Mariko and Radner helped our move from Ontario to Vancouver. It was a rather difficult task since we had to do this cross Canada move with very very young kids and we didn’t know anyone in Vancouver. From the beginning, they listened carefully to our needs and gave suggestions on neighborhoods that really met our need. The house search wasn’t easy because of low inventory. They were willing to go a step further to send DM to specific neighborhoods that we are interested, and it worked at the end! We did get our house from there. During the search, Mariko helped a lot on due diligence, and for example, she helped us search easement records and city registration for houses we were interested and even helped us to identify the model of range hood from an online virtual tour video. They also did a great job on negotiating price with the seller since the asking price was ridiculous and they made it to a reasonable market value. We really appreciate their invaluable services and will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Don't let the query fool you though, this team is well versed in a number of areas within British Columbia. I also met Radner on a listing viewing and he imparted some wisdom that I carried with me from that point on. But wait, there's more, the team behind the scenes. Gautam and Kieu. Bridgewell is simply the best real estate team I've ever dealt with. They’ve helped me buy my condo a couple of years ago and now they’ve just helped me sell it for a great price. My experience with them has been nothing but superb. It’s insane how they work fast and efficiently. I mean, they helped me sell my condo WITHIN A WEEK from listing it and for thousands of dollars OVER MY ASKING PRICE! And that was only possible because they fought super hard for every last buyer to attend the showings and even squeezed a better offer out of the already highest offer after all offers came in. They helped me stage my place, got me a professional photographer taking 360 degree shots of it for a 3d showing, got a guy to re-measure my unit to see if the square footage was actually higher than the official docs say, did great marketing for my condo, and even paid for my place to be cleaned out before I move. When buying my condo, they made sure I found the perfect place I was looking for and helped me with the bidding strategy to get it without breaking the bank. Buying our first townhome in Vancouver was daunting and overwhelming. Radner from Bridgewell group made the process efficient and easy. Being newly immigrants, we had no idea where to start; which neighborhoods were a good place to buy, luckily Radner had all the information for us. From the process of buying and closing on homes to different cost we should expect and need to prepare. They also had referrals of advisors they pair you up with.

He laid out a plan and even took us around different neighborhoods to compare when we first started looking for our townhome. He is nothing short extraordinary in explaining pro's and cons which made our decision easy. The wealth of knowledge Radner had in the real estate market and the tools available to him through Bridgewell made this experience fun and worth while. Very friendly and professional!
