Breze Salon & Day Spa

I had the worst service from Kathleen. She was so rude. She messed up and refused to make it right although I was civil.

The facility is beautiful. Got time for 2 with my partner. 90-minute full body relaxation massages with parrafin. I must say of all the many, many massages I've gotten from at least 20 different spas, This was the least satisying. I would call it an hour long upper back massage with a mini foot and hand massage. This was my first experience not filling out a new client form. My lower back/glutes are my problem spot, and they were never massaged. My partner had the same experience. Very little attention paid to arms and legs. No scalp massage. No face massage (not expected but often an added bell and whistle), partner even requested certain areas to be paid more attention to, but they were not. The music speaker sounded like it was blown and it was too loud and not relaxing, I imagine to drown out the sound of the salon and other employees who could be heard throughout. Worst, though, the parrafin was basically scalding hot. I've had parrafin before, and that was not my experience, but it was normalized by the staff despite being very painful.

My masseuse kept insisting I move my hips over to the side which I told her made my spine feel out of alignment but she kept insisting despite stating it felt uncomfortable. Usually you spend some time on your front and some time on your back. We were on our bellies a good 80% of the time so of course our noses were stuffy. My lady just told me to lift my face up and without asking smeared peppermint oil under my nose insisting it would clear my sinuses. It did not what so ever, and I could have done without a cold tinyly upperlip to be honest.

Looks nice. Salon seems good. Won't be back to the spa. I'm really disappointed that this was my partners first experience at the spa.

Shout to Nick who always does a fabulous job with my hair. More importantly makes me feel so relaxed and he truly cares for his clients.

Forgot about my seasonal depression for a while. I just got a facial done by Allana, with the add-on of a hot-stone neck and shoulder massage. I’ve only had a few facials done in my life, but this was still the best I’ve gotten. The beauticians here are always so sweet, and they really know what they’re doing. Products used are always high-quality and top-notch. I chose the lavender-scented aroma for my facial products today and it made me feel like Emily in Paris for a hot second. I usually get my waxing done by Sarah and she always remembers me and the things I’ve told her. I’m a student so I’ve been doing the late-night-assignment-stress cycle these past few weeks, but every couple of months I just love popping in to Breze to feel more like a human and less like a zombie.

Amanda did my hair, i absolutely loved what she did and it was exactly how i wanted it and the photo i showed her, she was so kind and i love her energy

Just had a fantastic first visit with Nikolas and I couldn't be happier. My hair looks amazing and I'm already getting compliments!

Melanie did a wonderful job cutting my hair! She was personable, and very easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be going to her for now on!

I had a facial treatment with Sarah tonight and she was amazing. Sarah is a kind, calm and skilled esthetician. She has a great personality which made the service extra wonderful. The front end staff were also very warm and welcoming. I’d highly recommend Breze Salon and Spa and I will definitely be back for another treatment with Sarah!

I get my brows done by Carissa! She is super sweet and friendly. I never leave disappointed! Thank you!

I had to say goodbye to my light summer haircolor and switch back to dark brown so I booked an appointment at Breze with my hairstylist, Menisha. These are the pics from my photoshoot after that appointment. To say that she's amazing would be an understatement. I also got the botanical repair treatment a month before and my hair looks & feels so healthy. I'm so grateful for the wonderful and kind people at Breze. They're just the best in this town and I honestly don't want to get my hair done anywhere else.
