Sophia was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly, advocated on my behalf to the developer's realtor and ensured that I had other professionals when needed (lawyer, mortgage broker etc). She was with me every step of the way and even stopped by on possession day with a basket of goodies, including treats for our new kittens! She quickly learned what we were looking for and was able to see places with us on short notice, usually the day the house was listed. We were looking for our first detached house and her experience and advice were invaluable, especially when it came to the income potential of each property and what we'd have to do to set up a rental suite. Victoria is a tough market to buy a home and Sophia's dedication to our search made a huge difference!
