I LOVE broadstreet. The staff are all kind, knowledgable, respectful to female cyclists, and they support community events. Everything is reasonably priced as well!

The home of my original bike purchase. I've hopped around over the years and found my way back after discovering they have an RMT doing proper, data driven bike fits. My only regret is that I had it done 2 bikes ago.

My measurements have been perfectly fitted to a Caledonia. My first ride has been my most comfortable ride to date. Couldn't be happier I'm finally here - thank you:)

It's the only place worth parting cash with for a fitting in my opinion.

Although we haven’t purchased a bike from Broad Street Cycles, they saved the day today by fixing my sons bike while we waited so he could finish his bike camp this week. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful! Thank you so much!

Peter and Andrew from BSC took care of me in time of emergency. I broke my handlebar on Thursday before my Ironman70.3 race on Sunday, I’m from out of town and never been to Victoria before. So I frantically called & sent emails to bike shops around town to get a replacement.
Peter from BSC replied immediately that they might have it. So I immediately went there with the bike, and it was the right one! Andrew installed it in no time and made sure the bike is in proper working order for the race. I finished the race with a personal best thanks to these guys and the staff of BSC. Anytime I’m back in Victoria, I know for sure I’ll be taken care off by this amazing team. Thanks again guys!

I needed a new tubeless tire for my gravel bike. They had a nice selection and were able to get me riding again. Peter was awesome!

Very impressed with this place!
I walked my kid's bike in - no appointment. The wheel was scraping against the hub and a brake was not working. They spent at least 15 mins fixing it all up and then told me: No Charge!
I will definitely be back.

Had a couple of bikes knocked around by a move. Broad Street Cycles were really good in getting them sorted. Matt was extremely helpful, great service, friendly shop. So glad I found them. I'll be going back when I need service again!

I had a bike that ended up being recalled, Broad St Cycles contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and when they found out they couldn't fix it, they tried to find me substitutions and really did a lot of research for me. It turned out it would cost more than my old bike was worth for the repair they could attempt so I made the decision to let my bike go, so they offered to recycle it on my behalf as well. Had I wanted to keep the bike, they offered to also store it for some time until I had a plan. The staff was also very friendly and kind both when I was in the store and on the phone, and they took the time to explain every part of the process to me in perfect detail.

Earned my business. Giant was totally uninterested in swapping frames so I could get the frame colour and component group I wanted, for any money. Even offering $500.00. I asked Broad Street Cycles and they immediately said yes, and for less than half the labour cost that Giant wouldn’t do it for. When I wanted to swap out the cranks for Dura-Ace? The answer was yes again. I paid the $6200.00 when it was all said and done with a smile on my face. I’ll remember it when I want to upgrade my wheels next year too… well done!
