Delicious! Had the chicken tenders! So big and juicy. Can’t wait to go back and try other items.

A silverfish literally crawled across my burger wrapper while I was eating. I was given a $10 voucher (which doesn’t even cover 1 burger lol). Fries were like bottom of the bag crumbs and overcooked. Super disappointed.
Pro is the service is always pleasant and it’s nice having game (although the Jenga pieces are pretty grubby now).

We tried brgr brgr in abbostford and was blown away.this location is a bust. The staff seem like they hate it here. We ordered 2 Smoked burgers with onions rings and fries. The 1st time we ordered here they made their burgers not to the standards of the Abby location. After speaking to the manager they gave us vouchers for 2 free burgers with a "give us a couple weeks and try it again"

We came back and the burger patties were compressed like hockey pucks and lacked seasoning. (ALSO THE PATTIES LOOKED LIKE A CHUNK WAS TAKEN OUT OF THEM) The buns were barely toasted and soggy and were sopping in grease and were falling apart and were put together with little care. The sauce was just in the middle of the bun and not spread around. You would think if it's not busy and you only have two orders you would put more attention into your order. The onion rings were under fried. The only good thing was the fries and dips.

The staff here don't even ask you how your food is as it seems they don't care. Not a good experience both times. Considering all these negative reviews I hope the owners will review the operations at this location.

Very strange vibe and over priced food. Go to five guys or white spot for better burgers and better value.

I expected a mind blowing experience. It was mediocre. I’ve tasted better, especially for a steep $85 price tag! Brgr Brgr used the exact same layout as the previous tenant Freshii. Zero creativity to utilize the space. You can do magic with small spaces. Will not go back.

Wife and I went there for dinner, and we have been once before to their Abby location which wasn’t the greatest experience for us, but wanted to give this location a try. Both my wife and I ordered a Buffalo Chicken brgr w/ fries and a beer.
First, beer-its fieldhouse and I love their stuff, so no complaints on that front
Fries-15/10! The fries are amazing! Great seasoning, hot, crispy, and just down right delicious.
Brgr- my wife and I like spicy, but this was pretty nuts. After one bite, neither of us could taste the rest of the burger. Which is sad, because I know the quality of ingredients are 2nd to none. But it’s hard to enjoy something you can’t taste.
Price- with the food + 20% tip it came to $75 on the dot. Personally I don’t feel the value is there. I understand the quality of the food is high, and it might be my personal bias of the experience of ordering the food at the counter then taking your seat, but both times I’ve been to brgr brgr I walk away saying “that cost how much!? ! ”
Would I go again, maybe…

Great addition to Chilliwack. Enjoyed the burger, quality is much better than other places. Lots of gluten free options!

Was looking forward to trying this place since I heard they were opening. Tried it with my wife last night. Have to say extremely disappointed. I am more than willing to pay the higher prices with the expectations I'll receive a higher quality item. Absolutely not the case here. I ordered the smoked burger. No smokey flavour at all. Burger had very little flavour at all really. For $18 (as I added bacon) for just the burger, it was sooooo not worth it. Added fries which were tasty but oh so small. All in all my wife and I had 2 burgers, two sides and a beer each and it was $60! Well we tried it but that will be it. White Spot or even Burger King have better quality burgers.

The burger and fries were great. Especially the fries. The service was fantastic as well. Just a tad pricey for the overall quality though. Will definitely go back, but only as a rare treat.

The food tasted good, but nothing that blew my mind. However the cost was much too high for the level of quality. Charged extra for everything. Almost $50 for two burgers and one Sweat potato fries. I likely will not be coming back unless prices are more reasonable.

Got the wrong order and when I phoned to tell them they didn't care. Just said thanks for letting us know. Price way to high. Wish I went to dairy queen instead.

Fries were amazing! Burger was good, service was great! Price was very high, I get it, it’s high quality and with inflation the way it is it’s nearly impossible to make a buck these days in the food industry without having very high prices so that’s being said I like what you’re doing but for me I just can’t spend that kind of money on a meal almost ever, hope you guys succeed and do well I just can’t afford it
