I have known Brenda since she helped me to find my current home 15 years ago, and she also did the same for my son five years later. I found her to be very experienced and professional on those occasions, so when it was time for my elderly in-laws to sell their home of over 50 years, in order to move to a Senior's Residence, I suggested that they use Brenda as their realtor. It was an excellent decision, and my in-laws (who are not easily impressed) were extremely happy with the results. Brenda listed their home within a few days, had 3 open houses Friday to Sunday, and sold their home subject-free within a week, at a price that was considerably over the well-researched asking price. She went through each of the 7 offers that they received to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each, relative to their specific circumstances, and helped them to select the best option. Throughout the process we always felt that she had their best interests at heart, and most importantly, as a very experienced agent, she was PROACTIVE in anticipating and preventing potential glitches and issues. She was also sensitive to the needs of an elderly couple who were making a difficult decision, and she navigated her relationship with them with humour and grace. I am happy to add another 5-star review to Brenda's enviable collection!
