Bought a new furnace when they were still Britech in November 2021, was working ok until the first cold snap in October 2022 when it registered an error cold for a shorted pressure sensor on 1st stage heat. They sent a service technician out and he said they couldn’t find any issues. Fast forward to this past October 2023 and the same issue happened again with the first cold snap, cycled the furnace with the on/off switch and it seemed to work ok until this morning the exact same issue happened again. Called them to come and fix the issue, however they stated that because my 1 year warranty on labour expired in December 2022, I would have to pay for the labour to have the diagnostic/repairs done. If they had actually fixed the issue during my warranty period I wouldn’t be out of pocket for the repairs. Completely ridiculous and they are skirting around the warranty saying that it’s 2 years since my purchase even though the condition was known before the warranty had expired but their tech couldn’t “fix” it. Do not use this company for your HVAC needs. Hopefully the new central air unit I purchased from them just before replacing the furnace lasts.

Great service! Arrived and fixed my problems quickly. Service fellow was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions for repairs.

We have been using Britech HVAC services to maintain our Furnace and Air Conditioner for over 12 years and we have always been completely satisfied with the service they have provided. The technicians are well informed and very professional as they go about their jobs in a pleasant, friendly way. This year we had our fireplace serviced in addition to the furnace and air conditioner and the work was once again very thorough and well done.

Great company. The furnace we ordered was delayed due to COVID but Lori was very communicative and kept us up-to-date with what was happening. When it came to the install the team was punctual, professional and very polite. They did a great job with the install and we’re very happy with the new furnace and hot water heater. I hired another company which came to my house 4 times trying to locate and repair a ducting airflow problem but they couldn't find the issue. I called britech and their technician, Jeremy, had the problem located and repaired in just a few hours. Jeremy and the staff I spoke to on the phone were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Great customer service! I will definitely use you guys for all my future furnace needs.
