My day started off not so well at another dealer. I decided to check out a car I saw on the internet that was on Brown Bros lot. The staff was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable. After dealing with Naeem and Luton I ended up with the vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. Thankyou Brown Bros. You turned a nightmare of a morning into a great day. I will definitely come down from Kamloops when looking for my next vehicle.
One day after getting home my battery that seemed alright the day before started giving me problems. One email to Naeem at Brown Bros and they took care of a new battery for me. If you need to buy a car and want to feel good about the service you will get go see Naeem and Luton at Brown Bros.

What can I say about the staff here. They are all amazing and especially the team I worked with which allowed me to get my vehicle for my birthday nonetheless. I went into this dealership feeling a little down because of a previous vehicle purchase which I bought from a shady private dealership who could careless that I was a person and treated me as if I was the reason their car broke down 15 minutes after purchasing it and driving off the lot. (not exaggerating). Yes 15mins after purchasing it. So I contacted Naeem the previous night whom was a first class all around great guy. Down to earth and not pushy at all. He listened and fought for the things which were important to me when it came to prices and safety of the vehicle. I was in love with my new Vehicle but it didn't stop there I then got introduced to Kristi whom was the warranty Guru. She was angelic also down to earth thorough in regards to attention to detail. Her pen was sharp and she got things done. She informed me it was her 5th year Anniversary at Brown Bros.and I informed her the following day was my birthday and boy did she deliver. They made me feel special and wanted. They dotted their I's and crossed their T's when it came down to understanding that they were the right dealer to be doing business with. I want to thank you all for the wonderful experience which I will never forget. No doubt in my mind I will recommend you guys to family and friends. I’ve been a loyal customer of Brown Bros. Auto Clearance Centre for over 10 years! Bought 3 vehicles from them and have been pleased with their service, and friendly staff. Very rare, an honest and reliable car dealership…

There staff are very dishonest. I also caught their mechanic lying about the price of a part he bought and he didn't even apologize after being caught red-handed. But their manager/owner is an honest man. So if you guys are dealing with their staff, make sure you go with someone who's familiar with cars so you don't get ripped off.

Mixed feels. Nice whips ' didn't get to talk prices. Was confusing due to two dealer ships, one lot. Cars not marked accordingly.

Great place to buy a preown vehicle. They have a garage on property and they do all their safety inspections on-site and you can even go back there to get your warranty work done.

I actually use to work here and the staff there are Top Shelf - I also bought a car here 2 months ago and couldn't be happier with them and the service I have received. I will also be taking in my Ford Lease back to their Ford store this year and leasing a New one with them - moving forward all my vehicles will always be through Brown Bros.

My brother also has a company with a few trucks on the road and all of them are leased through Peter at Brown Bros Auto Clearance - and he too couldn't be happier with the service.

I can't say enough about these people - great guys, Peter never leaves a customer on the side of the road, and their customer service is the best it can be in the car industry.

Kristi was so easy to deal with she made our transaction very smooth and flawless. We already purchased 2 cars before and it was only her who made it possible to bring home the car same day! You will see and feel that she truly cares plus the fact that she is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and would never think twice to deal with her again given the chance someday. She is a rockstar!

Had nothing short of a awful experience with these guys! Started speaking with their online sales manager Thursday and one of his online team about coming to view a vehicle. I made them well aware I was coming from Victoria, we would have 2 kids as well because childcare fell through. They made it all sound so good and made plans to come over Saturday. We arrived and greeted by someone completely different and was given the keys for test drive. We got in the vehicle and went to put seat belts on and 4 out of the 6 belts had THICK FUZZY MOLD spots on them. The 3rd row seat had mold spots that had been wiped but very visible. The 3rd row cup holder had mold in them. The seals around the passenger doors were faulty, clears signs of a leak. RUST. It also had the park assist code light on dash which made it impossible to view odometer. With how this looked from just a few minutes I could only imagine what my mechanic would find under the hood.
My daughter has bad eczema/allergies and mold is a huge allergen/trigger.only needed a short time to have a reaction. Mold on its own is toxic enough to humans as it is without underlying issues.
All I got was "sorry bout that would you like to buy an even more expensive vehicle". Anyways thanks for the waste of time and money! Be careful with these guys obviously money is more important than others and your time means nothing to them!

I was in desperate need of a new car as my old Ford Escape was nearing its lifespan lol and luckily had the pleasure to work with Al Rudin who helped me find my new car, wasn’t pushy and really took the time with me to find the right car. We tested a few cars out before we found the one I really liked and he took the time to go over all the details with me too which I really appreciated. Thanks Al!

Treated professionally by Tony from initial phone call about a vehicle to driving it off the lot a few days later. When I had it inspected and found something that needed repairing he arranged to have their service dept.fix it right away. An honest & knowledgable salesman. Made me feel like
he was looking after "My" interests as his client. I would definitely go back to this dealer & buy from Tony again. Kristi was also a "Joy" to deal with.

I bought a truck off of these guys a little over a month ago, and I have been nothing short of blown away by their care for me as a client. From Kristi, their finance manager, helping me out with my payments and putting my interests first, to their mechanics and maintenance team ensuring that the truck was in top notch shape for me. I was after a preowned crv. Long story short was the tune from the salesperson changed as we got closer to what I thought was a potential deal. He was always nice enough but a few inconsistencies on his end was enough where I had to walk away. I simply wish the story could have been straight from the beginning. Thanks for the time and efforts but I will sadly not be back to shop in the future.

I came across this place when I was looking for a Honda Civic. I was very impressed with the whole team. Al and Joel were the sales guys that helped me with the car. Had an amazing experience at Brown Bro’s they were great helping me get financed and choose a car that I loved, Kristy and the rest of the sales team was great to work with and I will definitely be buying my cars from them in the future.

I was helped by a salesman when I walked in. Second desk on the right.:) However they had a small selection. I didn't like the vibes in the office from the other staff. I have never been to a dealership and everyone looked miserable. I took my money eles where and found a place I felt welcomed and comfortable with about a couple of blocks away. And I found a car that I love.

I recently purchased an 06 BMW M3 convertible from this dealership, I am from Toronto and needed to deal with the staff through text, phone and emails. Joel and Kristi were fantastic to work with, answered all my questions, took pictures, videos, managed the transaction and at my request had the car inspected at a local BMW dealership, which passed with flying colours. They also arranged the car to be upgraded with audio equipment again at my request. Once the sale was confirmed they also held the car for 5 weeks until the weather improved for me to safely make the drive from Vancouver to Toronto. Last week I flew out and drove it home.the car performed FANTASTICALLY. Overall this was a great experience and recommend anyone to checkout Brown Bros. I got a great car at a reasonable price also some lasting memories of a cross the country road trip!

I found there staff helpful pleasing and informative. They where professional and did the best to get me what I wanted. I am very happy with everything and if a problem they make sure it fixed properly for you. They only want to make you happy with what you bought. If your not happy they try get you what you want and you get best bang for your dollar.
