Brodeur's Bistro

Great food and service and a nice atmosphere to enjoy lunch and catch up with friends. We chose a table in the glassed in area to enjoy the sunshine and light. It was really enjoyable.

The environment was lovely and calm. Our server was wonderful and our overall experience was excellent. The service was quick and attentive, yet not rushed or overwhelmed at all. Thank you!

The appetizer is enough for one person, tacos are great, good combination of seasoning.love it.

Food was good, service was passable, white wine was room temperature and had to be sent back and I had to choose another one that had actually been stored in the fridge. The bathrooms were dirty and no soap in the dispenser. Overall, not a great experience for the price, but the options are limited in Abbotsford.

I found this place on maps as one of the top-ranked restaurants in the Abbotsford area. We were not disappointed. The food was incredible.

One highlights was the chicken cordon bleuserved with sides of thin-sliced garlic bread and garlic asperagus, The cordon bleu was stuffed with with Montreal smoked meat. Amazing. The butter sauce served with this dish was sooo flavourful i wanted to take the little container home.

I ordered the cajun fish, which was tasty but a smidge overcooked at the thin edges. No biggy. The garlic bread was unbelievable. The salty, umamami flavour paired well with a fruity pint of Blanche de Chambly topped with maybe half a cup of lime margarita. May be a beer crime, but it quenched my thirst so quickly, that pint was the first empty glass at our table. The kids enjoyed a virgin margarita for only $5 and bottomless ice tea.

Dessert was amazing: crème brulée and mini-beignets with dipping sauce for sharing. Now that I think of it, it's worth going there just for these.

I gave 4 stars for atmosphere since we sat on the comfortably-heated patio and it has a somewhat sad view of the parking lot and a gas station, so the location could have been better. A place like this would be ideal down some of the hilly country roads we drove in on. But whatever, the food was great, the space was comfortable and we had a surprisingly good meal for 4 for ~30 each including drinks and dessert.

I don't even know how to describe the food and the service except possibly the best I've enjoyed in 2 decades. The cordon blue was exceptional. Even the corn bread was perfect. My wife enjoyed her meal equally. We received incredibly service by Max. The visit left nothing to improve.

This is not a deli but an amazing restaurant. Don't let the name or exterior fool you.

I will never understand how people like this place. Food was sub-par. Overcooked and underseasoned.

We had an amazing meal. The food and service were exceptional. It was such a treat to have cajun-inspired food. Would definitely visit again.

Brought a group here for a business lunch, as this is a favorite spot of mine when I am in Abbotsford. Food is consistently delicious. The vast menu caters to all. First timers, I recommend the Montreal Smoked Meat, it is what they are known for. Portion sizes leave you full or with leftovers. The inside is a little dark, so I prefer the naturally lit, enclosed patio inside. In the winter, their outdoor patio, is comfortable with plenty of heaters to keep you cozy.

Appies were good but the sandwich wasn't good at all, was very disappointed.

The automated timer in the washroom needs to be adjusted. It pretty frustrating when the light turns off when your pants are around your ankles and you haven't had a chance to pinch off yet. I had to open the stall door and wave my arms in the dark with my junk all out to finish my business.

Luckily I'm able bodied but I wonder how someone in a wheelchair would have handled that situation.

I strongly recommend the management look into the timers on the bathroom lights and make sure people have adequate time to do their business.

Awesome food and staff. Their little side room makes you feel like your teacher told you to sit in the corner.

So this visit was not perfect but the reaction of management and the server saved our visit. The system went down and our order was sent to the back, we waited over an hour for our meal…. But we had such great conversation, and the management took care of our meal and acted as soon as they realized the issue…it turned out fine. The food was amazing! Service was attentive and great. Definitely want to come back and try more food on the huge menu…looks like a local favourite hotspot and I see why! Great job! See you again soon!

The food here is absolutely amazing, like nothing else in the area. We've been coming here for at least five years, and the food is consistently good. Ribs, chicken, sandwiches, salads.and so many different options for sides! You may be tempted by the poutine, but make sure to try their vegetable options as well as they're always good. I've always had a great experience here. Be sure to make reservations as it can be difficult sometimes to get a table!

We had supper there. Some food was superlative and other food was good. The ribs were fantastic! We will be back. It's also the BEST lunch in town for certain!

Enjoyed a great meal, had great service and was really excellent visit with close friends. Unfortunately we forgot our phone but Kennedy took the time to let us know it was still at the restaurant.

I'm from Lynden, WA. Half hr.drive either way to Bham or Abbotsford. The food is fantastic. Nice to have something outside of the norm to please the palate. Been there twice. Service was slower this time but it was absolutely packed on a holiday. No foul there.

Staff were amazing (as always) accommodating our party without issue for our reservation (7 adults and one toddler). And even handled the MiL who’s a VERY picky eater. But that’s the thing with Brodeurs Bistro. Even the pickiest of palettes can find something that will excite their tastebuds!

In town for a holiday and tried Brodeurs. Service was great and the food was excellent. Had the jambalaya with 4 peppers. Was very good. Wife had the half chicken and she was very impressed. Definitely would come back here.

This is a great little gem with friendly staff and a great menu.

The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was the best I've had in BC so far.

Service was amazing and the restaurant is very clean and well decorated.

I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch.
