I am very impressed by the calibre of service at Broadmead Hearing Clinic. Having gone in for hearing test for tinnitus, I found all the staff to be professional and friendly.

The audiologist who did my test was Melody. She was skillful, with an excellent healthcare approach: supportive, receptive to questions, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the test results to me, and help me understand them. I would recommend Melody, and the rest of the team, in the highest terms!

Martine Schlagintweit is a very warm and knowledgeable audiologist who gave my husband and I thorough, detailed exams, and explained the results clearly. She is friendly and cheerful while remaining perfectly professional. I recommend her highly.
