Dr Chahal was kind and caring. He talked me through my procedure and not once was I nervous or uncomfortable. Liana was his assistant and they complimented each other well as a team. I also enjoyed his stories of his mom who worked the same job as me. A kind woman who raised a compassionate son. I highly recommend!

Dr Hu recently installed a retainer wire he was very patient and explained to me everything that he is doing, Dr Hu also went above and beyond for me because I have no medical insurance he made my wire very affordable, I couldn't be more thankful with his work and everything he has done for me. His staff is very welcoming and understandable I will be recommending Dr Hu and his staff to all my family and friends.

Amazing service overall. However prices are exorbitantly high and I was charged a large amount despite having insurance benefits.

Clean, modern dental office. Friendly staff from start to finish. Professional and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to my family and friends for any dental work and regular dental check ups!

My kids have been coming here for years and the staff are all so wonderful and patient, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists. The kids are always happy to choose a "prize" at the end as well

Came in with a tooth infection without an appointment or even being a patient but was seen right away. Staff was super kind and helpful. A little too far away from home for me but definitely recommend.

As a dude, I thought this place was close by my gym and extremely clean looking.this place is pricier than most which is a given since it is inside the mall.all the dentist here are great! Friendly and make you feel comfortable.but the receptionists here are nothing but a pretty face.they know nothing about what's covered or the new government updates.plus they can't even refund you when they're supposed to.you got to wait a month or so to receive a cheque in the mail? I paid 100 out of my pocket and it turns out I was covered.they told me I am only covered 70% and they will refund me the small half.shouldn't they refund me MOST and deal with getting the rest from my coverage plan? Makes no sense.if I'm covered then I should be getting back the bigger half.

My boyfriend had several fillings done here and they all need to be redone a few years later. One of them came out in pieces while he was flossing (it always snagged on the floss because the edge was jagged and not smoothed properly). Two of them are "leaking" because they weren't sealed to the tooth properly and need to be redone (food and bacteria are building up under the filling). One of those may need a root canal. They were done by a young Asian woman who was new to the field (she took pictures of all the fillings).

I also had a small filling done by her and it snags on the floss too and was stressful (the clip slipped off the tooth while they were working on it).

They also try to upsell you on services with backhanded compliments. I have a filling on my front tooth and it's a bit old with minor discoloration. Barely noticeable. When I was told to replace it for aesthetic reasons, I said no, and they responded with "well, as long as it doesn't bother YOU" in a very condescending way. Gee, thanks.

I'd come here for cleanings, but never dental work again. I don't trust the quality of dentists they hire.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a dental place. Friendly, kind and efficient staff. They provide the correct recommendations cause they care and you can tell that each staff are passionate about their work.

I moved out of Brentwood but continue to keep this as my dentist. They try to accommodate my schedule, are friendly staff, and are attentive to my needs. 5 stars!

This is the second time they have sent me A text message saying The hygienist is not available today it was 30 minutes before my appointment. I have to take time off work to attend the appointment both times.do you think they are going to cover my lost wage? NO. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM……. I’m going to find A better dental office.

Great experience, its a mall so no parking issues, receptionists are pleasant and helpful, hygenist was great and the Dentist Dr. Hu was the 1st Dentist I had been to in over 40 years who explained everything and all the possible solutions, would highly recommend them

Great place super clean looking, great hygienist as well as dentist, super quick to get in and out of but still manage to be very detailed when checking you over.

Professional expertise plus personal coaching on areas for me to work on. I appreciated the long view of the condition of my teeth, noting that even though there were a few areas that could be worked on, in general everything was "stable", not deteriorating or worrisome.

I like the people who worked at Brentwood Dental Group. Dr Raj is a good dentist, he listen and answer to all my question. The hygienist who looked after me is also very good. She is polite and always asking if I'm ok. I highly recommended them and as a matter of facts few of my co-workers also now a clients of Brentwood Dental.

I had a hygiene with Stefani and she was super gentle and professional. I recommend coming here. They usually can make a direct billing to your health insurance which is great.

The dentist working there did not do a proper job and I was getting aches for weeks, they charge a lot of money especially if you are under insurance and if any extra charges incurred that insurance won’t pay they won’t let you know and keep charging extra interest. They are so cheap they were refusing to send my x ray reports for a mere $5 interest. Have some shame, dentist make $30,000 to $40,000 weekly. My advise don’t visit this clinic or alpha clinic, Its basically run by same business owners and killing competition in Brentwood area.

I never trusted dentists over the years but a few years ago a friend recommended Brentwood Dental, I’m so glad that he did. I have never had a bad experience with the staff, hygienists or the dentists. I highly recommend for the whole family.

Excellent service from the moment you get there. Front desk staff are going above and beyond to keep everything sanitized and are still friendly and helpful while doing so. My hygienist is gentle and efficient, I hate dental work and she knows it so she takes extra care to make sure I’m doing ok while she works. Dr Virk is an excellent dentist, friendly, remembers personal details about you so when you chat you don’t feel like just another patient. Gives great advice and takes good care of my teeth. Overall I highly recommend anyone who needs dental work to go here, they are all the best in their field!

I have been going to Brentwood Dental for years and in fact, despite me moving to Maple Ridge, I still take the time to continue going there. The staff are very friendly and efficient.

I am a new patient and have been so impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism and integrity. Specifically impressed that there was no overselling - the issues I had were addressed quickly and everything was explained clearly without the attempt to provide services that I was not looking for.

Myself and my family have been going here for years. The quality of care and the professionalism from the receptionists, hygienists and dentists are top notch. I've always felt like a valued client, the dentists and hygienists have always been gentle and understanding. In particular, I recommend Dr. Virk and Dr. Do for their skill, thoroughness and kindness. I also highly recommend Janice as a hygienist, though frankly all of the hygienists I've had at this office have been fantastic. Their prices have been reasonable and they've always been willing to work with me in regards to payment for services rendered that are not covered by my plan. Sometimes it can take awhile to get weekend or evening appointments, but the fact that it's even an option is better than traditional Mon-Fri 8-4 offices. I definitely recommend this dental office.

This is the best place to go take care of your teeth. The whole team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I got my wisdom teeth removal from Dr. Kung and Dr. Do. Both of them are super professional and friendly. They made me feel calm (I thinj that's the most important to me while you waiting on the chair). I recently have done my root cleaning with Janice. She did such a great job. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentlest and kindest!

I visited the office upon recommendation from colleagues and it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Everyone at the front desk is polite and professional. They take the extra cleaning measure seriously as well. Dr. Cooney removed all four of my wisdom teeth and I was very nervous. She was kind and patient, explaining the process in detail so I would feel at ease. She even personally followed up with me twice after my surgery. I have been seeing Dr. Virk for the last three years. Dr. Virk and his team are hands down the best dental team I have ever seen. They are exceptionally skilled, gentle, warm and caring. I have never had such thorough dental care!

The first time I saw Dr. Cooney was a couple months ago. I am a very anxious person at the dentist and I was amazed at how calm I felt while she did my fillings. She was super friendly, walked me through the whole procedure, and I really felt cared for. She answered all the questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Cooney to my friends and family!

Dr. Virk came highly recommened and didn't disappoint. I had 6 implants altogether as well as bone graphs. He made it possible for me to chew again and I am so glad I went to him. My teeth look so much better. He gave some great recommendations for both the upper and lower jaw which proved successful. I am very happy with the results and praise his smart expertise.

I will give it negative star if I could.horrible horrible place.hostile front desk people.treat their customer like trash.it is not the right way to treat your customers that are also your neighbors too. Stay away from this place!

I had 3 appointments with Dr. Maeve Cooney. Each appointment she was working on different teeth. After 1st and last appointment, I have pain in teeth she worked on. When I told Dr. Cooney about it, she said she might need to re-do it and she said I would need to pay for it again.

Very high skilled. Very friendly staff. Super clean clinic. Makes going to the dentist bearable! I've been a client with this group for over 23 years!

Best Dental facility ever. They are efficient and do everything they can to make your experience as comfortable and painless as possible.

I was experiencing some severe tooth pain due to a wisdom tooth. I called the office at 10am and I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours on the same day. After taking an x-ray and identifying the problem, Dr. Kiet Do numbed the area so that the pain would go away and even offered to do the procedure on the same day which is uncommon for many dental clinics. I got the feeling that Dr. Do and his assistants Hillary and Diana care a lot for their patients. The front desk was very polite too.

Dr. Do is the best dentist I have ever been to. I never worry about experiencing pain. He started as a hygienist and then became a dentist so he mindset is always to save people's teeth. There is no better.
