The blinds of our new condo’s bedroom were stuck on top and wouldn’t come down. So, I called to Brite Blinds to see if it’s covered by warranty (fortunately, it’s covered under warranty), and Violet who answered the phone immediately arranged to send Sandy the next day to have it fixed. Sandy replaced the connection part without any charge, checked all the other blinds, and answered all my questions! Sandy was really polite, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and very friendly. 
Promptly booked by Violet and excellently fixed by Sandy. I would highly recommend!

Used them twice, first time to replace damaged slats on vertical blinds, awesome service, great price and I recommended them to others who were in a similar situation.

Second time round, got them to install new blinds to go with new windows and it was not so plain sailing. The sales guy was really nice and knowledgable, making great recommendations but kept making mistakes on our order. Now we have blinds that have the wrong mechanism. Been calling for the past month to get this rectified but the person handling my call never remembers my order and clearly does absolutely nothing with my order between calls so I'm in some kind of limbo.

As for the actual product, the 1% roller shades are great. If you order from this company, be sure to become blind terminology experts in case the sales people transcribe the order incorrectly. Sadly frustrating end result.

Blinds are absolutely terrible quality. String broke on all blinds within weeks of owning new townhouse.

We had a small issue with our Facia and Brite Blinds promptly sent out Sandy to assist us. Not only was the service call deployed promptly, and issue resolved, but Sandy also explained how the blinds were actually installed so we can easily replace parts and rolls ourselves. Sandy was an absolute joy and very kind person to have in our home. Thank you so much Brite Blinds!

I just had my blinds installed, and I couldn't be happier! I had a consultation with Mike Ryan, who discussed the various available options with me. In the end, I ordered 6 roller shades and 5 faux wood blinds. The installers were friendly and completed the job in a little under an hour and a half. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with both the service and the final product.

My parents ordered from here and they scammed us. Horrible customer service and the blinds are not the quality we expected. So disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered my motorized black out blinds beginning of November and was quoted approximately 4 weeks for installation. There was no communication on the dates being pushed. Not until I reached out to check on them and even then the communication was not great.

It took a total of 11 weeks until I was able to get my blinds installed. When the installer did come, he was very nice to work with. I do like the product after the install finished but the lack of communication and huge delays is really disappointing and tainted my experience. I was really looking forward to the product and service after seeing all the good reviews but I was left in the dark after I paid my deposit.

I am very happy with the Brite Blinds for the seven blinds including one balcony door vertical blind which have been installed in my home. Good products, good installation and affordable price.

I, recently (April, 2022), just had motarized blinds installed. One of the blinds has been on the fritz since they were installed. Bear in mind, it's now been 2 months, and it's taken WEEKS for someone to get back to me. The first time I got a hold of someone in the office (after 2 weeks of follow-ups), they sent a tech come out to look at it, who tried to convince me that it wasn't the motor and they reset it and left, when I was adamant that it was the motor. Low and behold, it is the motor that's not been working, now the blind has completely fallen off the track, and still no resolution from the Company to get this resolved. These are BRAND NEW blinds, FYI.
No one from the office calls back, I am constantly calling and following up. It's been 2 weeks from my second phone call about this same blind and no one bothers to call back. This product may come with a lifetime warranty, but what's the use if no one is actually going to take any action to get your issue resolved, in a timely manner?
I would love to say that the customer service is lacking, but I can't blame the people working in the office, as they just seem overworked with no assistance at all. There also doesn't seem to be any help from the owner to get things moving down the line, considering they're probably making a ton of money from consumers like me; however, won't provide their staff with any extra hands.
Don't be fooled by the responsiveness to make a sale and get them installed - I guarantee that will happen so quickly, you'll be amazed; however, if you're having issues, goodluck getting it fixed. It's really unfortunate considering that this Company was recommended to me; however, it seems to be poor management/ownership to blame for all of this. Would never recommend this to anyone.
