Residential glass replacement: We had two large panes of glass replaced in our living room aluminum framed picture window. Ernie, who did the work, was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, personable and efficient. Ritou who did the scheduling and billing was efficient and friendly as well. Very glad that we chose this company.

Fraser and the team took their time and gave the best quality service. Fixed my passenger window that was smashed in. Gave me a loaner car because I came 10 minutes till close. Tyler and his team at Broco Glass were efficient and friendly with my windshield repair! They had a courtesy car available as well! Would highly recommend them.

My windshield has small chips at driver side and the guy heated up.the chip is still there and i pay $80.the following day i bring my car back to do repair same chip.and they wont do anything.iam totaly disappointed

We were early a bit before opening yesterday and Tyler greeted us and was able to look at our damaged smashed rear window and assessed, took less then 15 minutes. He took care of everything, told me it would be ready Monday, which we were fine with given it was Saturday. At 1pm same day he called to tell us it was ready, the glass came in early. In less then 5 hours it was fixed and ready to go. The friendly service was greatly appericated. Thank you for making a stressful thing so easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.
