Outstanding experience today at the Vancouver Brooks Brothers location. We received a warm welcome by all staff on a very wet November day, lots of smiles and friendly greetings. Vic looked after my needs in a professional manner that was enhanced by his professional approach and excellent product knowledge. Marina, the seamstress, looked after my clothes fitting with a friendly smile and an eye for detail. I only had a short wait while the alterations were completed. Thank you all very much. Initially disappointed with the tailoring of two suits, Vic worked with me through the process to find a solution that fit my needs! Will definitely return to the store in the future because of his active management/ problem solving.

I'm pretty happy with the quality of clothing and the prices. The Chinese staff member was nice to me in assisting with selection and sizes, gotta say some people leaving reviews seem to desire an experience where somebody waits and customer services you the moment you enter the store. Bro, you're paying for middle to uppermiddle range men's clothing not buying a lambo. Stop trying to feel like you have value through consumerism.

Entire store 50 percent off which is great. Only thing is sizes are mostly smalls and medium. Dress shirts only available in Milano and Regent fit (slim and ultra slim) I've been buying Brooks clothing for 20 plus years. The Vancouver store appears to be only catering to a certain clientele given the cut of their clothes. Service again lackluster. A once thriving institution, it is little wonder they have sought bankruptcy protection.

Beautiful boutique and items. Can you please at least greet to your potential customers as soon as they walk in? It's Brooks Brothers not Silly Brothers. I was going to make a purchase but change my mind as a result of the lack of customer service.

Absolutely outstanding service from Craig, as always. Superb selection, great fabrics, wonderful textures and abundant colours. As well, if you've not done any made-to-measure shirts, you must. THE-BEST-SHIRTS-EVER!

Update: Something is going ridiculously wrong at this location. Not sure if it is a change of management or staff? NIL customer service. No one smiles anymore. Someone needs to get the basics of customer service going. I felt like a commodity being judged by my wallet. Thank you Brooks Brothers!

My mom go to complain her pants was hem too short. Front selling worker very nice but the tailors yell at her and call her liar. The fat tailor and the less fat tailor ladies very rude. We do not gonna go to this shop now. The tailors hate Chinese ppl. As well the first time the fat lady was rude talk to my mom like she is children. They need respecting older ppl not yelling at them.

The manager lost the oportunity to get a new brand embassador. I bought my first "really expensive blazer of $650 CAD" in Toronto but had no timte to make it the traditional adjustments to fit by body. I arrived to my town in West Canada and then walked in to a loca Brook and Brothers store. I simple can not believe, understand and accept than the original adjustment service is charged with $50 CAD when in the rest oft he World this is a complementary service. More than that I am taling about one of the Top and most expensive Brand Stores

Very helpful staff in this Brooks Brothers store! Great inventory as well. They helped me with some unusual sizing challenges.

Not the best selection of product, but what makes this place stand out is the service oriented staff. Everyone from manager to staff, is truly willing to help the customer as a team which is rare to find in retail. If they don't have and item they will get it for you. If the item doesn't look good, they sure will tell you their honest opinion. I am recommending this place for your clothing needs. Definitely a great experience.

Had exceptional service from Kathy. Measured me up and patiently waited as I tried several different shirts on. Appreciated her honest feedback. Organised a hold for a shirt I wanted but could only access via their San Francisco store. I was transiting through and made the effort to head into downtown to pick up. Found the shirt wasn’t there. However, the store manager at San Francisco, Phillip, has gone above and beyond to rectify the error. I now have the shirt, delivered to my door free of charge. Amazing response. Thank you. I love the shirt!
