Brothers Barbershop

Walked in on a Friday at 3 PM and got in with one of the women barbers. I was in the chair for 40 minutes and was very pleased with my cut. I thought the price might be around $30 and when she told me it was only $16, I was shocked!

Cash only though so be prepared.

Just a straight-up classic barbershop with great pricing and talented people. I always get such a great haircut there.
I highly recommend this place.

I would not recommend them if you have Afro or any type of black hair. I tried different one of them but still disappointed.

All right, listen to me. You don't go to Brothers Barbershop for the haircut, you go there for the experience. Everybody is friendly and they listen to you so make sure to know what you want because they will deliver

Increased their prices 25%, and the barbers near the back of the shop are terrible.

Also, pretty sure they face you away from the mirror while cutting your hair is because they don’t want you to see their hack job!

This place is fantastic. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and got a seat right away. Facilities were very clean and well decorated. Staff was very friendly and professional. Got a great haircut at a great price!

This place was recommended by a good friend. I have only been a couple of times, but each time it was a very good experience. They listened to what I wanted and made some very good insight on where I could improve on my style.

I had very bad experience here, the barber is very rushy and not offering any services. I had to ask him for hair product, basically everything! He didn’t provide any quality service that I am expecting! Even though it’s cheap, I would like to pay more to get more quality service! Never be back! Also, here is just taking cash only!

They charged me $16.way more than I paid just 2months ago.
Have to look for alternatives.

Best place to go for a hair cut. My son and I went for a cut a couple of weeks ago. Very happy with the service. Been going to brothers for years now.

It's the best priced cut in town and a great atmosphere but potential clients should factor in the time and costs associated with downtown parking and long waits up to an hour and potentially denial of service due to insufficient staffing.

Visited the downtown location 3 days in a row prior to closing but they were unable to take me.

I was in Victoria for 2 days and went for a walk. I walked by 770 fort and decided I needed a haircut.

The atmosphere, I thought, was similar to the tv show cheers. It seemed there were lots of regulars and was welcoming to new dudes like myself.

Great haircut and a wicked price. I got " the Andy" cut and it looks great.

Anytime I'm in Victoria and need a haircut I will be going here.

USUALLY a great haircut.new girl needs to put more effort. I dont think ive ever had a 15 minute haircut anywhere else except for today.not very pleased.

I had been getting my haircut at this establishment on a regular basis before Covid but have not until recently. I was very surprised that most of the customers did not wear masks and not required to do so. I will not be going to this establishment again in the near future. It is unsafe to do so

Every time I visit Brother's Barbershop it is a great experience. I am always greeted positively when I enter the shop. Being a female entering a barbershop can be tough, but not at Brother's. I am treated fairly, equally and welcomed just as much as any males that enter the shop. All their staff is experienced and professional. I wouldn't choose any other place to have my hair cut. I have been extremely impressed with the steps they have taken during COVID to ensure their safety as well as their customer's safety. Best barbershop in Victoria.

After discovering Brothers Barbershop about 3 months ago, I will never go anywhere else. They do just as good a job as the "fancy" barbershops, but for 1/2 the price. I've been 3 times, I saw an Asian dude named Arnel who was really good, and I saw Artor and a Syrian dude who were also very good. Highly recommend!

These barbers are phenomenal. Possibly the best barbershop on the island. I went once and I will keep going back. It's a big, bright, clean shop with many talented stylists. They are friendly, professional and well worth visiting. I would recommend anyone to go there for an amazing cut.

I was so impressed at how the owner cares about their customers and employees. He said "We are not going to change the price like other barbershops because things just go back to normal. " even after all this crazy COVID situation. They extended hours as well. That's very thoughtful of them. Go this barbershop if you needs haircut in Victoria. My husband loves this place.

Well I have been in this country for slightly more than a year and it had become so difficult for me to find the right hair salon. I tried different salons in Langford and Victoria for the first 8 months and they literally messed up with my hair big time. I don't know if people just don't know how to style your hair or its me not being able to explain what I want since English is not my first language. However, a friend suggested me to go to brothers and I can finally say that I am gonna be getting my haircut at this salon till the time I am gonna be staying on the island. I went to brothers twice and I was totally satisfied with the way it looked later once I washed it and everything. Highly recommend.specially for people coming from outside and are specific with their hairstyle

They are good at creating a very fake smiling atmosphere. I got the worst haircut i ever had in Victoria after a long wait of about 1 hour. I dont complain about the wait factor considering the covid situation but the guy who did my haircut was very bad at his job i would say.

Well. I had really good experience here. One of the best place in downtown to have a hair cut. Luckily i had not to wait For My turn.

Had a bit of a wait but I was a walk in so it's to be expected, I nice atmosphere and a very nice hair cut and beard trim for what other places charge for just the hair cut.

Good place for a above average haircut on a budget, masculine, respectful atmosphere. My only gripe is the lack of an ordered waiting system. Invest in some numbered tickets for customers.

The Albanian dude was super nice and made me laugh while giving me very useful advice AND cutting my hair at the same time.

He also fully trusted me to use the ATM across the block to pay for my haircut, which is quite admirable and respectful.

Had to wait a good 45mins to get a cut, and they could certainly benefit from some kind of ‘take-a-number’ system to help with the disorganization of knowing who’s been waiting the longest.
That being said, the haircut was quite quick and rather well done, exactly what I was looking for, and only cost $13+tip! I’ll definitely be back, though will try to aim for a less busy time.

Waited 45 mins for a cut. No method of determining who was first but people who came in after me were offered cuts before me. Finally when I were more assertive that I should be next, one of the available barbers refused to even look at me in the eye or acknowledge me. Eventually that same barber refused service and I had to go to a different barber. Yes the prices are cheap, but I would rather pay twice the amount for some dignity. Not a repeat for me

We were vacationing in town, and our kids needed haircuts. Glad we stumbled on Brothers! Excellent service and a great cut. 10/10 would recommend.

Best place in Victoria to get an haircut. The barbers are really funny and do a great job, even when you don’t know wha you want you’re in good hands and can trust their judgment. The price is also incredibly cheap compared to other places who do a poorer job. However, can get a bit crowded so be ready if you have to wait a bit (which is totally worth it).

The Brothers is always busy, and for good reason. Great value haircuts. Very friendly barbers and it moves pretty quickly. Recommended

I am only giving 4 stars because I’m their regular. I just got done with my haircut with Vic. I waited 45 mins like always to get my turn. In return I got a haircut from Vic which took him only 3 MINUTES. That is really unprofessional. I have had bad experience with Vic before too as he finished my haircut but didn’t blow dry my hair. My hair was soaking wet and he was pretending to be done with the haircut. All other barbers are up to the game there as I have tried most of them. But not Vic. Please avoid him.

Busy but with 8 chairs the wait is minimal. They do a great job, make everyone feel welcome and work fast. Then there’s the price. Prime downtown location and their charging only $15. I was stunned and Tipped the pro cutter well.

The best barbershop in Victoria hands down. I have been going to see Artor and Vic for over a decade when they didn't even have their own store. They are the most hard-working barbers I have seen and dealt with in my life. I would plan to come here though as they are extremely popular and the wait times can be long but definitely worth it. You know how good they are and the rest of the team as people come and wait patiently and for the low price that they charge it would be criminal to go anywhere else. Bonus free coffee and a quick neck and shoulder massage.
