I bought a Norco Sight today from Shane at Brentwood Cycles. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. 5 stars from a happy customer.

Shane and his team went above and beyond to help me when my Salsa Fargo frame snapped and needed to be warrantied. They took care of all the logistics, gave me a great deal on the repairs, and were super responsive and communicative about everything. 110% recommend this shop! Highly professional and honest.

I have walked into Brentwood Cycle twice needing emergency derailleur adjustments/repairs while I have been on trips. Both times, they have shoe horned me in and dealt with my bike immediately and fixed the problems. By any standards, this is excellent service.

Fabulous service.very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Even replacing tires on my Smartcart wheelbarrow wasn't too much to ask. While I was waiting they were helping a "Passing thru town " cyclist get back on the road. Highly recommend. Definite 5 star!

Shane and his gang are the greatest. A buddy and I were 4kms into a 400km bikepacking trip when a bail resulted in broken spokes and a wonky wheel. On the ferry over from Vancouver we called multiple bike shops who said they didn’t have time to help. We were a bit stressed and wondering if our trip was over before calling Brentwood. Shane basically cut me off mid-phone explanation, saying he’d absolutely make time for us. We pedalled over from the ferry and he had the spokes fixed and wheel trued in 30 minutes.
Cannot speak more highly of Shane’s kindness and hospitality — we ended up having an unreal trip and sang his praises many times hahaha. Thanks again!

Small but mighty. Happy to say all of my experiences with the shop have always been a delight. Shane the owner has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, not to mention a massive passion that shines through. His commitment to make an impact in community is of such value. I had a wagon tire that needed to have inner tube installed. I already had the inner tube and couldn't do it myself. These inner tubes are very difficult. They did it in 10minutes for only $10

If you need anything fixed they are the guys to trust, need a bike, Helmut, light etc, they have a great selection.

Shane is very knowledgeable about bikes and ridding with a great since if humour.

We have always been very pleased with our purchases.

They did a great job tuning up my wife’s bike and even attaching a baby-seat that we weren’t sure how to install. When a part on the bike randomly came loose a few weeks later, they patched it up real quick as a courtesy. Very professional, definitely recommend!

Shane and the team at Brentwood Cycle are a wonderful group. They're super helpful whenever I pop into the store and have been wonderful supporters of the North Saanich Freeride Park. I highly recommend them if you need a new bike, accessories or service.

I purchased a Norco Sight VLT from Brentwood Cycle in April. This bike has made riding bikes fun for me again. Hills now are no longer dreaded as I can pick different lines instead of the easiest one. I can ride longer and faster without getting so tired. Shane and Kelly said I would love the VLT and they were right. Thanks guys.

I went into Brentwood Cycle not knowing much about cycling at all. I wanted to get a road bicycle for myself, my partner and my son. Shane took his time with me to find out exactly what I was looking for in a bicycle. He allowed me to come back on numerous occasions and work on setting up the bicycle exactly how I wanted it after a few rides. I highly recommend going in and speaking with Shane and his team about your cycling needs. Shane was genuine, knowledgable and made the overall experience fun and informative. I recently bought new tires for my mountain bike which they had in stock no waiting. Today I walked in to look at bike shoes. Again they had my size in a wide as well as an awesome deal on a new helmet. Looking at their Norco electric bike next.

I LOVE my new bike! Shane and staff were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and worked with me to find the perfect e-bike. I spent a fair bit of time in the shop while I was making a decision and noticed how they interact with customers - new and obvious regulars. I can't say enough about these guys and highly recommend them if looking for a new bike or for ongoing maintenance.

Helpful staff, alright selection of bikes but it’s a smaller store so they might have to order what you want.

This Norco Indie bike Brentwood Cycle sold me is Unbelievable! Blows my other one from Sport Chek which was suppose to be good out of the water! Its so dam powerful, Im passing everyone. Flies up hills with so little effort. Works Perfect. I Super Love It. Ive been riding for days. Cant Stop! This bike shop really helped me out to pick the perfect Dream Bike! Now I can go Anywheres! Only way to see this island is by Bike!

Incredibly honest mechanics with a sense of family from the first encounter. I go to them for all my equipment and repair needs. Always friendly service and respectful rates.
I bought a new norco indie from them and go for all my old bikes repairs and maintenance. Always giving friendly pointers to ppl lacking the knowledge necessary to ensure longevity of the equipment and security of the rider. I’ve been to many shops across Canada and bar none this place is worth trusting your bike with.

I am all for supporting local businesses.and will always do so when appropriate.but can be a little pricey

I drop in to pick up kid's bicycle side stand. Nice clean organised looking shop. Not many used bikes for sale. Owner offered and explained the different avaliable stands. What I needed was a stand for a 20" cycle. Finally picked 1 for $9.99. Store owner explained how to install after I showed him a pic of the bike.

Next bought a training wheel rectro-fit set for $39.00 but I wasn't able to install the wheeks on returning home. This was because the rear wheel axle wasn't long enough to accept the left & right training wheel brackets. Left with no alternative, the following day I returned back to store & I was given a full refund upon receipt presentation.
A useful tip. I drop downtown to J. K. Cycles on Bay St. & Howard. They were able to resolve my problems by adding a hex extention nut to fit in a threaded rod. Parts + labour = $60.00. Now our kid is happy, happy pedaling on our driveway. In a couple of weeks the training wheels can be removed once rider balance is perfected.
