The absolute worst place on earth.i saw two mice i told the worker she then proceeded to shooo them away and acted as if nothing happened.i was traumatized.it was hands down the most unhygienic place ever.i ignored the mice incident and decided to give them another chance which happened to be the worst decision i’ve ever made.i came back with blood on my legs because of how poorly the waxing was done.i am sad.i am mad.but at whom? Myself.i should have never gone for seconds.it was the biggest mistake ever.i should’ve never gone for seconds, never.

I booked a laser appointment with Inder and she provided excellent service. I’m so happy with the results and I cannot wait for my next appointment. Thank you Inder!

I am really happy with how my hair turned out, it was exactly what I wanted. Navi is really good with hair, she knows what will look good on you.

Have always been supporting this salon however for the past 3-4 months it’s really been a headache coming here.
Worst management ever. Very very disorganized, charging high end prices for the most mediocre service. No different than an Indian salon in scott road or delta but trying to rip customers off based on location.
Prices change monthly here, yet no consistency or quality whatsoever. Customers don’t mind paying more if they’re getting exceptional service and quality products, but not for your run of the mill things. Owner doesn’t value customers, is always half asleep or not there. Her team also has no customer service skills and always does a shabby job.
For your own businesses sake, please value your customers, maintain proper customer service, relations and standards. Your clients won’t last like this.

You’re rarely keeping a proper schedule and many times we show up after booking an appointment specifically with you and you are not there.
I understand you have kids and have been sick
But we all have young children and work, and it’s not fair to keep doing this to your clients.

Your waxing, eyebrows, price and laser and hair charges have gone up 3 times in only 2 months.

Navi did a very good job with my eyebrows and would definitely recommend her for that.

Adding to my previous review. I recently tried the whitening facial service at Brillo and found it very good. They made all the arrangements before the appointment and even gave a complimentary face mask:) that was great. The service was very satisfactory and I could see results afterwards. Would definitely recommend to others.

The owner is amazing and always does a top notch job with eyebrow threading and there is literally nobody else I would trust with that. Amazing customer service as well.

Highly recommended for hair styling and eye brows Service. Had my hair cut and eyebrows done a few weeks ago by Ms. Navi. She did an amazingly excellent job. I loved the way she styled my hair after cutting and the shape she gave to my eye brows.

My sister and I have started our laser hair removal treatment for face. We have been so happy with the results so far. We have noticed a big difference after just 2 treatments. I was a bit worried about not seeing results as laser hair removal is a big investment but I am so glad I chose Brillo hair salon. If you are looking for very good results at a good price for laser hair removal, Brillo hair salon is a great option.

Excellent service. The owner and her staff are always smiley and professional. I had my 2nd session with laser with fast results and affordable prices. I am a last minute client but the owner always try to find me a spot to satisfied me for doing my hair or waxing.highly reccomend it!

I recently had keratin treatment done from this salon. My first hair wash is done by nav and she blow dried them, they we’re looking beautiful. Yesterday, I washed my hair myself it turned like it was like before. No smooth, lost of frizz.

All time favourite place for a haircut, she styles my hair so well me and my sisters love going here, their so gentle, sweet, and cut according to what style you want and it always turns out amazing

It was awesome navi di gave me perfect haircut as i want it she guided me so well and aman di is best at waxing she did it so well that i felt very relaxing there was no pain while waxing
