Once again, I had a wonderful massage from Michelle Lyle. I had a serious back spasm that took me to emergency and shots of morphine to get me mobile again. After 3 massages, I am back to pretty much normal again. Michelle has a great knowledge of postural imbalance, in particular when it comes to alignment of the head and neck with the rest of the spine. That is super important and overlooked by most RMTs I have had massages from. She is also amazing when it comes to working on trigger points. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone needing a therapeutic massage.

I’ve been struggling with sleep and anxiety and I’ve also seen my fair share of massage therapist but Rachel is hands down the best! After one session I started sleeping better and she also gave me wonderful advice on how to not just sleep better but on how to reduce stress and anxiety. She’s the best!

I have been going to Broadway Wellness for over a year now. Not only are the RMT fantastic but the front desk support is super kind and helpful. I see Amin Aghvami and he has been amazing. He has helped so much with my pain management in my body due to a serious knee injury 5 years ago. He is super knowledgeable about the different muscles that need to be worked on and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. If you have a chance to book with him you won’t regret it!

Amin is a fantastic RMT. He works on exactly what you ask/need him to but makes suggestions where he thinks you may have other areas that he can help with. He is friendly, professional, and has great skill and technique in his work. Highly recommend his RMT services.

Very unprofessional. -6 degree got locked outside the building for my appointment at 7pm.nobody answered the phone, nobody told me the reception left early that day.the reception very unprofessional. Avoid going here

Not sure what she did with my neck and back but it feels a million times better, went to dinner after with my wife, walking from parking lot to the restaurant I found my whole body “loose” as if I was walking on cloud! Great clinic with lots of RMTs. Able to do same day bookings if you call. Easy to get an appointment - online booking available. Prices are reasonable and covered by most extended medical plans with direct billing. Extended hours - bookings available from 7am to 730pm. Face masks required (Aug 2022) Inclusive hiring practices. If you love dogs, there are a couple of RMTs that bring their guide dogs to the office with them. Very close to the hospital. Street parking is available (paid) - be mindful of the signs as some spaces out front have limited parking hours during rush hour. Paid parking lot directly across the street from the entrance.

A good place to get professional massage + you can find osteopath RTM and do it along with the massage.

If a world class massage wasn’t enough then add on the fact that they are easy to get to, open late for accessibility and now that I’ve been treated by Rebecca I can walk with a balanced gait and sit/stand with ease. No mean feat when I consider “stumping around” my usual state of bodily function. This was the most healing treatment I’ve received in years and I can’t wait to see her again. Magic hands. Not jazz hands, MAGIC!

Katie was great to work with, she could have applied a bit more pressure for some more deep muscle tissue work within the 60 min, but that’s entirely my fault for not letting her know that. I would rebook with her. The receptionist on the other hand needs to work on herself, she gave me a bad vibe in a very passive aggressive and facetious attitude she carried. Very immature, unprofessional and discomforting for this type of environment. I hope she fixes this so no other clients here have to deal with that.

Amin is the BEST massage therapist in Vancouver! I received an excellent massage from him. It was an awesome relaxing experience. I highly recommend him.

This review in particular is for my RMT, Cara Marks who works at Broadway Wellness. Cara has been my RMT for years. She's a well rounded and versatile RTM, great with helping patients out with general maintenance but also with specific issues that appear over time. Cara is empathetic and extremely thorough and knowledgeable in her field. I can't recommend her enough! The front desk staff at Broadway Wellness are also super helpful and great about reaching out in cases when you put yourself on the waitlist!

Being going to Broadway Wellness for over a year. Usually book with Chanel, who is amazing, very knowledgeable, really explains in detail what she is working on and makes you feel at ease. I have also booked with Laura and just recently Sara (Yu-Li). Each practitioner has their own unique way of using multiple techniques to aid recovery. The facility is bright and very clean. I have always had a good experience here.

Unable to raise right arm I went to see Liz, she is unreal at getting you better. Really impressed with her skills, it ended up being my shoulder & rotator cups. When I left, I was pain free after suffering for 2 weeks prior

With his specialized training, experience and knowledge, he has done more for me in 2 sessions than a physiotherapist, chiropractor or any other RMT, I have experienced. Cara is fun. She is always up beat and kind. I always feel very comfortable with her. She works with my pain threshold. She anticipates when it is close to my max tolerance and gives me heads up. She is very effective with the time she has for the treatment and works the areas that are in greatest need and still manages to attend to all the issues.

Michael is intuitive and exceptional with deep tissue and soft tissue massage and has been a driving force in my recovery.

I found this place after searching desperately for a massage therapist for my terrible muscle pain that I have been experiencing for months. No other masssage/therapist I have been too has helped me as much as Stacey has. There's never been a time I was not satisfied. It's the best $126 I spent every month. Absolutely love Stacey and her ability to ease tense muscles, as well as ease your mental state with oils and cranial relaxation techniques. I feel like a better me. The atmosphere of the entire clinic is ambient and calming.

Brent Scrivner is amazing! He is so mindful of what’s going on with my body and extremely focused with everything he does. Rebecca's reflexology is honestly AMAZING! I've been doing it on and off for a few years, and every time I do it, I feel a thousand times better. She is so intuitive and just knows exactly what your body needs, even when you don't know what you need. It's almost like magic! She also does massage which feels equally relaxing and beneficial, I cannot recommend her enough. I tell all my friends to check her out, she's seriously incredible. If you've ever even thought about doing reflexology, CHECK HER OUT!

First time here and she did a pretty good job. She focused on the areas I told her I had issues with. Minus one star because I did not get the full hour + my rmt seemed like she had a pretty bad cold. + I can hear everyone outside the room which was not very relaxing.

Was having back/neck stiffness from the gym so I booked a 60min session with Kyla which was awesome. Perfect balance of pressure, never reaching "painful" but getting close enough so it felt great. Her service dog was also in the room which was fun. Walked out of there feeling like a new man and no soreness the next day.

The classes can be booked ahead of time online. There are a variety of choices of duration and time slots that one can pick from. Accept direct insurance which is what I'm looking for!

I was impressed by the quick and attentive service. I will definitely return here again. It is a breeze to create an online profile and book yourself an appointment to see a practitioner of your choice. The clinic is even open on Saturdays for patients convenience. Super convenient location for public transportation users as it's located between Oak and Cambie streets on Broadway.

I have done few massage therapies with Pia Shutter. She is very dedicated and knows her job. I am fully satisfied and experiencing the benefits. Laura Rivere is another gifted therapist. Both are strongly recommended.

Had a treatment with Anna and it was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, welcoming and the massage really helped my low back. Pressure was great a mix of soothing and deep. Will definitely be going back.

Michael Scottnicki kept nodding off during my massage! At one point, it was so bad that he apologized for it. After the massage, he disappeared while I got dressed and paid and I never saw him again.

Had a massage by Jennifer K.and I’m actually astounded at how terrible it was. I’ve visited massage therapists for the past five years and I’m not sure if it is a new type of therapy that I’m not aware of, but throughout the hour, Jennifer seemed only to lightly press down on various points on my shoulders and spine for an entire hour. I’m very confused as she did not “massage” at all, let alone move her fingers; it was more a light poking feeling? Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of my time as she did not target any of my trigger points or even any muscle groups. I normally would not care if it was an average experience but this completely dumbfounded me and I will be going back to PainPro.
