Awesome staff, service was down-to-earth but also fast and accurate. The Korean fried cauliflowers are the best fried cauliflower bites I have ever had.

We sat at the bar and the drinks were all made with gusto and the proper know-how.

Will definitely be going here again.

The food was good and lived up the expectation just it took a relatively long time to be served.

Took my grandma here amazing place only thing I did not like was the annoying little children running around and interrupting me and my old grandmother but food was amazing staff were amazing

Mid August visit, weather beautiful with light breeze as we sat outside, hostess offered to pull the shade so that we were comfortable. Had cauliflower as starter, very subtle sauce and cooked to perfection. Summer salad equally delicious, loved the cheese, very well put together. We shared fish and chips and good selection of wine. An afternoon to remember:)

Staff were great, food/ drinks were good.the outdoor seating was wonderful.only down side is there's only 1 bathroom stall.for the whole restaurant.

I was excited to try Britannia brewing in Steveston, But upon arrival I realized it was a grave mistake. The server was rude and Inattentive towards myself and my partner right from the get go. She seemingly took care of every other table before us. It took over 30 minutes to get a beer and a simple cocktail. And after waiting almost 45 minutes for a bowl of popcorn we decided to just get the cheque and leave without it. I advise anyone thinking of going here NOT TO! THERE ARE BETTER PLACES!

The best clam chowder! Very nice vibe and good food. Service needs to be a little more attentive, sometimes you feel completely ignored for long period. But other than that a great place. Highly recommend.

Firstly, I had no idea this was a brewery location. Probably wouldn't have chosen it had I known cos brewpubs aren't generally known for good food. So, that may have been my mistake. Maybe coming here for beer and snacks is the better option, but considering so little in this city is open for breakfast, beggars can't be choosers ‍️.

Secondly, it smelled mildly like pee where we were sitting. I thought I was crazy at first but it lingered the entire time. I don't know if it was a child, dog, or adult that had an accident but it definitely affected my experience.

The food was so incredibly bland. It wasn't cooked poorly, it just had zero flavour. The avocado toast was literally just slices of avo and a few tomatoes and a bit of basil (I asked for no cheese but that shouldn't affect it. Avo toast shouldn't have cheese! It's not some bad Italian food chain bruschetta. The chef seems very confused.) An 8-year-old could have put it together more creatively. No mayo, nothing to lend any flavour or cohesion whatsoever. The home fries.were totally immemorable. I was really hungry though so I suppose the carbs did the job. Coffee tasted a bit burned. Crab cakes were also tasteless, dry, and overcooked. They looked burnt or the oil was old, I don't know. And the portion sizes of everything are small (except you do get a fair amount of plain avocado, I guess) and look small on the giant white plates. The orange juice did not look or taste like fresh pressed.

The best part was our server. She was fantastic and this place would have got a lower rating if not for her. I hope they give her all the raises she asks for. She was the only good part of the whole experience. Super friendly, approachable, and attentive but unfortunately couldn't make up for pee smells and bad food.

Great food, great beer, but I only come here to check out all the hot dudes behind the bar and in the back of the kitchen.

Came on Monday for a burger and beer and I was overly impressed with the food, beer and the service from Kristen at the bar. One of the best burgers I've ever had and the watermelon sour was to die for. I will 100% be back especially with such top notch service keep up the good work!

Great service, awesome fresh food quality food. The burger is my faaaav thing to get there and they use Two Rivers meat which is also my favourite. Beautiful way to spend a sunny day on the patio.awesome brunch and breakfast too!

Tough to get a table with all the tourists in Steveston these days. But its a good pub for a drink or two. We usually skip the food.

Great if you love fruit flies in your bland beer. I realize that it's warm and they don't have AC so they need the doors open, but it's not normal to have the many fruit flies buzzing around. A quick look at the bar on the way to the restroom and I could see the glassware covered in them.
The staff and manager were just all hanging around and chatting the entire time, barely checking on us or showing any urgency, especially when we did ask for things, like the bill for example.
The beer doesn't stand out and has all safe choices, which is odd for a brew pub and the food is the same you'd fine at any pub so we've had enough, and besides, there's so many other great spots in Steveston that are so much better than this hipster dive and whatever they do (or don't do) that attracts so many fruit flies.

Been coming here for a few years and it never disappoints. Amazing service and vibe every time, delicious food (try their mussels, spaghetti, or fish and chips), and an awesome selection of beers. Super dog friendly. Definitely come here when you are in Steveston.

I thought I'd play tourist in my hometown and went to Steveston Village. I have had the honour of being introduced to Brittania Brewings famous blonde ale prior and as a nonbeer drinker I was sold on this beer. I went for lunch to sample their menu and have now become a huge fan.
Thank you Spencer for the recommendation of the chicken burger wow, truly is my favorite now. Fresh pure bread of chicken served with a very flavorful fresh salad! I will be back again and again! Great food, great service and great beer!

Portions are small for the price you're paying. I got the steveston spaghettini entree and it's not filling enough for an adult male. You'd have to definitely order an appy or something to be full.

The mussels and clams were average.the broth was a bit liquidy.

Service was pretty average. The server was present to give u food but service was not notable in any respect.

Also, one server was chewing gum.

I came here a few days ago with my big brother Joseph and oh my, I was delighted with the service I received. The awesome service started when we got there, we were welcomed by not one, not two but three people. We were amazed. To start we got cucumbers, and oh my I was flabbergasted at the amount of flavor that was in the cucumbers. After we finished the starter, the sous chief came to quality check our food, we of course said it was amazing. For our main dish we both got the Beef burger with a side of fries the burger was cooked to the perfect temperature and the texture was amazing, it came with some amazing lettuce and tomato, the fries were not to hot or not to cold and the amount of salt was amazing
Overall the main dish was AMAZING as usual. Props to the chief for making such a amazing burger. My brother got a iced coffee after the food and he said it was one of the best iced coffees he has ever had, the bartender was SUPER nice. The dishes were super clean and the vibe in the restaurant passed the vibe check. 10/10 would recommend to come here and have something to eat.

I went to the brewery with some girlfriends this weekend and WOW were we impressed. From the minute we walked in and were greeted with a smile to the fantastic service and the food was delicious! We enjoyed the sable fish with risotto (holy cow was that ever yummy!), the Korean fried cauliflower and the beef burger (one of the best burgers I've had in a long time). Do yourself a favour and sip on some wave crusader, you won't be disappointed!

Most dissapointing dish was this tuna tartare
That dressing/sauce was closer to a broth of some sort? It added absolutely nth to the dish. The whole dish was lacking salt as acidity of some sort

Came in for lunch with my little brother Ryan and we had an amazing time. Jessica was super kind… well obviously. Spencer told me about his milk and dylan offered some of their new cabbage dish. All in all extravagant dining experience and will be back at least a couple times a week.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The service was outstanding. Food was excellent. The veggie burger is made in house and is one of the best patties I’ve ever eaten. It’s tasty and crunchy, pairs lovely with shoe string fries! The liege waffle tastes ALMOST like the ones you get on the street in Belgium. I would say a 8/10, just missing that sugar crunch. They have a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks as well. Will be back!

Nice place for a beer with family or friends, good patio, perfect ambiance and good service, something to improve, waiting time for deliver food and drinks was a bit long, other than that, well done

Good food. Service was great. Service was on top of our table needs but without being overbearing. I had salmon burger w/salade and truffle fries on the side. Burger was better than expected. Fries were flavourful and Crispy. Delicious. First time to this establishment. Would recommend for a nice sit down meal. It's a great place to enjoy with friends and family while walking through steveston.

This place is hands down one of my favourites!
Food is delicious, great selection of drinks and amazing service, my fav of all time is Tiffany, she always give us the best service when we come over, she’s so bubbly and make us feel welcome.
And to to top it off this restaurant has a pet friendly patio, what else can you possibly ask for? ! ️

Right when we came in, we were greeted by one of their lovely servers and the whole place is clean and spotless. We fell in love with their avocado toast and clam chowder. Definitely going back to try their lunch menu and their cocktails.

I just wanted to take an opportunity to mention the fantastic service I recived at Britannia Brewing on our most recent visit.

Our server Tiffany was amazing!

She was friendly and funny and made wonderful recommendations for our food and drinks! The rest of the staff are fabulous too, but Tiffany's professional courtesy and excellent service is really worth mentioning.

I just can't say enough about the folks at Britannia. They make you feel like part of their family!

Best place for food and drinks in Steveston. Very quaint and nice place to get a few brewskies. The service is top notch. Really recommend coming here. And if Tiffany or holly are your servers, you’re in really good hands

First notice this place during dine out festival, went there on Sunday morning without noticing they dont have dine out until 1pm. So we decided to try their brunch.

We order a Chicken waffle and Brewer's Breaky. Chicken waffle was pretty good, chicken was fried perfectly, waffle is nicely done too. Brewer's Breaky contain some tomato, potato and pickle zucchini and two eggs, overall taste is pretty good.

Second time we went here was for dine out, their menu was 29 dollar per person. The Two River Beef Burger was so filling, but patty was super juicy and fries was amazing! I had their KFC (Korean Fried Cauliflower), Mushroom Risotto. Dessert ended with Lavender Creme Brulee. KFC was not bad, a bit spicer than expected. Mushroom Risotto was very creamy, filling because of how creamy it is. Lavender Creme Brulee is alright.

Overall food is not bad. But environment wise, a bit too noisy. Space in between tables were not far enough. Service was not bad but not to the point where it is remarkable. One of the major reason why I give 3 stars is because overall I find this restaurant a bit more pricy for the potion they serving. Partner and I both small eaters, we feel just right afterwards so I could not impinge anyone who eat more than us will be satisfy.

For those who are into brewing beer, it would an amazing choice for you guys to discover the taste of different type of beer they locally brew:)

Love this place. Had a amazing night tonight. The entire staff including the management are first class and a huge contributor to our community of Steveston employing all the locals. Food and service and not to mention the amazing drinks here is incredible. Thank you everyone tonight for making it yet another memorable experience. We went here to eat. I suspect more people would be interested in the beer though. So, let's start there. Our group tried the watermelon sour, the XPA, the porter and the bock. All were enjoyable with the group census that the XPA was the best of the four.
On to food, all the dishes sampled were very good, well presented and tasty. Quantities were fair and prices not too bad.
As far as service, it was very busy and we still received decent service. Definitely better than average service.
All in all, a good experience and we will certainly go back to try some of their other offerings.

Britannia is one of my fave spots to go on Steveston. It’s cozy, calm and has a very cool vibe. What makes it even better are the people that work there. Tiffany is a server there that Quite often serves us and goes above and beyond to connect and deliver outstanding service. Well done Britannia. You hire well!

We love Britannia! It was our first date spot so holds a special place for us. Made all the more special by the wonderful service we receive every time. Tiffany never fails to make us feel the vibes of our first date, We always hope she’ll be there when we come! On top of that, great beer (we even had it at our wedding) and wonderful food for a vegetarian and meat lover couple.

Found this place because of dine out Vancouver. WOW was I impressed. Had a flight that included a spiced Imperial Stout which was like nothing I had tasted before and was excellent for a cold day. The 3 courses included fried chicken (amazing) crab and chili pasta (very good) and a lavender creme brule (very delicate and delicious). Not only did I enjoy everything but I also found a new place to come back to for a nice day out with a gorgeous view.

This was one of my dine out Vancouver options, and I'm so glad I chose it! They have a regular dine out menu and a vegetarian one, and you can swap items from them.

The beer was delicious and refreshing, the fish & chips were fantastic, and the mussels from the dine out menu were super flavourful and delicious. The dessert wasn't my favourite, but that's more personal preference- it was still a nice presentation.

The service was great- they were super friendly, and the ambience was great. We sat inside, but the patio looks really great too.

I love the burger and the beers so much, also the clam cheddar soup was good and I am saying good because I'm not a fan of seafood. Definitely will come back.

I had a wonderful experience last Tuesday at lunch. Kristen was so wonderful and made us feel right at home. My uncle has a dairy sensitivity and she was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us find something for him that was both tasty and wouldn’t make him explode! The food was amazing and we felt right at home. I will definitely be back!

One of our favourite places to dine in the village! I'm not much of a drinker but my hubby likes their selection of beers/ales. I like their power bowls and burgers. My kids like their steamed mussels and lobster spaghetti. There's a little something for everyone. Nice place to sit outside when the weather is nice! Highly recommended!

This is our GO-TO place in Steveston! If anyone asks me to go out for lunch or dinner, you can guarantee I'm headed here. Delicious food, outstanding drinks.and the staff are absolutely wonderful! To put it into perspective, I'm a HUGE sauce lover (food is more of a sauce outlet for me). And Shannon brought out an entire taster board full of various dips when I ordered my fries last Saturday! Seriously, the staff go ABOVE AND BEYOND! Shannon, you made that particular dinning experience one of my all time favs! I cannot recommend this place enough! Make a reso, it gets busy due to it's awesomeness

We just stopped in for a quick drink one summer day, but the staff was excellent and the beer tasted wonderful.

A great location, but quite small. Expect to have a very good experience, but you might have to wait if other people are already enjoying it.

We didn't try any food, but the tables around us did and that smelled good. I'd be happy to try it next time I'm there.

Love that they're super dog-friendly and allow them on the patio, makes this place somewhere we keep going back. Beer selection is good and they offer decent veggie options (the veggie burger is seriously delicious). Sometimes the wait time for seating is a little longer and service is a bit slower because of how busy they are, but generally can bet that you'll have a good experience!

Imagine, after a year of pandemic, finally been allowed to dine out. Our party of 4 does everything right. We called and booked a reservation the day before, even had a conversation about happy hour and what was offered on Sunday.we show up for our reservation only to be told they don't have it, even though we have the call history on our phone we called. All we got was " I'm sorry we are full" no attempt to try and sit us, even when a table just left. There was no " sorry, here is a certificate to have apples on us on your next visit" Nothing but sorry - goodbye. So I can't even rate the food as we had bad service right when we arrived. What's so funny is I live 2 blocks away from the Steveston location, and will have friends coming out a lot to explore Steveston and go fir dinner. Guess where I won't recommend? Guess how many people today, the day after the incident I have told? So far today I have told 11 people, who knows how many I will tell tomorrow.

Everything about Britannia was fantastic. From the food to their craft beer. I especially liked the Fresh Apple cocktail. Our server 'Tiffany' was amazing. She was so friendly and was able to provide us with suggestions from the menu based on what we were all feeling. Will definitely be returning soon to enjoy the same experience in their sunny, upbeat patio.

This is a great place to spend your evening after exploring Steveston during the day. Wonderful patio space with heaters and blankets (if needed) and great craft beer. Local cocktails are amazing also. The burgers, popcorn and fries are personal favourites.

Service good, Patio sitting is very nice,
The food items we chose were the burger and the steak (bites/pre-sliced).
The burger disease nothing special special, not much flavor.
The "Steak" had no flavor, the presentation was non-existstent for this dish!
I did not feel the prices were reflected in our food choices.
I will go again and try another menu item for a second chance.

One of the best patios in Richmond! If you’re dining in a group, you can reserve this specific corner of the restaurant. Perfect for sharing and for drinks.

Good selection of craft beer styles as well as rotating guest beers and ciders. Some of the menu items could be improved, but the burgers are a highlight and always great.

Surprisingly excellent food quality. This is not just tourism site restaurant food or micro brewery food. They have top notch quality of dishes. And also, their beers are second to none in the town. Their service level was very prompt and responsive though I was there on Monday lunch time, so wouldn't know how is their service quality in weekends.

So yummy! We had a business celebration dinner and the service was so great, and the food even better. As a vegetarian, they helped me find something great to eat and for the meat eaters, my co-workers loved the meatballs and the fish and chips! Last but not least, their beer is SO good.

Food was delicious. Beer selection was ok. Taste of beers for me was just ok. Comes off for me as a confused brewery. Beach themed atmosphere with good food but lacks diversity and flavors with their beers. Service was great!

Epic fail. We frequently come here for brunch. The brunch menu closes at 1: 30pm. We were there at 1: 00pm. Kitchen closed the brunch menu 30min early, would not compromise. Bad decision.they just lost local steady customers.

We had an excellent lunch @ Britannia Brewing, and plan to go back in the future. Their clam chowder is exceptionally good, as were our open faced chicken salad sandwiches. They have a good selection of craft beers, but were out of the one we wanted the most, so I deducted one star from my rating.

We have been to the Britannia brewing a few times. Great location interesting menu interesting bar menu and a good selection of beer and great staff. I enjoy the flights so you can taste various beers.

I could drink their I. P. A.beer and eat the burger every day. One time I got 2 orders for myself. One to smash quickly, and the other to enjoy. It's that good!
