly healthy with their products and the way he did it all. There was no lack of time or effort into trying to make me happy with my new change. On top of the beautiful colour change, he did an amazing cut that gave my hair such great lift and movement. They are very professional and truly care about the results their clients leave with. Her small paret add an extra warmth to the experience as they greet you at the door. I recently had a full head of headlights at Brava hair salon my colourist was Anna and who did a fantastic job. Anna is super knowledgable when it comes to colour is very easy to talk she is also very knowledge on before and after care with products and styling tools. I would highly recommend Anna and the Salon

Didn’t even want to give them 1 star but unfortunately can’t give 0. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in this place.
I booked my appointment from a week ago and consulted with the lady if she can match my button with my growing up roots which was blonde, she said yes she is an expert and she can do it.
So after wasting 5h there, not just i have 3 different uneven colors on my hair but my hair is burnt out and completely damaged as well.i cant believe I spent $230 for her to burn my hair! My scalp still irritates and my hair feels so rough.when I wanted to complain and get my money back, no one was in charge in there store and they said the owner is on vacation. I don’t understand why the owner should leave the store with no one in charge and hairdressers like her who’s license is fake! I would never go back there again.

I’m very displeased with the service. When asked what I wanted, I said a long bob and the hairdresser said “really? ! ” In a very condescending tone. I said never mind and asked for a trim (not at all what I wanted) with long layers. In the middle of my haircut he started texting someone on his phone and didn’t even apologize. When I got home I noticed that my haircut was COMPLETELY uneven and looked horrible. I payed $45 dollars for a hairstyle that Wasn’t my first choice and is totally crooked. I’m very sad and mad about this. Not planning to revisit them again and now I have to pay more money to get it fixed.

Vanessa did an amazing job today and a gorgeous half updo for a very important live performance that I had. I did my hair 10AM and I requested to have a long lasting hair style because my performance will end late in the evening and Vanessa did a great job. Very friendly, patient and professional.

Excellent hair salon. I started going to this salon about 4 years ago out of convenience for location and even with me moving quite a distance away, i’m not happy going anywhere but here. Nina is my hairdresser and she does an amazing job every time. She makes me feel welcomed and valued, making my experience over the years a great one.

Some of the rudest staff I have ever met. Would not allow me to get a hair cut so I had to go get my hair cut at great clips really disappointed. Always like to stay with local business but I Guess not for my hair for now.

This is the only hair salon I have been going to for a few years now and it is all because of my hair dresser Nina. She has honestly been such an amazing stylist from the very start. When I first went there my hair was in one of the worst states it has ever been. It was damaged, broken and dry. It has been through her care and help that I have healthier hair. She has always been so genuine with the best recommendations for my hair and honestly I don't know what I would do without her. She gives the best advise and always has your best interest. I have wanted to do treatments that would damage my hair but she has always been open and honest about whether or not it is suitable for me and my hair. I would truly recommend her to anyone who goes by! You will be in the best hands. I really trust her with my hair which is rare and says a lot.

I don't leave reviews very often if not ever, unless something really blows me away. I can say with confidence that Nina is one of the best hair stylist I've stuck around with.

Most of my life I've always dreaded getting my hair cut solely for the fact I have very thick and dry hair. Which results in me having a mess on my head UNLESS the stylist knows how to cut my hair. Nina is the only person that's given me insight on how my hair should be cut, compliment my features/head shape AND always gets the job done just as she describes.

Everytime she's given me suggestions, the results have been nothing but phenomenal. I always walk away feeling confident and at my best. Her expertise with cutting hair is bar none and quite honestly, she has the potential of running her own business.

I've gotten the best haircut of my life here from Nina, she was very informative about helping me to style my hair better and also very friendly. I only ever did walk-ins before but she is the first hairdresser I've ever actually booked an appointment with.

I’ve been seeing Nina for years and always receive friendly, professional service with phenomenal results! I have visited her countless times and have never once walked away disappointed.

Nina looks after all aspects of my hair, ranging from style maintenance to long-term health goals. My hair is healthier than it has ever been and it shows! I regularly receive compliments on the cut, questions about my lack of split ends (despite the fact that I straighten too much), and comments on my hair’s overall vitality. I love that Nina always prioritizes my hair health and condition over her business and over the opportunity for her to perform a service.

In fact, Nina understands the spontaneity that often goes with hair style, and if she thinks I just had an idea on the spot about what to do with my hair (and she has good intuition!) she gives me all of the details on what to expect, the procedure, pros and cons (from an objective/logistic point of view, not biased with personal opinion) and urges that I WAIT, and come back a few days later to give me time to really think about the choice. I myself run a business and offer a service, and I imagine that a stylist could potentially lose business by encouraging a cool down period like this, as many who were ready to pay then and there may go home, change their mind, and never return after the consult or enlist in a service; but I truly believe this is the right and selfless thing to do, especially in this industry, in order to ensure clients make well-informed, non-impulsive decisions that they will be happy with long-term.

I also appreciate that Nina is all about sustainable hairstyles (based on your ability and needs of course). I am useless at home and with my own tools, and it means the world to me that my stylist takes that into account and doesn’t do things to my hair that I can’t work with or recreate on my own. The last thing I want is to only like my hair the day I got it done professionally, and to struggle with it every other day of the year. I want cuts and styles that I can enjoy shortly after getting up in the morning and Nina takes that all into account.

Nina is also just a joy to see on a regular basis, and always remembers to follow up on details about my life that I’ve shared with her. She cares about her clients beyond her role as a stylist, and ultimately that reflects back into the work she does on my hair every time!

I’m not one to post a poor review but unfortunately I’m just not happy with my experience here. I went in last weekend was a walk in client wanting to get rid of the brassy tones in my hair and after consulting with the stylist we decided on doing some ombré foils 1. The process started at 12 and I left at 4: 30 o have medium length fine hair so not a lot of hair. 2. There was bleach on my hair for at least 3 hrs and now all my ends are fried and breaking off. I do however appreciate the lady’s effort but I don’t think she hair been doing hair for very long because an experienced stylist would go towards the health and longevity of your hair then getting the perfect end result I would of been ok if it wasn’t super blonde I just wanted the brassy tones gone. End of the day I’m out $300 for something that is just falling apart.

Usually not one to leave reviews let alone bad reviews but my experience was not so great. I went in wanting a simple 1-2 inches cut off and keeping my hair blunt with no layers. The hairdresser looked and my hair and then said that i had shorter hair underneath and then shorter hair on top and he said he was going to blend that in and make it look natural i said okay but i dont want layer and he said yeah no layer ill make it blunt. I walked out of there with my shorter hairs SHORTER and un even hair.literally the worst hair cut i have ever gotten, i went and sat in the food fair and cried while i waited to be picked up.my hair grows so slow so goodluck to me.

I really struggled with writing this review.
One, because the stylist who did my hair was very sweet, patient, and tried her best and I feel awful for being unhappy with the work. And two, because I blame myself for not speaking up at the end when I should have. Perhaps something could have been done.

I went to get my hair dyed and cut about two weeks ago. I asked for something and walked out with a whole other. Before my hair was lifted, I specified that I did not want to lift it if it meant damaging my hair too badly, as growing it out was my main priority and it was already a pretty high level. I would be ok keeping it at the level it was and just going with a darker shade. I was assured there was a way to do it with minimal damage and it would be ok. On top of the lift I wanted a specific colour.

I walked out with my hair a completely different shade. At the moment I thought maybe I could live with it - it wasn’t what I asked for, but I received a lot of compliments and it didn’t look *bad*. I rolled with it instead of being honest.

All that aside, I could live with. The true horror came the next morning. I went away for a trip the night before, and I woke up in the hotel to chunks of my hair on the white pillows. By time I got home to shower for the first time since my hair was done, it was falling out at an alarming rate. My boyfriend went to run his hand through my hair and came back with a handful. After spending $500 on my hair cut+colour, I now had to run out and drop even more cash in an effort to save it.

No amount of damage treatments, deep conditioners, or bargaining with the universe made a difference. I walked into another salon to try a new product once again (I was still in denial.) and was told it would all have to go. As a last ditch effort I tried one more expensive damage treatment and once it was done and my hair was being combed with a wide-tooth, I witness how much was still breaking off and falling out. There was no end in site. I burst into tears and gave them permission to cut it. The worst part was, all these treatments caused the colour to leave my hair, anyway.

My hair to my chest is now above my shoulders. I am heartbroken. All said and done, I have sunk over $800 I really didn’t have just to end up losing all my hair and not even having a colour I wanted. It’s now just a faded, brassy mess. And it’s so damaged I can’t even put any colour back on top right now or tone it. Probably not until it grows out and the dead hair is completely chopped off.
What was supposed to be a rare treat to myself has turned into a nightmare.

I want to end this by saying I do appreciate what the stylist tried to do for me. I do not think she intended this to happen, but it is an unfortunate result.
I am heartbroken and in debt for a style I didn’t get, and am still coming to terms with how horribly wrong it went.

I got my haircut from Nina and i normslly dont write reviews but my experience with her a half hour ago was horrible, from the get go i took my jacket off and asked her what i should do with it and she didnt say anything so i placed it on the chair beside me not knowing if another hairdresser was using that chair, Ninas customer service was non existant, i tried being cordial and make smalm talk but she seemed like she didnt want to be there and was for the most part dissmissive and totally didnt follow my instructions on how to cut my hair i wanted a simple hair cut, using the clipper size number 1 on the sides and back and take a little off the top and dont touch the bangs.she butchered it all including the bangs her response was ah well at least its straight looking.horrible service, dont apologize just listen to your customers

Overpriced Greatclips - bargain basement cuts at triple the cost! Don't go here if you value your dignity. Avoid Avoid. Not for women. And, it's dirty. A health inspector needs to visit this place. Negative stars if possible.
