Bright & Breezy Coin Laundry

Never go to this laundry.the old lady at the front desk is big headache and sick.

Owner is very rude when you ask questions! Keep in mind we are giving you business, there’s lots of other places people could go

Needed to get a comforter washed. I went to Bright and Breezy due to the reviews of the owner being nice. Jini, the owner, greeted me with a smile at the door and was very accomodating. Place was clean and it didn't feel "stuffy" inside. Thanks Jini!:)

Love the lady who told 4 men who were upset about my dryers when I was only a min or 2 late to grab my clothes. She said "don't talk to my customers, I have it under control! " (I'm a single mom with an 8 year old).

Going here since last 10 years. Jini, the current owner is very friendly. Always keeps the place clean. Only one big machine is there if someone is looking to wash king size comforters but they have lot of double and smaa machines and dryers as well. Never faced any problems so far.

Waaaaay too expensive. I took about 25lbs of clothes in and they charged me $55 for it. I normally go to Daisy Fresh but they are closed for a mont but they would have charged about $20 for the same weight and would have subtracted the weight from my clothing bin. Also the older woman whom I dropped off to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The other lady is very nice and respectful but still the cost is way too expensive. If you’re in the fleetwood surrey area I would strongly suggest, I’d you’re doing drop offs, to choose Daisy fresh instead, you’ll save triple the cost.

I just got home to unload the laundry and it still smells dirty and I put a shirt on and it feels dirty. They clearly did not wash my laundry, this is pathetic, how can you can your self a business, over charge, and then not do you job. If I could give this place a -0 I would, absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this place I’ll be going back for my money.

Went to drop off some laundry for a client. Brought 1 bag in owner asked me what type of clothes I explain some include children's clothes. She told me extra charge I agreed. Then I said more bags in the Truck she looked and me and Said so many.i could tell she didn't wanna Do.
