Highly recommended. Hands down the best place I've been to for auto glass. Came in with detached molding and rock chips. They adjusted their schedule to fit mine and the repair was flawless. Excellent service and fantastic staff!

They did an invisable rock chip repair today. We bring both our vehicles here as they need service. Always reliable.

I had an amazing experience with this business! I went to another business. They told me I had to wait a week for an assessment and then 4 weeks until they could do it. I came to Brian's and before I knew it the assessment had been done. Several days later the repair took place. The service was excellent! I heartily recommend this place!

Highly recommended and reliable company

I blew the rear window out of my car with a toilet. The staff not only didn't laugh at me, but hunted down the darkest tinted window they could find for me to match the one that was in there. Great staff, friendly (they listened to my yapping without complaint), and very helpful. Had the work done in less than 2 hours on a Friday. Can't complain about that!

I have had many windshields replaced in the past from other providers without issue. Brian's replaced the windshield on my new model Mercedes. Days later I found that it was leaking badly into my vehicle. I took it back. They "fixed" it by dumping more sealant in. They sent me home without water testing it, assuring me it was all good. I returned 3 days later, again with a bad leak. The electronics in my vehicle were getting soaked. I had water coming out of my vents. They attempted to fix it again. Again, did not water test it. Water leak still existed. When I went back to the shop for the third time, I was greeted with a great deal of attitude and told that the Body on my Mercedes was the issue and that it was not their cheap Chinese knockoff windshield; they more or less dusted their hands off at this point. I have always asked for OEM windshields from all other providers on this same vehicle without issue. Owners son who runs the shop told me it would be considerably more as ICBC does not cover that cost. I later found out that the price difference that I would need to pay to get OEM would be approximately $8 (I guess we can figure out which windshield had more profit in it). I ended up taking it to Speedy Auto Glass in Abbotsford. I was met with professional service, a state of the art shop, and competent staff. They removed and reinstalled the window, and took pictures of the amateur installation performed at Brians, showed me what was wrong with it and then carried on to fix it. I paid $250 to fix the poor workmanship that Brians was not willing to stand behind. Overall, disheartening to see a small business run with no honesty and tact. Save yourself the hassle, you are paying the same rates at bigger more professional shops that will actually stand behind their work. Caveat emptor I suppose.

A few weeks ago these fine folks put a new windshield in my old Jeep YJ which is suffering from a good deal of rust top to bottom. They assured me that this would not be a problem and true to their word they did an excellent job, on time, on budget, and better than original. I couldn’t be happier.

Brian’s auto glass was amazing! Brought my vehicle in yesterday and the glass was ordered and installed the next day within an hour. Everyone there is so competent and polite, handling the entire process with efficiency and professionalism. A great shop and would recommend to anyone needing auto services.

Excellent service and price. They stood behind their work and their quote.
Had a windshield replaced and rear window re-sealed. The leak shifted locations so they took the vehicle back in, corrected the problem and returned it no charge. Also replaced a couple of bulbs that were burnt out, again, no extra charge, just included in the job because it made sense to do it.
Couldn't be happier, will definitely be back.

Brian's gave us a great price. We didn't have insurance coverage for a windshield and they installed a new one for $350!

Last Friday we had an appointment at 10: 00 with Brian's Glass to have our broken drivers mirror replaced. We showed up 45 minutes early to park our vehicle which had a camper on it so it can't park in all the parking spots. The person we talked to said they could do it right away which was great because the mirror is a safety issue. The mirror was replaced and we were on our way in about 25 minutes. All the other research I did was twice the price plus labour. We are very happy with the service and the good attituted of the person who did the work.

Old school crew with outstanding and straightforward service. So nice to be dealing with people who are professionals in their trade for a change.

Came in to setup an appointment for a replacement windshield. The guys advised that a replacement was available in town and set me up for an appointment the next day. The crew did an excellent job, going as far as eliminating some surface rust and priming the window frame before replacing the glass. They also took photos of their repair work so I could get a copy after. Top notch crew, friendly and no BS.

The experience of the staff is self evident when you walk in the door. Why go to a "chain" shop when you can support a local business with a crew that's been in the game for a long time?

I have been there on more than one occasion, for windshields for all my vehicles & for some great tire service aswell. Great bunch of guys that work there, the Owner is probably one of the best business owners I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Locally owned and operated, you can't beat a small family business.

These guys have taken care of me above and beyond what I would expect. I have no problem whatsoever taking my glass needs to this family owned and operated business. Also they do tires and don't take an entire afternoon to get the job done. Can't praise them enough.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. Same day service, and when I couldn't pick up my vehicle they stored it. Not only that but they cleaned up all the broken glass perfectly. Don't go anywhere else.
