Avoid using this strata management company if you have a say in the matter. Was a part of a strata that was chosen by the developer to manage the strata. BB doesn't care to understand the problem, they don't listen either. Countless examples where BB provided a solution that was completely wrong for the strata, or made a recommendation that was not substantiated by strong evidence. Multiple emails and follow ups with strata manager went un-responded to or were so misunderstood that the point was missed entirely. Never once did the manager come on site to try and understand the issues at hand, and work with council on solutions.

Second time having Brown Bros manage my property since 2017. They got it listed a day after we agreed on a working arrangement and got a tenant in place in less than a week. Very impressed with Stephanie and Drew - they clearly know their stuff - would recommend Brown Bros if considering hiring a property manager.

We've worked with Brown Bros professionally for years and have a great relationship with the property managers here. Michelle is fantastic to work with, responsive, friendly and an overall pleasure to do business with! Andrew is personable, efficient and we've enjoyed working closely with him for many years! Kim is fantastic as well, there really are so many wonderful people at this organization which we really value when creating lasting and trusting relationships in this industry. Lots of mice at 121 Rendall St. Building manager blames tenants instead of calling exterminators… Can’t even speak to her…

Worst rental companyin Victoria. Do not rent with them. I've made so many calls to them regarding my issues with my rental unit, including black mold and broken fans. The land lords, property managers & all 7 of their assistants are incompetent to help. I will never rent from them again. I'm now dealing with health issues from the mould and they still won't do anything to help me. I'm going to be taking them to court for being so unsupportive & careless.

Had a really great experience with our property manager Conrad when renting at the Benjamin apartments in Oak Bay. It was a lovely building and location! Conrad was always super responsive when we had any issues which was a great contrast to some of my previous rentals and made our time there so much easier.

The caretaker here has a dog in his office so you're allowed dogs at this place 1830 fern street that's cool

Both Conrad and Rose did an excellent job in helping my friend and I find a great apartment in Victoria. Rose always responded to our emails in a timely manner and was excellent at answering any and all of our questions. Conrad was friendly and welcoming for each viewing and extremely knowledgeable about every property. I would highly recommend them both to anyone looking for a rental in Victoria.

I would recommend Brown Brothers for the quality of their staff. The office reception and agents are all personable, humorous and knowledgable. Ellen Houndsome provided me surpassing service during my tenancy. At at time when the rental market was scare, she was able to find and secure an ideal home for my family. Her service was always timely, accurate, and pleasant to deal with. I always felt cared for because of her high quality of service. If I ever require property services again I will seek her and Brown Brothers out.

Ellen is a very efficient and hard working professional lady. She always answered our questions promptly and dealt with any rental concerns immediately. She was friendly, compassionate and fair. She communicated very well with us and was a pleasant person to deal with.

Geoff McMicken is an exceptional property manager who I had the pleasure of working with when I was looking for a place to live in Langford, BC. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping his clients find the perfect home. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he was able to find me not just one, but three different condos that met my criteria during the 4 years I was living on the island.

Throughout the entire process, Geoff was patient, responsive, and proactive. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

What really sets him apart is his genuine care and concern for his clients. He goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of and that his clients are happy and satisfied. My apartment from when I started living here, has always been called "getto Glen" brown bros stepped in and it will never be called that again. Kurt, jacket, and ken have made it something to be proud of. New suits, new paint, new tenants, which make this a great place to live. In the 10 year I have lived here, I have never had asuit inspection. Thank you for rescuing my apartment.

Very happy with our second time accessing Brown Brothers rental (finding a tenant) services, both times with Conrad. Conrad is thorough and detail-oriented and found us good tenants both times.

I lived at 1050 Richardson st at the Luxor Manor. I lived there for 2 years. If I didn't meet my partner and decide to move in with him and his daughter, I would of stayed at least another 3 years.

My apartment was so bright, spacious and sunny! I have alot of plants! It had a lot of character to it. Hardwood floors, arched entry and beautiful glass build in cabinets.

I had the best neighbours while living there.

The building was always kept clean. Laundry was easy to get to and not busy at all. It is in such an amazing location. Cook st village was a 10 min walk. The ocean was another 15 at best. I would always go down and watch the sunset.

Whenever I had any questions, Conrad and his staff were always there when I needed. They were quick to respond.

As a single woman, I always felt save with the security of the building. It has a telecom system. So no one who doesn't belong will get in.

The dumpsters were always emptied on time by the city. They are very accessible.

All in all. I loved that place. I would highly recommended the beautiful Luxor Manor to call home.

Almost impossible to get information or a return call from this office. Front end staff are polite, however, the follow up is poor at best. We pay Brown Bros to manage our strata; gathering information from them shouldn't be such a work out!
