I have been with Dr. Milani for over 2 years and I have had a great experience with him and his team. I got dental implants 2 times with no complications.

The dental office is very clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I always had a great experience during my visits. Dr. Milani is professional and skilled. I highly recommend his services. His assistant is very friendly and nice.

Dr. Milani, his assistant and receptionist are such a great team! Having an awful dental experience as a young adult, I get very anxious whenever I see a dentist. To make matters worse, my teeth are very sensitive and need more freezing than most of the ppl and never really get totally numb. Dr. Milani was totally understanding of my situation and made a great experience for me.

Amazing group of Ladies from the front desk to the dental team. Had a bunch of work to do. They got me in instantly made the paperwork easy. The dental work itself was so gentle and professional that i barely noticed they worked on me for so many hours. Have never been happier with dental work. Even when i move i will retain this clinic

There is definitely something sketchy and very wrong with this office. Dr Yeo has been my dentist since she started her practice at Lougheed Mall and there was NEVER an issue with her nor her staff.
I have followed her to Brookmere and unfortunately the staff there are completely sketchy. Theu have overbilled for my family even after I told them my son was not covered and PAID privately. I received letters from my insurance sayi g they rejected the claim. I actually called insurance to check this office accounts for the overbilling. It is so sad because this has NOTHING TO DO WITH DR. YEO but unfortunately I do not feel comfortable with how the OFFICE and Accounts are run.
My extended family have also had issues with front staff and other staff. Quite unsettling really.

I recently had a great experience at Brookmere Dental Group. The service is excellent, the environment is pleasant, and the doctors are very professional. I usually don't enjoy going to the dentist, but Brookmere Dental Group made me feel comfortable and worry-free when they checked my teeth. I highly recommend them!

Awesome dentist, everyone is extremely nice and very attentive. I was under a deadline to have my implant done and they followed through with all the promises of meeting that.

I’ve been coming to brookmere dental for years now. State of the art equipment. Friendly staff. Well trained hygienists. Dr milani is always pleasant and thorough. Never had a bad experience here. And for a dental office, that’s saying something.

Dr. Milani is very talented. She did such a great job with the new bonding on my front teeth. They look fantastic and I am very satisfied. Also the staff are all very kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this dental office enough.

Well, it sounds like this dental clinic is more like a dental catastrophe! I mean, who wants to deal with unprofessional and unreliable staff? It's like playing Russian roulette with your teeth!

And don't get me started on the fake and disinterested dentist. He should change his name to Dr. McMoney. I mean, the nerve of treating you like just another tooth in their assembly line!

As for the outrageous treatment plan, it's like they were trying to build a golden bridge to your wallet! It's enough to give anyone a toothache just thinking about it.

In short, if you want to save your time, money, and sanity, I suggest you steer clear of this dental clinic. You don't want to end up like a toothless clown with a big bill and nothing to smile about!

I recently visited Brookmere dental office and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. The office manager and front desk receptionists were excellent, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped into the office.

The dentists at Brookmere dental office are highly skilled and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the dental procedure, making me feel informed and at ease. Their attention to detail and care for their patients is truly commendable.

Super modern facilities, excellent doctors, and an incredible team of hygienists and admin. Hands down the best dental office I've ever visited.

It pains me to write this negative review because I was very happy with the dental care I received until today. I read all the positive reviews about Dr Milani before choosing his clinic and was delighted to be able to agree with them. Dr Milani had to do a crown and both he and his dental assistant were very patient and explained everything in great detail. I was very happy with the treatment I received. On my first visit I saw Leo for my hygiene appointment and again I was very happy with him. I have my teeth cleaned every three months and do all the things I should be doing to help the buildup of plaque but I cannot stop it. Leo had good ideas and suggestions to try and help me. I recommended him to my husband who also liked him very much. I made my next three month appointment with Leo and was very upset to find it was not with him but someone else which I didn’t find out until I arrived there. Leo apparently had left the clinic. The hygienist I had that day had no interest in helping me improve my dental care. When I had my crown done the very helpful CDA suggested my next appointment should be with Bobby who would suit me just fine. When I arrived today for my appointment I was surprised to see that the hygienist was not Bobby but someone whose name I cannot spell. She reluctantly told me that Bobby too had left the practice. I don’t know why I was never made aware of these changes. However I needed to get my teeth cleaned so I started the cleaning. To say it was one of the worst hygiene experiences I have had would be an understatement. I do have problem gums and deep pockets and cleaning is never pleasant for me. She certainly was not interested in being gentle and time after time her tools hurt me quite badly. When I asked if she had any suggestions for my problems with build up
she was very dismissive and said that she hadn’t seen anyone who had their teeth cleaned every three months with such problems as I have. She had nothing to offer me at all and was in fact totally disinterested. She did polish my teeth and my teeth are plaque free but I would never wish to see that hygienist again. I signed the estimate on arrival but when I went to pay the bill it came to more than $100 than the estimate. The cost of some $44 for about five minutes to polish my teeth seemed ridiculous plus extra time she charged for the cleaning. As I had my teeth cleaned three times there before I would have thought they would have known how long it took to do. I don’t think I have ever paid as much for cleaning as I did today and to suffer pain from it and such a lack of care and attention and interest was the last straw. I will never go back to this clinic and I am sorry about that as I like Dr Milani very much but the hygienist I saw today needs some extra training in how to treat patients.

There are not words to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Milani and his entire wonderful team. What started as an emergency appointment in tears has turned this appointment avoider into a regular patient forever.
Every team member was beyond compassionate to my fears and tears, they were amazing - did everything possible to help make me comfortable. The lovely ladies at the front desk are so great at explaining everything and ensuring you're getting the most for your coverage. I wish I could give you all 10 stars!

You’d think that a professional place like this would be willing to work with insurance and people who are low income but they charge way too much. My insurance is supposed to cover 100% of my dental work but this office has their costs are set so high, that simple fillings would have cost $600 even with insurance. I was told by the receptionist that they charge more than what the BC dental association requires so their prices essentially are more than necessary. I do not believe they have any right charging people this much and it is disgusting that they try to take advantage of people who need to lean on their insurance to get dental work done. Save your money, there’s many dental offices in the area that won’t charge you more than you need to pay.

My dentist who recently transferred over to this office is great! But the administrative staff and scheduling is absolutely horrible. I referred my husband to my dentist but they booked him with the wrong dentist. Then they delayed his appt by 30 mins. When it came time to directly bill the insurance, they even had problems doing that.

When I went for my appt, it was also delayed for 20-25 mins while the dental hygienist, who I was scheduled with, stood there talking to the receptionist. They also had issues with processing my claim. After 4 attempts, they blamed the insurance company and suggested it was a glitch on their end. I pointed out the error was due to the EFT account to the office mgr who insisted this was not the problem. After finally getting upset, she called my insurance company to confirm that the EFT was not set up properly. The worse part is, she called me back to tell me and when I expressed my unhappiness with having to repeatedly explain this, she hung up on me.

UPDATE:
Despite the issues with dealing with your admin staff, I'm surprised it's suggested I go out of my way to make a trip into the office to resolve this matter.

It seems you may have missed the main reason why I had contacted your office in the first place Dr. Milani.it was to have the claims issue fixed and the payment processed so that I can confirm my paid share is correct. It still has not been done and for your information, I have discovered I have been OVERBILLED by your office.

Also, Dr. Milani, you had done the fillings for my husband. He complained that the bite didn't feel right but you neglected to do another strip/paper test. He had to go into your office a second time due to ongoing discomfort. Unfortunately, you were unable to correct the bite and suggested he may need further work or x-rays. He has since gone to and paid another dentist who was able to fix your work.

Did you also know that the dental hygienist I saw didn't have floss threaders to floss under my retainer. Do you know what he used? A floss threader from the sample pack that he had given to me.

Is overbilling and cutting supplies a regular practice of your clinic? Was I overbilled for not bringing my own toothpaste?

I have since cancelled all future appointments and will not be rescheduling.

So.the last time I went to a dentist was 7 years ago. I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist because of how uncomfortable and usually painful it is. After one of my fillings fell out I knew I had to see one and after checking out a few in the neighbourhood, I can definitely confirm the other reviews here about Brookmere Dental Group and how amazing they are.

Everything was explained to me so I understood what was happening, which made me so much more comfortable. Everyone I spoke to at the office was really warm and welcoming. I couldn't thank my hygienist Leo enough for making my cleaning more than bearable, but actually as he promised, "fun". Also, the office is so modern! The new X-rays and other equipment are so much nicer than what I was used to.

I have a few more appointments to look forward to and I actually have hope that I might be able to be proud of my smile again when I currently hide behind my mask. That's pretty big. Thank you Brookmere Dental:)

I had 5 cavities done here and 5 months later I still cant eat certain foods because the dentist drilled too deep. I went back for them to look at it MULTIPLE times after as was still hurting and they would not admit to their mistake and just told me to wait. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. DR MILANI

I recently had to get a minor dental procedure done, it was my first time getting a dental filling. What can I say about Dr. Milani and his staff, first off they are inviting and welcoming and very professional. When you meet the doctor he is kind and compassionate and extremely thorough. Dr Milani is the best dentist I have ever had, and it's not even close. For my whole life I was always nervous and dreaded the thought of going to the dentist until I starting going to see Dr Milani. He and his entire staff make you feel comfortable and well looked after. He explains everything in detail that he is doing while he is working on your teeth. He is just an all round good person who instills confidence and comfort in his patients by his high level of professionalism and the general demeanour he displays. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody who has any nerves about going to dentists. His dental assistants and hygienists are all first class in every sense of the term, while the receptionists are very friendly and knowledgable as well.
