We worked with Ryan and his team on our new place. It was not a standard job as we were coordinating both painting and floor installs. He and his team were accommodating above and beyond in order to ensure that everything was coordinated. They addressed any changes or adjustments we requested rapidly wothout complaint. Everyone was very nice and patient and took into consideration that we were coordinating from Montreal as we were moving to BC on a tight timeline. I highly recommend Ryan @ breakwater for any services around painting. Dry wall. Repair or finishing. We will use them again for exterior.
