We had a great experience with Brilliant Brothers. They are knowledgable, helpful and do a great job!

I contacted three local companies for quotes on gutter evac / moss removal. One company did not respond, and of the two that did - Brill Bro's was significantly cheaper - so I accepted their quote.
As for the work - seemed decent to me. I see no moss and the gutters are clean. They cleaned up after quite well - and no one fell off my roof.
Good enough for me - I will call back next year.
Wish they had some kind of loyalty rewards program though.

We have a flat roofed home and hired Brilliant Brothers to clean off the leaves and clear debris from the downspouts that was causing water to pool. At the same time they installed new baskets to help control the build up of leaves and assorted debris from the nearby trees.

We recently had all our gutters and roof cleaned by Brilliant Brothers. Job was quite complex given the roof lines and the fact that many gutters had gutter guards installed. The work was done professionally and to our complete satisfaction.

I had run out of time and was scrambling to get things into shape. I was met with a positive, cheerful, accommodating manner despite the fact that they were booked weeks out. Andy worked hard to ensure that I got the help I required. When the window washer arrived, he did an excellent job, was pleasant and also accommodating. This is a company I will return to and would highly recommend.

I am happy to provide yet another glowing review for Brilliant Brothers. This year I waited too long again to book my window and power washing services, and was originally told I'd have to wait until the end of June. As it turned out, they were able to move the appointment up by about 2 weeks and the work was done last Friday, June 11. We weren't overly optimistic about how the decks would come out, but were thrilled with the results. In past years, we scrubbed our own decks, and it took tremendous sweat and energy, but the results were FAR better with Kieran's diligent attention. Once again we had our exterior windows cleaned and the same high standards were achieved as last time around. Additionally, we've been offered pre-booking services for next year, so we can be assured we won't be late.
We are continuously impressed with the service from Brilliant Brothers, and appreciate the fact that they strive to improve customer experience. (ie by adding on pre-booking options for returning customers) Keep up the great work, you guys!

This company overcharges for their work. The young man they sent to clean debris from a tree-fall off the roof and gutters on one side of the house did a good job, but I was charged $280 for a 1/2 hour job. The description on the invoice did not match the work actually done. I believe I was charged for a full all-around the house gutter cleaning. I was foolish to book this company over the phone without asking them to come to the house first to see the job and provide me a quote specific to the job.

I’ve used Brilliant Brothers services twice: once for gutter and skylight cleaning and column pressure washing, and once for window cleaning. Both times they responded to my enquiries promptly, gave me itemized quotes, and detailed the job description. They arrived on time, called beforehand, and completed the job to my exacting standards. There were no hidden fees once finished. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for friendly, reliable professionals who will exceed your expectations. They also provide before-and-after photos when they pressure wash!

The workers did an amazing job on power washing my backyard brick paver patio - it now looks brand new! Their courteous and professional staff took care in performing their tasks.
