Always a seamless appointment. They give me my loaner car and in 5 min I’m back to work. Very efficient and super friendly. Same on the return. Waste no time. Truck was ready and in 5 min I was back to work. Love the efficiency of this shop!

Once again … excellent service … managed to attend to the initial recall but handily discovered and completed a repair on the rattling seats, subwoofer and tailgate…. I had the use of a nifty little blue loaner car. My car was cleaned and promptly available for pickup on the same day. That’s why I come to Brown Bros Ford! Never disappointed!

Brown Bros Ford made me feel special. I was totally blown away with how they looked after me. They found the F150 Powerboost I wanted, they installed all the accessories, had the vehicle detailed and placed in the showroom awaiting for my arrival. Paperwork was explained to me clearly, a walk through of all the trucks features with contact information if I had further inquiries and they called me several days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any further questions. Big shoutout to Jesse, Nico, Marianne and Jot, I LOVE MY F150!

Very disappointed at the service department. They were given a second chance…but it got worse than before. Part for factory recall was “faulty”, waiting for over a month, then there was another issue in the installation (parts or technician related unknown). Service advisor Ryan failed to promptly communicate issue which wasted more than two hours of precious time. He disappeared and “passed it on” to another colleague who also walked out without addressing the issue. Finally a third advisor (more mature and experienced) stepped in, and got my vehicle back to me. Sorry…holiday season is no excuse. Appointment should not be over booked if there is not enough manpower to handle the volume;; and correct and non-defective parts should be on hand ahead of appointment. Sad to see Lincoln, being a premium brand, arr being supported and serviced by such a dealer with irresponsible staff. Only one or two of service advisors I can deal with.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my Lincoln. Mark in sales and Wayne in financing were both welcoming and professional. I would like to give Jot Suman a special thank you. Jot was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and listened to my needs regarding this major purchase. Based on my needs he provided pros and limitations of each vehicle. When I made my decision, Jot and the team made me extremely confident with my choice. To be honest, I was fearful about dealing with dealerships but Brown Bros changed that. Well done.
