The falls themselves were good, but the parking lot is closed, and appears to have been for awhile. Looks like the pipeline went right through the road to the entry way, so presumably that had something to do with it. Trails were good and clean. Bathrooms were all closed except for one.
Bridal Veil Falls is surreal! A must see place! The views are spectacular. There is a free parking lot, public toilets, and a picnic area along the river, next to the parking. Have a picnic there, after you come back from the falls. There is no view to the falls from the picnic area, but the surroundings are incredible, with the mountain river and the relaxing water sounds. You are advised that there is a 15-minute walk through the forest, from the parking to the falls. There is a well maintained trail and few paths to go up - no high inclination though. Once the falls reveals to the sight, it is exactly that: a bridal veil! Horrison Hot Spring Resort and Cultus Lake are close, too.
The hike is quite easy, but if you want to take pictures close to the fall then it’s really steep and rocky. Make sure that you wear right shoes. When you go down it gets really slippery so be prepared for that. The falls are beautiful and on weekends the place is really crowded.
Beautiful! The hike to the viewing platform was uphill but short enough. We hiked to the foot of the foot of the falls from the platform. This was not for the faint of heart, and proper footwear is highly recommended.
A beautiful natural wonder. The hike to the falls is very accessible, around 15 minutes from the car park. I saw people of all ages enjoying the hike to the falls - from 4 to 80!
Outhouses were surprisingly clean and there were a lot of them available.
Good place to stop for a quick break on any drive up the valley. We always take visitors as the short walk can be done by most people young and old. As always bring lots of water and leave no trace.
Very easy, short hike to the watch point for amazing waterfall but many hike up for closer photos. VERY steep slippery little rocks at the top. Must wear proper shoes to prevent sliding down. There was a sign that tells people not to climb up further but it's not very visible when you see people keep walking to the falls.
Fun hike. Need to be little careful if you plan to climb up to see the falls closer. I saw few people got struck up there and struggled to get down. Climbing up looks easier but getting down is a bit challenging as it is steep and slippery. The kids had fun in the creek playing in the water. Do not forget to get water shoes to have enjoy the nice water stream.
June is best of the year to visit the waterfalls with snow melting & lots of rain. The hike is worth it its only about 20 minutes but take your time to enjoy the nature lots of big trees, there's a picnic tables, parking is easy, washrooms on site. It's really beautiful cascading waterfall it's like the Mother of all waterfalls. It's a Beauty of Mother Nature. We always stop by to see every year. It's what British Columbia lots to offer it's like in your own backyard it's accessible and easy to find.
It's a short but steep trail. At the end there is the beautiful Bridal Veil Fall. It's definitely worth the trip. The forest is like you are in a fairytale. The only problem is that it's not enough parking and lots of people visiting especially on weekends. Also there are tons of mosquitoes so make sure you are prepared.
The home up to the waterfall is fairly short. The waterfall itself is really beautiful.
But the ease of access and simple home means that this place gets crowded on holidays. Make sure to time your visit right or finding parking will prove problematic.
Nice.place to visit, picture perfect falls. Ample of parking space. Could be busy during hot sunny days and weekends. Exercise caution while climbing to bottom of falls
We went early on the weekend and there was barely anyone there. It can get very very busy, so if you can head up earlier and on a cloudy day you'll get less people. Perfect short hike to take toddlers on with a beautiful view of a waterfall at the end. Newly updated bathrooms are wonderful - on cement pads, very spacious, with hand sanitizer.
The hike is said to be 15 mins but once you reach the bottom of fall, it is quite a struggle to get to the top. This place is not recommended for drone flying.
Waterfall & wind makes it harder for drone flying.
It was 15 minutes from the parking lot to the waterfall if not sooner. The view is fantastic and there are many places to have picnics as well as taking longer walks.
Fabulous location to take a break from driving. Beautiful easy walk through a forested area. Unfortunately a number of people decide to leave their litter at the site. Stunning location. Do yourself a favour and stop here. But please take your litter out. Or pick up a few pieces if you can.
The falls itself is so majestic, high and wide. The park has portable toilet stalls for guests and has picnic tables as well. Parking is not an issue. Just be careful in going up the hill towards the falls and coming back down.
