Broco Glass

Had a rock chip that was on the large size. Went to another glass shop and they immediately refused to fill it saying it was too large and the entire windshield needed replacement. As I was skeptical I decided to try Broco Langley and was glad I did. Gord had a look and agreed it was on the large size but believed it could be repaired. He booked me in for the following day and after a quick 30mins the chip was filled and I was on my way. Considering the rock damage the glass tech did a great job and the chip is barely visible. Gord provided great service and the glass was professionally repaired in a timely manner. Needless to say Broco will be my first choice for glass repair in the future.

Amazing service. Nothing but excellence! So thankful for the quality of service and level of professionalism from this shop. I had my back window shatter on me unexpectedly on my way to work. Not only were they fast, they litteraly processed everything while I was at work and this a few days before Christmas and while they were super busy! Can't thank you enough!

Broco Glass in Langley is one of the best place to get your car windshield replaced.

AMAZING… is all I can say. 24 Hours to when I went in and said I needed a new windshield to it being replaced and out the door.

The staff members are very helpful. Broco Glass has courtesy vehicles readily available for customers although those vehicles are old. The job gets done fast and the quality is good.

They went above & beyond on a simple glass order for a dresser top! Will definitely come back if we ever need any other glass, big or small!

Very unprofessional staff that could not properly manage the insurance claim paperwork, and as a result caused me additional expense and then they were real jerks about it. I would not recommend them.

I was able to get squeezed into an already full day and when I came I was treated as though I didn't just throw more work their way. Very friendly and professional. To top it off, I got back into a clean car, what a nice surprise! I have a 3 year old and needless to say, this moms priority was not cleaning my car! Thank you very much!

We recently has to get our windshield replaced and as annoying as the situation is, we were so lucky to be in the care of the Broco Team. There were a few parts of the experience that impressed us enough to write a review.

When we first called, we spoke with Stuart, who was more than accommodating to our schedule to quickly stop in for them to determine which windshield we needed. When we stopped in we accidentally left our insurance papers, which Stuart ended up driving over to our house! They quickly got us in the next day we had available and gave us a loaner vehicle. We were called a few hours later for pick up. Noticed they even thoroughly cleaned our front floor mats. This may be industry practice, but I will add that they handled all the paperwork for the ICBC claim and we only had to pay our deductible.

Overall the experience with everyone we spoke with at this Broco location was very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a windshield repair!

I had an absolutely seamless experience with Broco Langley from when I called into inquire to receiving my car back after repairs. The gentleman helping me was friendly, speedy and courteous. It was so easy having the courtesy car and my windshield was replaced within a few hours of dropping my car off. I joked with the guy I hope I don’t have to be back (because it would mean broken glass), but if I needed to I’d definitely come here. Oh and they completely vacuumed the inside of my car which was a total disaster from having two small children and that made my MONTH! Thanks guys!

Staff is so courteous and knowledgeable. I phoned in wondering about a windshield price and was stumped as to whether my windshield has heated parking (it does) so I ran the car down there. While I waited inside, he looked over my vehicle and within minutes I had the estimate.
The windshield was installed the next business day and they had a loaner car for me.
It was a very soothing end to a kind of annoying need to replace a windshield.

We brought in our car to Broco today with vertical scratches all over the windshield, impairing the vision from inside. I was expecting to need to get the windshield replaced, but with absolutely no wait, the gentleman there looked at the marks with a blade and informed us that they weren't scratches, but residue left over from Rain-X we had put on earlier in the year. He gave us clear instructions as to how to get the marks off and sent us on our way.
Over the phone, (and in person), they were an absolute pleasure to talk to and gave us much more thorough answers to our questions than any of the other places we had called.
We will no doubt be coming back here for any of our future car glass needs. Fantastic service, thank you!

Brought my Jeep in on a Wednesday needing the windshield pulled and the shield replaced. They took it in and got the parts they needed fast. Work is quality and staff are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone with windshield problems!
