The service is very, very, very bad. The restaurant is full of dirt, and there is an old woman running the restaurant who is not welcoming to the customers

Good local spot for NON authentic style chinese food. Food is adequate and the staff is always polite. We have ordered out everytime and the portions are a good size.

The worst Chinese food I've ever had. I ate a few bites and will be throwing the rest away.

I just had to throw out 30 dollars worth of food because it was the most disgusting chinese food I've ever had life is already so expensive this is really upsetting. Also I hope I don't get sick.

Sorry I usually dont want to give 1 start to any place but for this time I have to. The quality of chicken was quite poor. It was like walmart frozen chicken. Please upgrade the quality of your food.

It was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I didn’t know that was possible in Vancouver. Everything was over cooked and soggy and had no flavour to it.definitely wasn’t fresh at all. Yuck

Horrible food. Not sure why there was great ratings on Doordash. I spent 50 dollars at this place and could only eat a couple bites and now feel super nauseous. Not fresh at all. Worst Chinese food I've ever had.

Dismal amount of chicken in chow mein and they put my can of pop in the bag on top of the hot meal and made it hot! Wow.

Husband ordered food from here (we had ordered from this place a long time ago and weren't impressed, but wanted to give it a second chance). Ordered lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork and crispy noodles with beef and broccoli. Lemon chicken was awful, very battery, low quality type batter. Beef and broccoli was fine but the noodles it came with were cheap, small little pieces and crispy, but not like when you order crispy chow mien from restaurants. They are typically crispy, but also soft so when you mix in all the ingredients there is a good balance of crispy/soft. These felt like the noodles were deep fried so didn't get soft. Sweet and sour pork was nothing special, but decent enough. If you're looking for authentic, good quality Chinese food, I would not recommend this place. There are way better places in Vancouver.

Avoid this business. The building owner is very rude and aggressive. I parked my car in the mall parking lot because I needed to pick up an order across the street. (Would have been 5 min at most) I was immediately confronted by an aggressive man claiming to be the owner who chased me off the the parking lot with threats of being fined and towed. I will not support any business at this mall due to this incident.

Boyfriend bought Chinese food for my birthday (today) the flavours are good, but the meat is dry dry. The noodles and rice taste gross with little bits of hardness, everything tastes really old, like it’s been sitting under a heating lamp constantly.

I’m so mad because we bought 110 dollars worth of food and I want to throw it all out. I didn’t even eat much off my plate. The only thing that tasted fresh was the sesame chicken. The honey pork was extremely dry. The beef and broccoli was slimy, the noodles tasted old af, the rice was good but tasted old as well.

Didn’t put soya sauce in my order and food tastes kinda gross was not impressed made me feel nauseous

I’m not sure why this place was highly rated on Skip. Dumplings were super doughy, chicken fried rice was over cooked. The beef and veggies were ok and I used the sauce from that for the chicken balls that came with no sauce. Won’t ever order from here again.

Dry garlic chicken is the best I have been enjoying their food for years. It's Baba Crow approved

This is disgusting. Just got the order uncooked. Rock hard noodles. 1st time ordered and shocked to see 2 of chicken with mixed veg chowming. I wish i could give -5 rating.
