This guy is amazing. He successfully recovered my precious 500 gig data from my 7-yr old broken laptop. Not only that. He surprised me when he said he can repair and bring back my laptop to life, and he did! I'm certain the amount of time he spent is way more than what I paid for his service. This is simply the type of guy that needs our community support.

Brought my basic desktop in as BIOS update was turned off. Was told first I need a new computer! Then was told drive is ok, then was told I need to buy another computer and and solid state drive on top of that!
Extremely poor customer service, even worst communication service. When a customer asks what is wrong and you simply say "need new computer" I new there was a problem. Contacted Paul Diamond from No Problem Networks, has been doing this for 40yrs! Stated verbatim what this "expert said. Paul said to get the computer out of there asap! Was also charged $160.00 for for this! Seriously! If you want to get fleeced and have extremely poor communications, then this is your place. I have contacted BBB to report this so called business scam, no attempt was made to return any money. Stay far away from this place!

Bernardo was very fair and kind to us. We appreciated his expertise and frugal and cautious approach.
