Love this place. They are good with my cat and are always able to fit us in if we has a pressing issues with him. All the staff are so friendly as are the clinic pets.

Dr. Julia, a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian, addresses our concerns with a positive demeanor. She displays kindness and friendliness toward my beloved pet. Additionally, the staff are welcoming and friendly. I will gradually update my opinion as we have an appointment for dental tartar removal and a check-up.

Been going here since I moved to the coast. Love the staff here! The clinic is very caring and reasonably priced

I highly recommend Dr M Carey! She listens and is open to client feedback! Also she is clear and concise with medications. The front end staff is amazing! I have also had chiropractic work and the results have been fantastic!

The nurses where great handling of our pet and the staff where all very friendly patient and informative.

We have been taking our cat and dog here for many years and have always had a great experience. Dr. Olson is amazing with our pets and is very kind to them. She talks to them and treats them with kindness and gentleness. She also is excellent and explaining things and answering any questions we have. She is very thorough and doesn't rush you at all. The receptionists are also very helpful and patient. The pricing is fair as well! I highly recommend Brookswood Veterinary Hospital to anyone who wants their pet to receive high quality care!

I adore the staff at Brookswood Veterinary Hospital. My dog can be nervous, and they are so great at making us feel comfortable. The front end team are just lovely, and because my dog struggles with allergies, we've seen more than one vet at the clinic because of ear infections cropping up. Each vet has had wonderful bedside manner, and our dog has received thoughtful and compassionate care. Our last visit with Dr Sarah Lavely was fantastic; she was so great with our anxious pup, and by the end of the appointment, our dog had relaxed quite a bit (and so had I)!

I can't say enough positive things about Brookswood animal veterinary hospital. I've taken two of my cats there so far and they have been absolutely amazing for both of them.

A number of months ago I found out my remaining cat is diabetic and I have to give him insulin twice a day.
I'm a single guy, working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. This diagnosis was overwhelming for me and I wondered how I would be able to possibly take care of Q-tip.

I got the call on Thursday from Dr. Stober letting me know that Q-tip had diabetes and would need treatment.
The next day I got a call from the office saying they've made an appointment for me on Saturday for whatever time that I can get into the office.

They made this appointment on their own to make sure I could get Q-tip in there asap to make sure he gets to care he needs.

Dr. Stobler was and still is unbelievably patient. Answered all my questions showed me how to use the needles to give my cat insulin.
I did my own research and found that you can actually put a freestyle Libre sensor on a cat just like you can on a human. Dr. Stober, listen to what I said I found about the freestyle Libre said that they have done that once or twice before and said they were more than happy to put a freestyle Libre sensor on my cat.

I know all the girls are reception and they are absolute gems and the very definition of patience, courteousness, politeness and caring.
They all know me as well and even recognize my car before I even get into the office.
I'm welcomed there by name and a smile each time I go there.
I ask a lot of questions and send a lot of emails and each response is prompt and courteous.

I could go on but I feel like I'm already written half a book. I recommend Brookswood veterinary hospital to everybody I know that has a pet that needs veterinary help.

A very nice veterinary hospital, trustful, reliable and responsible. I have been with this veterinary hospital for many years, all I got is the positive experience. This veterinary hospital should not disappoint you; I highly recommend it.

The staff here are wonderful. Kind and professional, they were patient and friendly while answering all of my questions. When I was unsure of something they happily provided me with additional info to take home and read
They were gentle and kind with my kitten and I knew they were because she was happy going back without a fuss. Thank you for being so patient with myself, and my opinionated and spirited feral kitten. We greatly appreciate it.

Excellent care & service! Vets are all personable and go the extra mile. Patiently worked through complicated issues & brought specialist onsite (much easier than going to Vancouver).

Great clinic. They always explain everything clearly and very willing to answer my questions, and give my pets great care! Always on time, call when they say they will and are accommodating! Highly recommend.

We are sort of new to this veterinary hospital as our previous vet retired.

It's really hard to find a new place as you're worried and scared about finding the right veterinarians that truly care about each and every patient.

So far every visit we've had here has been thorough and pleasant. The staff at the front are very polite, especially so on the phone. They are very busy but they are sweet and polite.

The vet clinic itself is clean and the doctors are helpful and knowledgeable. They explain things in ways you can understand and provide honest options and treatments. They are up front about costs and give you a heads up as well which is very appreciate.

All in all, I'm very pleased about choosing this clinic and I would highly recommend it to others.

They can be quite busy so sometimes bookings can take a week or two. You may be referred to the Langley Animal Hospital if it is of a particular urgency.

The most amazing, cheerful, attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate team of people I've ever had the pleasure to bring a pet to. They treat our puppy Madigan like royalty! Beautiful facility, top notch care, and they really take the time to respond to every question or concern. They have a client for life in me!

I love all the ladies at the Brookswood veterinarian clinic! My dog is absolutely terrified to go in there but they take the time to come out give him treats and do his check ups and shots in my car. They are a wonderful team and I’m so happy to have them take care of our family member.
