Unprofessional, disrespectful, irresponsible. Provided inconsistent information throughout the repair and does not own up to their mistakes.

They have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Not only did they fit me in when I had an accident but when I had the courtesy car, the windshield cracked (oh yes, in this family, when it rains.it pours) and they were so patient and walked me through the process. I'm so grateful for their speedy and friendly service. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a collision repair shop.

I’m sorry but I’m still dealing with a strong smoke smell since leaving my car hear since the tech smoked in my car. And also my driver door makes a popping sounds now which it never did before. Highly frustrating!

Great experience at Bridgeport Collision -they helped to fix damage to the front end of my car really quickly and at a fair price. They also did some extra paint work that was unexpected but so appreciated. The damaged area now looks flawless. I'll definitely be coming back here if I ever need any repair work done. Thank you!

Went there for a simple rear end collision claim. Painted the car in the incorrect shade of white twice. Did not use spray cards to properly measure and match colour. When hammering out the underbody of my vehicle, the hammered areas were not coated and a year later it has begun to rust. (will be attaching photos)

Shop refused to take responsibility and quite frankly I don't wish to return for the 5th time for the same claim. Tried to charge me for a scratch on the bumper to avoid respraying a 3rd time. Bumper still has visible paint drips.

I understand bumper paint will not always match, but this job is completely unprofessional and I am beyond disappointed. Currently going through ICBC to have it done elsewhere. This shop is a huge disappointment.

Great experience! They fixed my car on schedule I’m impressed. Also, the staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Paint work looks great. I would use this business again.
